About this apartment rental
Penthouse 3 is a luxury two double bedroom apartment on two levels - the big open plan lounge /kitchen diner and large outside balcony on the upper level give expansive stunning views over Mounts Bay to St Michaels Mount and over Penzance harbour. Apart from the two main bedrooms there is a double sofa bed in the lounge . Penthouse 3 can sleep 4/6 people
GROUND FLOOR
Granite steps lead you to the front stable door of Penthouse 3. On this floor you have two double bedrooms, one en-suite with pitch pine flooring throughout. The main bathroom has bath with shower over, heated towel rail, basin and mirror with built in shaver socket and lights.
FIRST FLOOR
Here we have the open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining and living room. With two full size french doors leading on to you own private balcony, you now have glorious views over the working and leisure harbour of Penzance and beyond to St Michael's Mount and The Lizard. The kitchen is fully functional with fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer. The moderately sized lounge area has one sofa bed for the fifth/sixth quest, coffee table and TV with DVD player.
All linen and towels are supplied and electricity and heating are included. Please bring your own beach towels.

By Car:
The postcode for Sat Nav is TR18 4AS. When you arrive in Penzance, head along the sea front along Wharf Road, adjacent to the harbour. You will cross a small suspension bridge before the dry dock on your right hand side. Directly after this you will see our restaurant, The Boatshed on your right.
The apartments and on-street parking are located to the rear of the restaurant in Dock Lane. Drive past the restaurant and take the next right by The Dolphin pub. Follow the road up to the top of the hill and you will see the Isles of Scilly Travel Co on your right. Just past here is a small lane on the right signposted Dock Lane. Turn here down here and straight ahead on you in Sea Vew Cottage. Our office and apartments are next to this down the paved slope. If there are spaces available, you can park alongside the white building or on the slope. Alternative parking is on-street nearby.
Public Transport:
If you arriving by Train, Bus or Coach, the station is just an 8 minute walk from the apartments. Walk past the Wharfside Shopping Centre, part the harbour and over the bridge, until you come to our restaurant, The Boatshed Cafe-Bar. Taxis are also available from the station.
Collecting the Keys:
The key will be left in a key-safe outside of the apartment. The code for this safe is 1953
If the restaurant or cafe is open, you can pop in and let the staff know of your arrival should you have any difficulties getting in to the apartment. If there is no-one available, please call our office (01736 366746) or Nigel (07702125766) and someone will come down to meet you and show you into the apartment.
