We enjoyed this spacious, new, open floor plan home. It was conveniently located close to many great restaurants and attractions. Mr. Darby was a gracious host and provided all of the necessary amenities to make the most of our vacation. We appreciate being able to rent great properties such as this one. Thank you!

Mr. Darby was a kind and generous host. His lovely home is in a friendly neighborhood, which is perfectly positioned for reaching multiple bike trails and a community swimming pool. The beach is only a few minutes away too--just a perfect, relaxing vacation. We would happily stay here every year!

House is located in a great spot. Nice and quiet neighborhood! Simply beautiful! The canal out back was gorgeous! Food/shopping/beaches are well within driving distance! Mr Darby was a fantastic host.. So easy to communicate with! I would recommend this home a 10 out of 10... My family and I had an amazing vacation.... :-)

My family and I were in the process of moving up north of Florida. My parent's realtor had recommended them to stay at a rental home. After we had made our reservation online, our landlord Mr. Darby had texted me same day. He was very understanding towards our living situation. He allowed us to bring our pets into his home and park our Uhaul truck in the driveway. Since the beginning he asked if he could speak to my parents and in detail explained to us the rules and expectations of the home. The house was clean, great wifi, nice size property, we even saw deer in the backyard which was cool. The neighborhood is beautiful, friendly neighbors shopping centers are about 5 to 10 mins away. Overall Mr. Darby is a friendly, kind hearted, and understanding person. If there are any issues, once Mr. Darby is contacted he gets the issue fixed as soon as possible. He is constantly taking the initiative to improve people's stay which is a plus. If one is looking for a rental home in Palm Coast FL, contact Mr. Darby, you will not be disappointed. If I needed a 4 bedroom house to rent again, I would definitely recommend this one. So well furnished, kitchen ware, bedding, towels, new appliances, large TV'S, DVD player, and a host who would respond immediately, when needed. Very clean, and a location near shopping, restaurants, and easy access to highways. And a large, clean garage to park your vehicle. A beautiful home away from home!

We never got to stay at the property. Fraudulent listing. Couldn't get host to call me. Host asked for more money and private info. Very horrible exp. I was traveling with my disabled wife. For a weekend getaway. Host refused to call and give check in details. It was the worst exp I have ever had on VRBO. Sat on the phone for 6 hours with VRBO. Never got resolution. Still haven't gotten a refund. VRBO couldn't get in contact with fraudulent host. Called a private investigator who provided me with some interesting details. That confirmed our suspicions. I have used VRBO at least 20 times in the past. Never had an exp like this before. However of they don't refund us and make this right. After 6 hours on the phone. Being disconnected multiple times. Filing numerous case numbers. Having to start the process all over again 4 times. Never receiveing one call back after being hung up on. This will be our very last time using this service. Never book with a host if they refuse to call you and have 0 reviews on a new listing. This is a sign it will be a scam. We lost time, lots of money traveling, missed a concert we had tickets for, lost money for our dog boarding, Total loss in well in the thousands. Not to mention stress is a trigger for my wife's disability. Just an all around horrible and very painful experience. I'm a firm believer it all comes back around on sick humans like this. I'll forgive them and let our creator handled this from here. I pray for their soul and their mental sickness.
