Welcome to Blue Aspen Back Basin! This multi-level home is perfect for a family getaway and is located close to the Angel Fire Resort! There is a beautiful deck on three sides for entertaining and for taking in the amazing Wheeler Peak View! With an open floor plan and guest bedrooms on the lower and mid levels, it's perfect for spending time with loved ones. The lower level has two bedrooms; one with a full bed and the other with two full over queen bunk beds. On the middle level, there are an additional two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The primary suite, located on the upper level, has a king bed and a separate walk-out balcony to enjoy the spectacular views! The kitchen (on the middle floor) is spacious with black appliances and granite countertops. It has large windows and easy access to the deck for entertaining or taking in the mountain scenery. The living room/dining room has a kiva fireplace and large panoramic windows bringing the outside view in, regardless of the weather. *4WD/AWD Required in the Winter Months*

POOL: Shared community indoor heated pool located on the bottom level of the Angel Fire Country Club (fees may apply)
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.

ANGEL FIRE RESORT: Wintertime offers several mountain activities, such as downhill and Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snow-tubing, and sports lessons. Summertime, the outdoor fun continues with mountain biking, zip-lining, scenic chairlift rides, disc golf, hiking, pickle-ball, and fishing.
ANGEL FIRE COUNTRY CLUB: Open to the public. A fitness center and indoor heated pool are available for a small fee. Fine dining and a full bar at Elements.
GOLF COURSES: Angel Fire Resort Golf Course (1.7 miles), Valley Escondido Golf Course (12.9 miles).
DAY TRIPS: Taos and Taos Pueblo Village (24.9 miles), Taos Ski Valley (43.7 miles), Rio Grande Gorge Bridge (36.6 miles), and Santa Fe (92.6 miles).
RESTAURANTS: El Jefe, Village Haus Restaurant & Bar, Pizza Stop, Angel Fired Pizza, Enchanted Circle Brewing Company, The Bakery & Café @ Angel Fire, Mikuna Grill, Zeb's, and Elements @ the Angel Fire Country Club.

During the winter months, please keep in mind you are traveling to the mountains. All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
