This place was just the perfect size for our group of 20 people. Any small issues that did arise were promptly and favorably resolved by the hosts. Kitchen was a little small, but well stocked, and had two of all major appliances, meaning we could easily store/cook our food for 4 days. Was a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected for the area/space/time of year. All in my group enjoyed the stay, no complaints. (We did not use the kayaks because the life vests seemed to be covered in ants. Didn’t bring this to the hosts’ attention, as I’m sure they would have fixed it, but just something to know.)

About 20 of us met for our annual gathering of friends and family and in this beautiful place for the first time. The accommodations were clean and great for us, the kitchen amazingly well-stocked, the views superb, the hosts friendly, informative and responsive. People asked that we put Eagle Point on a rotating list with our usual location!

Multiple families; one wonderful vacation. The kitchen alone was a major highlight. There's enough room and cookware in the kitchen for many cooks to make simultaneous meals so everyone can eat together. There's 2 of everything: stove/ovens, fridges, dishwashers, and sinks...plus an industrial sink for the big pots. Clean up was a breeze and fun with many hands able to help out. The outdoor space was equally amazing. Lots of time filled playing ultimate Frisbee, walking along the beach and road, and sitting outside by the patio fire watching the night sky. Michelle was amazing. She answered our many pre-vacation questions quickly and met us at the door upon arrival. Top of our list for vacation rentals!

We had our bi-annual retreat here for myself and a dozen other people. It was a fantastic property, beautiful and serene. The accommodations were perfect, the views were incredible, and the check-in/check-out procedures were easy.
The property managers were quick to respond to any questions, accommodated a couple special requests, and made sure we had a great stay.
Highly recommend for a large group of adults to get away from it all!

Everything about Sandy Hill was perfect for our gathering of college friends. Rooms and beds for all, a fully equipped kitchen, a huge dining table with a great view. We lucked out on weather and took full advantage for the patio, fire pit, grill, etc. Our hosts were wonderful! Five stars for sure!
