We stayed one night on our way from the Denver airport to Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron NM. The location was great! It was a short trip from the Air Force Academy, and only about 10 minutes for groceries and other sundries.
The place was super clean and everybody loved (4 adult advisors and 8 scouts 15-17). The boys played football into the evening in the backyard.
The best view is from the front door. There is a great back deck with grill, but the view is so-so. Would love to stay again!

This house was absolutely gorgeous! Kathryn makes it ridiculously easy to find anything you would ever need regarding how things work, WiFi, house rules, etc. The house is extremely spacious and has a spot for your entire group! Our group loved the fire pit, pool table, hot tub, corn hole, and hanging out on the upper deck to enjoy the natural beauty of the property! Would definitely recommend for all types of groups and would stay here again.

This is a beautiful home! It was very clean. It is a great place to stay if you have a large family. There are plenty of actvities to keep your family entertained during your stay. Everything you need is there for you. There are beautiful views of Black Forest and the Pikes Peak mountain range. We really enjoyed making memories with our family at this hugh luxurious home with everything to offer I definitely recommend staying at this vacation home.

Had a great time hosting a company retreat for twelve people. Location is amazing and everything worked well. Katheryn was absolutely amazing to work with and responded very quickly! We needed additional seating at dinner table and she allowed access to borrow chairs from the garage. Had a great time!

This was a great house for our three generations. There was plenty of room for everyone. The teens enjoyed the pool table and ping-pong, and the hot tub. The adults enjoyed the porch. Everyone enjoyed movies. The kitchen was plenty big for several cooks at one time. The location was also close to all major attractions on our list. Would definitely stay again if our plans bring us back to Colorado.

Great property, beautiful location. Master suites upstairs and downstairs were terrific. Kitchen and living room were perfect for a large group. Three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs plus a bunk room w/ no windows.
Some of the mattresses need to be replaced. (upstairs room w/ bathroom and a few in the basement) If you dont need to use all the beds, it will be great.

We throughly loved staying at the property, beautiful views. Plenty of room for our family of 12. We enjoyed seeing deer in the backyard every evening. The pool table and the shuffleboard were great entertainment on those really cold days.

Katheryne was very responsive and prompt in her communication, and while this is overall a beautiful and well cared for home, we experienced some shortages. There was a sewage smell coming from the main bathroom during our stay. No laundry detergent was provided, and the amount of soap and paper products stocked was insufficient. Lots of potential here, but a bit more care and attention to detail would provide a significantly better overall guest experience.

Kathryn was understanding and a great host and I highly recommend booking with Adventure Homes. My guests didn't want to leave and I'm still dreaming about the master bathroom shower! Loved the open concept of kitchen, dining and living area. Outdoor area was great for badminton, corn hole and croquet. 3rd generation enjoyed the fire pit. Watched the deer in early morning and evening from the spacious outdoor balcony.

We had a get together with all of our friends on the property after the ceremony and it was the perfect setting! On the other nights, the property was perfect to sit by the fire or play yard games. First Kathryn was extremely helpful and more than willing to answer any questions we had big or small & very quick to respond. Secondly this property is absolutely stunning, very spacious for 14 people. More than enough beds and plenty of space so everyone wasn’t on top of each other the whole time. The downstairs area is wonderful with the pool table. Both master bedrooms are stunning with tons of space. For a first trip to Colorado I couldn’t have asked for a better host or property to stay at. We will be booking again in the future.

Very quiet neighborhood, peaceful and FUN.. we used the ping pong game and had a dip in the hot tub, Kathryn was wonderful and VERY responsive and quick when we needed anything. Highly recommend this property for a large group.

My husband and I had an intimate wedding on the property and it was absolute perfection. The property owners allowed me to view the property ahead of time which made my experience that much better. The property was clean, spacious and I’m definitely renting again for Christmas. Not to mention that we saw so much wildlife that my kids enjoyed!

We had a great time at this house! We had 5 adults and 2 small kids and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of space for everyone to roam. The house was close to attractions in Colorado Springs, but we still felt away from the town. Our 3 year old especially loved the group of deer that visited the back yard every day. We will absolutely book through this group again.
