This property had plenty of room for the 12 of us. The guest house was great for my son and his family who have an active 2 year old who could nap without being disturbed. The house was well stocked. The 6 grandchildren enjoyed the large circle drive where they could use their scooters. The kids enjoyed the lily pad because the lake water was a little murky for some of them. Plus we spotted a couple very large turtles. They enjoyed catching fish off the dock with nets and poles. The owner Keith was quick to answer questions and concerns that we had. We had a great few days away.

We have been doing “Cabin/Resort” vacations all my life. We have rented on the White Fish Chain the last three years and this cabin and property is the best overall out of the three. The Space was functional and spacious for all 9 of us. Everything we needed for meals was available in the kitchen area. Even with an additional two guests for two nights all were comfortable. The guest cabin was great for the "senior"family members. We brought our own boat and were able to access the entire White Fish Chain of Lakes from the property and were able to tie up to the dock every night. The cabin is located in a small bay that is easy to access all lakes from. The beach was a great hit with my Three year old grandson but due to weeds (the property is in a bay after all) we would boat out to main lake and do all our water sports including swimming. Games, fire pit, and spacious grounds made this an excellent family vacation and would definitely stay again.

This was a great location! Centrally located to all the family. The lake was wonderful and our 2 year old grandson had a great time in the boat. Will definitely return on our next visit.

I stayed here with my husband, my 18 month old daughter, and his parents who aren't able to get around very easily. With that said, finding a cabin that fit everyone's needs was difficult in such a desired spot. My daughter did great, the house is a little hard to baby proof but manageable. The steps down to the lake are gradual so my father in law could do this. We also rented a pontoon right around the corner which was perfect for everyone to get in and out. The owners of this property are a gem. They answered every question i had, very accommodating, and super responsive. I would highly suggest this place to anyone!

Very well accompanied vacation place for families! There were many fun things to do, both in the area and provided in the home in the way of games to play. We had a very nice experience!

We really enjoyed the property and stay. We had a small group to start with more family coming toward the end of our stay, so the separate cabin worked perfectly for us!

Cannot say enough about how great this place is. When you think of lake cabin rentals this is the one. Very comfortable and cozy cabin and separate guest house. Everything needed was provided. Please note that bathrooms are located at 2 different places in cabin but easy to get to. Excellent lighting outside for parked vehicles. Lots of bedroom sleeping areas.
Would recommend this rental for any family gathering that would require a separate living area (the guest cabin) for grandparents or other family members.Excellent rental and communication before arrival was 100%!

We had a very relaxing Labor Day weekend ! The space worked well for us. The layout of the sleeping areas works well for family groups to each have their own space. With children from 4 months - 16 years, there was something for everyone. The splash pad was probably the biggest hit, but they also enjoyed some fishing off the dock (tiny sunfish are exciting when you are 8-10) and some loud games of foosball! The access to the water is good, with a small portion of sand for little ones to play in. They had fun decorating with shells. We also lucked out with gorgeous weather, so were really able to enjoy the water.

This property offers all you need for a family gathering. It is rooming and very accommodating for all. The lakeside view, shore and patio was our favorite! The location is perfect for biking, walking and driving to all the local favorites! Thank you Kevin and Craig!

Our extended family of 10 (five adults and five kids ranging in age from 18 months to 15 years) had a wonderful time at this property last week! A special perk was the guest house which my husband and I (the parents/grandparents of this group) stayed in. It offered everything we needed - including peace and quiet for a little extra rest! 😴
The main house offered plenty of room for everyone. We especially liked the floor plan with room to move all about and two separate eating areas overlooking the lake. One of the things we appreciated most about the location of this property is its proximity to Cross Lake which is where we did most of our tubing and water-skiing (we brought our own boat). We also boated from Daggett Lake all the way through the chain of lakes which was fun.
I gave this property five stars all the way around except for location which I gave four. The only reason for this is that some readers may want a more private property. This one has neighbors on both sides and is more like a little neighborhood. But as we drove around this area, this seems to be the norm. That said, the neighbors were very quiet! And the property's close proximity to town made it easy to run in for groceries and a night out for pizza.
Oh - and for those who have little ones, the little sand area by the lakeshore is great! The three youngest spent hours playing there. (Be sure to bring your own beach toys.)
I would definitely recommend this property! Thank you, Kevin!

Our group of 12 really enjoyed our stay! We loved all the amenities - firepit, chairs, cornhole, etc. The kitchen is well-stocked as well. The neighborhood was quiet and super convenient to restaurants and grocery store. The optional boat rental is a HUGE selling point - we loved it!

This location is perfect! We absolutely loved our stay. We had multiple families and lots of kids so the dock, beach area and lily pad were key. The neighbors on either side were also wonderful and so nice and welcoming. Very easy to get to anywhere you need by either boat or car. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed a couple of nights with friends and business associates. Clean house, matches description and close to town and restaurants. Guest House is a cool perk. Quiet neighborhood.

This location is center to all of Crosslake. Easy walk-in to the lake. Sunfish circle the dock for fun fishing experience. Easy boating access to all of the Whitefish chain. Owners are accessible and prompt in their response to renter questions.

