Hosting three bedrooms, including two doubles with TV's and a twin bedroom with TV, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen, dining room and sitting room with electric fire. Outside there is a large, decking area with furniture and parking at a public car park. The Old Bark House is a charming abode, ideal for family and friends alike

Electric oven and hob, microwave, Highchair/Cot available, stair gate, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. 4 x TV with Netflix & DVD players, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Public car park for 1 car close-by. "Pay and Charge" EV Charge point in the car park. Welcome hamper. Large decked area with furniture including a swinging bench. Two well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop with Cash point and pub less than a minute walk away. Harbour is less than 100 yards from the property, a great spot for fishing, and a local tackle shop nearby. Note: Owner will pay for parking at the public car park where you can also charge your car.. Children's toys are available. Please note the property is above a restaurant. Polstreath Beach is not accessible by wheelchair. The property is 1500 Square Feet
