Everything was great except bathrooms were not vey clean. Rings in the toilet, one rug stunk like urine in a bathroom. Could of had some baggies and tinfoil for cooking. Had a wonderfil time!

My family stayed here. Cabin eas beautiful, clean, and located in a quiet part of helen. The scenery from the balconies was amazing and we had a great time here

Very pleasant stay, except the bed was too high for us. Had to order stools to get up on it. In addition, hand rails leading up to the parking would help as well. Steep hills leading up to the house. However overall we liked the stay. Was very quiet until car show rolled into town.

Beautiful property - very comfortable and accommodating. Only issue was the toilet in downstairs bathroom made noises- and the floor downstairs was not clean. Otherwise we loved it.

The location was quiet and the neighbors friendly. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for fixing meals. The grandkids and us enjoyed the game room. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Baumhaus. It was beautiful and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Reclining couches in the living room would be a great addition for watching T.V. We plan to return in the future.

This was our second trip to Helen and first trip to Baumhaus. Everyone in my family- from age 11 to 50s -loved the updated, comfy house. There was space to spread out but also wonderful common areas for watching movies, cooking and dining, roasting marshmallows, and relaxing in cozy beds. We appreciated excellent wifi; smart TVs in every room; digital entry; and, quick replies from the management company. Everything was clean and fresh. 5 minute drive to town made activities convenient. We loved easy access to hike within 45 minutes plus family fun and dinners in town.

Beautiful property- clean and well equipped. Setup would be perfect for multi-generation gathering. 2 separate kitchens- one allowing easy access for outdoor grilling. Multi-level patios (partially screened in porches)- multiple living areas indoors. Still finding unique touches throughout the home on our last day. Would love to come back- thank you for a great stay.

This property did not disappoint. The home is gorgeous! was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s close enough to town when you’re looking for shopping or dining but far enough to be able to enjoy nature. There are so many things to do in the area and this location is excellent. It was great for our girls trip but would also be perfect for families.

Home was very clean. The cabin itself was well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. The spacious deck provided a fantastic spot for sipping my morning coffee. Plenty of amenities for the kids. The location was very convenient. The check-in/out process was very easy

The house was perfect for our family. Especially for our teens. Very spacious and was very close to all the main attractions of Helen. We also enjoyed the games in the bonus room to keep us busy while it rained.

My husband and three children loved our stay. We appreciated the attention to detail such as thorough directions, labeled lights, snacks and wine, and complimentary toiletries. The view was so calming and we truly felt like we were in our own personal treehouse. We were close to a lot of activities and shopping but also had fun relaxing at the house, grilling, and playing ping pong. We will be back! Thanks!

The Baumhaus was a beautiful place to stay in Helen. We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay and everyone had their own space, which was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised with the snacks laid out for us and the bottle of wine was a very unique touch! The kids loved playing air hockey and having their "own kitchen" downstairs. The adults loved the wrap-around porch. It was the perfect place to have morning coffee and to watch the storms roll in. The loft upstairs was also a great place to hide away from it all. There were enough bathrooms for everyone as well! We had a small issue with some linens not being as clean as we would like and the communication with the rental agency was quick and our problems were resolved in a very timely manner. The gated community made us feel safe, but the house is surrounded by so many trees that you don't feel like you are in a neighborhood. The house is only a couple miles from Downtown Helen and we loved how close it was to everything. Small warning to others who may not be used to it (as we aren't!): the roads leading up to the house are very very steep and windy. Drive slow and make sure the first time you arrive it's light outside so you can get your bearings. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Baumhaus! The house itself was clean and perfectly equipped, and we loved the location for being close but also a little removed from all the action of downtown. The game room downstairs was the perfect entertainment for our kids while we enjoyed ourselves on the patio. We will likely be making this our annual spot going forward. Our reasoning for the 4 on accuracy of listing was simply because it was difficult to understand exactly how much parking was available at the house based on the listing. After visiting the community, it's evident that every house there has a completely different parking situation. For us, coming down to the area primarily for car or motorcycle trips, this is a main criteria for us selecting a house and it would be helpful to have more specifics in this regard. In the end, this house was perfect for us as there was just enough room in the driveway to put three cars. For the property manager listing most of the homes in this community, it'd be nice to see more descriptive parking information for each house, as I imagine there may be others who are looking at these houses and wanting to make a selection somewhat based on that criteria.

Excellent Vacation House. Great for Getaway. We were 5 people and we all had our own space but yet there were fantastic common spaces. The area is peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased with the house and we plan on coming back again. :)

This home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It had all the comforts of home and then some. Very clean with plenty of towels and bedding. Close to lots of restaurants and places to go wine tasting. Had a fabulous birthday weekend.

This home has everything. Well stocked kitchens, comfortable beds, nice towels and it was spotless. Minutes from Valhalla, minutes from downtown. Compared to most homes in the area, the parking is excellent and plenty room for both of our cars off the street. Guard reception was kind and thorough. We fix most meals at home but we also went up to Valhalla for dinner one evening and it was excellent. Highly recommend this location for a wonderful peaceful getaway for a group.

We enjoyed our stay here for Christmas vacation. The home was very clean and spacious. Loved the in suite bathrooms. Our kids had a blast playing in the game room. There’s plenty of room to stretch out and not be on top of each other. The town of Helen is beautiful at Christmas time… The staff at the home rental was readily available for questions, etc. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Baumhaus it was everything it stated and more! We had peaceful times at the house and it is so convient locally to so many wonderful places to explore. We got in quite late upon arrival and it would have been nice to have a few coffee pods for the morning so we didn't have to run to store immediatly but a minor inconvience at best. Thanks for a wonderful time.