We had a small family reunion and this home was the perfect fit. The home has a great layout and space, the location on the lake is awesome, and it's perfectly situated right near groceries, and amenities in town. I highly recommend this home!

Great place to stay everything advertised is there. The guest house was perfect for us and a couple grandkids. The big house was great for the adults to hang out. The kids love the beach and fishing off the dock. The weather was the Best. Location of a quite bay but access to many lakes. Owners were quick to respond. And the town close by. Thanks for our wonderful experience.

This is our second year staying at this lovely property. It is spacious and well equipped (all the kitchen equipment you need, games, puzzles, nice grill), with a lovely view. When you arrive you feel like you are coming into a beloved family cabin, which is exactly what we want.
We also appreciated how quickly the owners responded to all of our questions as we were planning our trip.
Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful lake home to stay at when you have multiple couples. Not only were there plenty of bedrooms, the entertainment spaces were nicely laid out offering us a separated game room, dining area, and living space. We appreciated the two refrigerators and fully stocked kitchen. When they say they have everything you need, they weren't kidding... from coffee grinder to turkey roaster and everything in between. Lots of outside space to enjoy and such a lovely touch to have wood ready for the bonfire just off the lake. One of the best perks for our group was the great internet. The connectivity was great plus each TV in the home offered several streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube TV, etc., etc. The bay was awesome. Quiet and lovely views. We stayed in the fall, so we didn't get on the water, but access to the chain of lakes makes their location even better. Shopping within walking distance and a separate guest house rounds out the A+ features of our stay. We had the pleasure of meeting the neighbors on either side of us and they were lovely. There truly is something for everyone and we definitely will book another stay soon. Can't recommend this cabin retreat enough.

This property was very nice for a family or multiple parties as the accommodations offer room for all and gives you options to utilize the space. The deck facing the lake was fabulous!

The location was great. The accommodations were good. I feel that it was surfaced clean but not deeply cleaned. The smell in the basement was somewhat overwhelming. We enjoyed the outside but disappointed that the lake wasn’t really swimming friendly. The website description made it look better. Overall, we gave our stay a 6.
Thank you ,

The cabin's location and number of beds suited our group well. It is situated on quiet water that was perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. We also enjoyed the game room every evening. Top notch communication with owner. Thank you!

Family Gathering
Excellent rental for families or small groups. The kids loved fishing from the dock which let them busy most of the time.
The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.
Centrally located and within walking distance to most restaurants and stores.
The additional cabin is super cute and very clean for overflow guests and quite spacious.
The boat rental option was a highlight for us as the boat is very well kept and having the option to get around via water is so fun!
We highly recommend this rental!

Great place on the lake
We spent a very pleasant and relaxing few days here with family. There were seven of us, (including a toddler) and we had plenty of space. The house was well-furnished and offered nice (and separate) gathering spaces for eating, playing games and visiting. The location was excellent too, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The kitchen was big enough (and very well-appointed) to have multiple people preparing a meal at the same time. Having a separate guest house was great for anyone who might be on a slightly different schedule than the rest of the house.
If you are looking for a comfortable stay (with very responsive and helpful hosts!) look no further!

Family weekend
We recently did an extended weekend at Kevin's property. The house was great - clean, comfortable and had a "cabin" feel. We rented the boat which was very nice especially with being on the whitefish chair. The only thing we wished would have been different was the lakeshore - lots of weeds and not able to swim off the dock. I would highly recommend renting the boat if you have children or want to swim. Kevin was great to work with too.

Clean. Beautiful view of lake.
Everything was perfect except we really needed a sandy bottom for the kids to swim in the water

Cozy Home with Great Fishing
This rating is based on the cabin and it's surroundings as there were issues that were not the responsibility of the home and the owners. Those are listed towards the bottom.
We rent a lake house or 2 every year, usually in Minnesota and Arkansas. When I first walked into this home, I was a little disappointed. But once you stay there, it's very cozy, quiet and feels more like a cabin. We loved how close it was to the lake where it provided awesome views. The fishing was the best of all the homes we've stayed. The foosball table was a hit for all ages! The owners were accessible and quick to respond. The beds were comfortable, the towels were high resort quality! The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need. And the guesthouse was very nice! The home is located close to the town which made it very convenient to run into town, mostly to get more nightcrawlers :). We didn't rent the boat due to weather concerns, but it was nice to have that as an option. We rented kayaks that provided a lot of fun. We will look to rent this home again.
The issues mentioned above were a detour of main highway that led to a lot of traffic by the home. With it's location at the T of the road, brought in a lot of headlights into the bedrooms at night. Second issue was a bad storm that came through and blew down a tree and knocked out power. With the water being on a pump, no electricity, no water, no toilets, not good. We had to leave a day early, but the owners graciously refunded us a day, which they did not have to do.
Again, those issues were not at the control of the owners or the home. We had a great time!

Wonderful Family Weekend
We had a family gathering with 7 adults and 6 children, and this place was just wonderful. We felt like we were staying at a beloved family cabin.
The property was clean and well-maintained and offered lots of space and activities – both indoors and outdoors (everything from games and puzzles to a fire pit). Kitchen was well stocked, linens were comfortable and available, beautiful view. Really couldn’t have been happier. Kevin and Craig were very responsive. We’ve already scheduled a return trip next year!
