This is our second time staying at this lovely cottage. And we know there will be more to come in the near future.
It is truly a hidden Shangri-La in the midst of the cottage country. Well secluded, yet with all the modern luxury and convenience.
Communication with the owner is also timely and professional. Anna is also willing to accommodate some of our special requests to make it easier for our elderly parents. Thanks a lot Anna!

Spent the long weekend with a group friends and it was amazing!
Anna was quick to respond upon arrival to give us the low down and great overall to talk to!
Beautiful cottage with tons of space and set up nicely on a private lake.
Will be returning in the future!

We enjoyed a beautiful week with our family here at this stunning cottage. The house was fully equipped with all the activities and amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We came with our 5 month old baby who also had no problem settling in. No need to bring any bug repellent as they are totally stocked on mosquito catchers, spray, you name it. It was quite the trek to get to the cottage but for us that is what makes us really feel in the elements. Anna was a great host and very fast at responding if we had any questions. Thank you again for a great stay!

The property was as advertised. We were a total of 6 people and everything went very well. Even the day it rained for the afternoon and evening, with internet, TV, games and lots of space it was not a big deal. Anna was accessible at all times and her husband Gus was very helpful with information about the property the day we arrived when he came to to clean the hot tub. Anyone looking for a quiet isolated property for a few days with all of the modern amenities should consider this location.

The cottage is nice with all the kitchen stuff needed, private and secluded with about 4 other cottages on it. The lake is very small with very murky water once you step on it. My brother was kayaking and it capsized, it take us longer than necessary to rescue him because the peddle boat was broken, The fishing boat has only one crack oar and a tiny leak on it. We have to used the crack oar and a broomstick to paddle the fishing boat. It should have a minimum 2 safely working water transportation at all time. Don't expect the neighbor for help if needed, they just ignore my brother cry for help. Be careful young children, I noticed 3 of the rail on the deck near the sitting area are lose.

Such a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. The cottage was clean and had most everything we needed. Only one suggestion would be more instructions on things like garbage dump locations that are available and where items such as a oars and paddles can be found (have a designated place with a request to all renters to put things back there). Having said that it turned out to be quite easy to communicate with owner and we should have done so earlier in our stay. Many thanks to Anna. We had a wonderful stay.

Nice and secluded
Great place to get away and not be surrounded by lots of other cottages

Family trip
Beautiful location, beautiful house! It was very clean. The house is huge, great for a big group.
More instruction would have been nice, we found a paper in a kitchen drawer with info that we could have easily missed. We passed Anna on the road and she told us how to get in, but we would have been in trouble if we didn’t pass. It was disappointing that we were unable to find the oars for the row boat or the kayak paddle, and the peddle boat was broken at the time (after messaging ahead and being told we could use it). Thankfully one person in our group brought a canoe because everyone was counting on getting on the water to fish.
Regardless, great family memories were made.

Paradise
Anna’s place is absolutely stunning. Her house was a fully stocked kitchen , a nice laundry area , Bedding was super comfy. Very spacious for the kids to play, so many games for all ages.
The only downside would be the lake is very marshy and shallow.
It was a really peaceful family getaway !

Nicest VRBO we’ve stayed at.
Anna‘s property was truly amazing. It was fully equipped with everything you wanted or needed. We were a group of friends on an ATV weekend. There are so many trails that you can get to right from the house. And it was so nice to come back to the hot tub, fireplaces, and relaxing surroundings of the property.

A Little Piece of Paradise
A beautiful lakehouse in a spectacular setting... secluded, impressively landscaped and very spacious with so many on-site amenities that it was hard to fit everything in. We recently spend four fabulous days in this little piece of paradise and enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Sitting on the dock with the fall colours reflecting on the lake, spending time in the hot tub under the stars and sitting around the campfire provided many wonderful memories of our time at this lakehouse. Communication with the owner, Anna was handled efficiently and all my questions were answered promptly. It definitely met all our expectations (and more) and we hope to return in the future.

Gorgeous home, idyllic location.
The on-line pictures of this home do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful - spacious, clean and has every amenity.
The owner (who was a dream to deal with) has thought of everything a guest could possibly need. The view from the many seating areas on the deck was lovely and it was so peaceful it felt like we were on a private lake. Everything in the home is upscale - from the appliances to the decor. I only regret we weren’t able to stay longer, but I hope to return.

A Perfect Getaway
Our sojourn at this property was rejuvenating and memorable. It has all the modern convenience and comfort despite its remote and secluded location. A perfect place to cleanse our souls and recover from all the hustle and bustle.
The cottage has been maintained meticulously with well appointed amenities and appliances.
It was also a pleasure communicating with the owner. Very personable and accomodating. The whole process felt more like a friendly conversation rather than a busisness transaction.
The only caveat is the short stretch of gravel road leading into the cottage could be a bit rough. But the owner made it very clear to us and cautioned us ahead of time. Ideally a vehicle with higher ground clearance and 4x4 would be perfect but we drove a regular front wheel driven car without too much issue.
All in all, I'd recommend this place and we are already contemplating about going back!

Dream Lakehouse
This was a great lakehouse. Very clean, however, to get into the property it is quite the drive and very rugged. The lake is very self contained and no stop to walk into the water, must boat out a distance to get clean water.
I would recommend this property if you are looking for peace and relaxation. If you are looking for cottage life with boating and watersports this is not the property for you.

Private Luxury Retreat
Anna is such a gracious hostess. Communication was seamless when information was required. Everything was perfect when we arrived just as described. The house was immaculate, spacious, modern, comfortable design, with a smattering of rustic décor The house had all quality amenities required and more. There was a wonderful view of the lake. A car is required to explore the surrounding area. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful!
My husband and I spent time over our Anniversary here. We absolutely fell in love with this place! Enjoyed the private and quiet beauty of the lake and property, star gazing, campfires and the pool table was a added bonus. The hosts were wonderful and answered all my questions promptly, and were accommodating for checkin/checkout times. Awesome kitchen amenities, spotless and we couldn’t have asked for anything more!
