Disappointed that i felt my concerns were unheard and that I was afforded any helpful assistance. The lady at the front

Great location and pretty view of the water. Main entrance was also clean and inviting.

Room 225 had a significant Ant (bug) issue. I let the staff at the front desk know but was offered no accommodations, when there were other rooms available. There were ants on the night stand, tv stand, toilet, in the shower, and even ants in the bed! I was disgusted and can’t believe this room is being offered to guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Kent Island. This location was modern & well maintained.

The breakfast was fine, with numerous selections to choose from.

The coffee could be a better brand, more flavorful. Same for coffee creamers-prefer International Delight rather than the syrups to add into coffee. One issue with our room (315). The bathroom faucet water pressure was very low & the faucet doesn’t extend far enough into the sink basin.

The newly remodeled breakfast area and breakfast were great! The bathrooms and hallways have been remodeled. Hopefully, the rooms themselves are next, they could use it. Location is great, near lots of our favorite restaurants on the water. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

Only paying for the location, not the quality of the place

We did not have breakfast. The location was fantastic, view was great.

The hotel quality was fair. Paying $400 for one night is pretty expensive and I would have liked an updated room. The rooms and hotel look like any other, "regular" hotel. There was rust in the bathroom (shower and faucet, bath tub).

I was charged twice for the room. Their manager said it happens all the time with people who book thru booking.com. I will be receiving a refund from the property in a few business days. I hope this situation will never happen again.

The view from our 3rd floor room. The room was spacious and clean.

Unfortunately, the workers staying in the next room seemed determined to stay up all night (on a weeknight). We also had the experience of being given a room with someone already in it! The desk clerk rectified the situation but it made us nervous about leaving our stuff as we wondered if someone would be given our room key.
