The villa has an amazing private garden which surround the property, there is a private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, overlooking the valley and is equipped with elegant sun beds and umbrellas, on one side there is a covered gazebo great for events along the pool. The garden develops in different terraces with fountains and unique corners on where guest can enjoy a glass of Tuscan wine admiring the amazing panorama and wonderful sunsets.
The property is fenced and gated, the access is by a white gravel road perfectly maintained.
The villa covers 400 sqm and develops in tree levels the ground floor features a beautiful very bright living area with satellite TV, fireplace.
A fully equipped professional kitchen of a 65 sqm, that offers all necessary to prepare meals for large groups, two microwaves, vertical oven, double temperature fridge.
The ground floor also features a wonderful Veranda, with large glass walls overlooking the valley and the pool area, it is a perfect area for inside events, dinner with private chef, the veranda is also connected to the house dining room kitchen and the gaming area.
Complete the ground floor two double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedroom 1: features a double bed placed in front of a beautiful fireplace, inside dressing room and air conditioning
Bedroom 2: double bed, private terrace overlooking the valley and pool area. The bedroom 1 and 2 shares a bathroom with shower in the corridor
Bedroom 3: master bedroom with king size bed, the room is very large and also features a double sofa bed, the room as a bathroom in front of it with shower, the room has direct access to the outside garden but a lovely patio and solarium
The first floor features three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
