My sister & I and our daughters stayed at the Sleeping Bear condo for a girls trip. It was perfect - plenty of space for us to hang out and catch up, four nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and so close to town! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. John was a great host.

Communication with the owner or property manager was great. When we got there the downstairs and main floor AC was out but they had it up and going within a hour. Someone came by to repair the hot tub which I did not know was not operating properly. They came while we were at dinner or while I was asleep. It scared me because it was not like that when we got there. The ice maker was also not working. But others than that we had a good time and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location - cannot stress that enough. You literally will not need to drive once you arrive unless you are going outside of Helen. One of our travel members had recently had surgery and the downstairs area was absolutely perfect as stairs were challenging - it has a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, screened in porch (with hot tub). The wraparound porch on the 2nd floor is to die for. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for our party of three adults and four children. The condo was clean inside and the beds were very comfortable. The outside balconies are wonderful. Could use some pressure washing but no big deal. Easy walking with young children to downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

House was decorated for Christmas with a tree which was lovely. Location is close enough to walk around downtown Helen and hear the live music from the bar and grill the next block over when sitting on the deck but not so close that we heard the music inside. Also at a good location to drive in and leave without having to drive down main street. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates (some also Christmas themed) and silverware. We were given 2 dish washer pods and 2 trash bags for a 4 night stay which ment we had to go shopping not an issue we are just used to getting 1/ night. We also only had 1 towel and washing rag per person, which meant we had to wash towels if we wanted to use the hot tub so we opted out of using that. We could have done laundry since they had a washer and dryer hook up and opted not to. Wifi is free but has low bandwidth. If we had known I could have brought our hotspot. Kids loved the Hollywood and Sports themed rooms upstairs. Owner was responsive by text and phone when VRBO forgot to send the check-in information by email.

Visited Helen with girlfriends and really enjoyed our weekend. The property was located in the perfect spot for walking the town. Easy access and a comfortable home.

We hit the jackpot when we found this rental. The location was a major reason we chose this rental. We never had to use our cars once we arrived. We had a 3 year old so we were able to push her around in a stroller which made things so much easier. The condo was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. The condo was clean was very clean and we were very happy with our choice. This will be our go-to rental when we come back to Helen. Thanks again.. Ken

If this is a great place, plenty of room for everyone in our large family. We love the location. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted even tubing.

It was a great location and the right size for our group. It would have been helpful to have extra TP when most bathrooms were starting off with 1/4 of a roll. There were no extra kitchen garbage bags. Also electrical plates were missing in the bathroom on the main floor, and simple towel rods were broken in a couple bathrooms. Main floor lamps had burned out or missing bulbs. Little things are important especially for convenience sake.

Easy booking & check in procedure. Extremely convenient location, right on the main street. This is our third trip to beautiful Helen GA and this huge house was by far the easiest to get to... absolutely no steep hills to get to this house👍Nice parking as well. We throughly enjoyed our stay, only wish it was longer than three days. House is definitely described 100% as is on VRBO....Well done and many THANKS. Much appreciation, The Alonso Family

This 3 level townhouse is in the perfect location for Helen, Georgia. We parked our car and did not move it until we left-you can walk everywhere! The property was clean with a great floorplan. There are steps throughout the unit...not a problem for our group but may be for yours. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for a quick meal. There were 2 kinds of coffee makers- k-cup and drip. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again if allowed.

This condo is in the perfect location! In the heart of downtown and everything is walk-able. Roomy, comfortable and well-appointment, all us girls enjoyed the kitchen, hot tub, and fireplace, and the kitchen was furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the 3 king beds and that each bedroom had a private bath. We had a great stay.

The entire process was great. No issues of any kind. Plenty of room for everyone. The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and activities. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip to Helen.

Great walk out to restaurants, bakery, coffee, and music. Clean and spacious. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Would love to come back in cooler weather to enjoy deck, hot tub, and screened porch with TV- would make a great spot for a football weekend!!

This was a great and comfortable place for me and my family to stay. My wife had to work from home on Friday, and we had a small issue with the internet. John responded quickly and had some one come over in less than 10 mins to have the internet fixed. We all had a great time and enjoyed the location. Top notch place to stay!

There are several things not in a good shape - bed(from 1995) and linen(pink spots) and AC switches to heat/cool depending on the time of day. The owners could care less - just take your money, just like the store they own - Bettys grocery store. If there's a slight breeze/bad weather the place falls apart, you might get lucky and have perfect weather. Ask yourself one question - do I feel lucky...

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Location was perfect! We enjoyed the hot tub—it was nice on the feet after walking all day! I wouldn’t say I would thoroughly enjoy staying here if we had spent a little more time in the house. It was a little dated and the furniture had definitely seen it’s days. It was a little odd having people paint and work on the exterior literally every day we were there. Felt a little awkward going into a home with people on the porch. I imagine compared to other places to stay in Helen this would have been one of the best. I’m iffy—but would 100% come back again.
