Lots of foot traffic on street. Civic center often had traffic pattern blocked. People who were homeless were coming & going just off property. Did not feel unsafe though. Fire alarm went off several x one entire night & several other times. Otherwise, quiet. Would never know you are just off a highway.

Loved the location convenience and amenities. Could not locate the bldg trash container so took it home with me. Maybe better info about where to find receptical for the next guests?

We loved almost everything about this unit: its location, size and amenities.
Unfortunately, there was a loud and disturbing mechanical noise in the building which affected our sleep the first night and the enjoyment of the living room in mornings and evenings.

The property is in a great location and the layout of the unit was great for us. However, there was a very disturbing noise in the unit which significantly affected our enjoyment.
We did contact the property manager and they recommended that we use a sound machine to cover the noise.
If it wasn't for the noise issue, I would rent it again and recommend it to other travellers. But, based on our experience, I can't recommend it.

Walkable to downtown and convention center. Easy, convenient parking.

Wife and I spent a week here. Great location downtown, easy walk to all things you want to do. Accommodation's are great, sink in bedroom, large bath tub as well as shower. Adjacent to 240, but you would never know it.

Every thing you need!

It's price and location are the best, only a 5-minute walk from money restaurants and breweries.

My husband and I spent the weekend in Asheville. Our goal was to stay in a property which was walkable to downtown and south slope and affordable. This property met those objectives. The unit was clean and worked well for the limited amount of time we spent in it.

My wife experienced an unexpected medical condition just prior to our reservation. The company that manages this property, Vacasa, wasnt willing to assist us in any way.

Nice, convenient place to stay in downtown Asheville. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location! This house is in a great area easy to walk anywhere downtown. We truly enjoyed staying here. The lack of a 5th star was due to the sheets having hair on them (we had to wash them) and the couch was broken. The rest of the house was spotless.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. It sits just on the edge of town within walking distance of everything downtown. Good location.
It has a nice layout with a living area, small kitchen, bath, bedroom and laundry.
Check is is a little weird as the instructions come for the main entrance in one email and they aren’t repeated in the other email which gives you the door code, so we were trying to get in every door to the main building with the wrong code. Checkout instructions vary by app, emails and instructions inside too. We just made sure everything was cleaned and dishes washed.
Since they ask you to start a load of towels, but there was no detergent I then thought I might be using towels which had been washed without detergent by previous guest. That gave me a little bit of the heebie jeebies. They should make sure there are a few pods in the condo.
A few notes for other guests: they only provided three towel sets for two people, for three nights. It just wasn’t enough.
The coffee maker is a full size unit. They do not provide a keurig or Kcups. Other guest have left extra filters. That was nice.
There really aren’t very many cable channels. We had trouble finding anything to watch.
Don’t bake cookies, no baking sheet. But other pots and pans are there. You will need your own salt and pepper, any foil or plastic wraps, etc.
The kitchen is dark. Even if the one bulb which was burned out was replaced, I still think it would be dark.
The shower curtain needs replaced, it’s moldy. But other than that the bathroom was very clean.
There is a very musty smell in all hallways. Luckily the unit did not smell inside.
The veranda lock on the doors didn’t work but I doubt anyone can climb up there to get in. I still felt safe but would have preferred a working lock.
Found the bed and pillows comfortable . The bedroom is a generous size with a nice walk in closet. Bring your own hangers. They only had three or four in the walk in closet.
I would not hesitate to stay here again since it clean and in a good location.

Everything I needed was there in a comfortable space. I loved how walkable the location was!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Asheville! We were able to walk to every restaurant, brewery, and shop. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Not cluttered (sometimes places are so decorated that you have nowhere to set things down) with plenty of room to unpack clothes, and set aside shopping bags. This is maybe silly, but the shower had 2 shower heads (one on either side facing each other) which was really nice! Every couple showers together on vacation right!?!? Easy parking, easy to contact Vacasa when we had a small problem checking in. I highly recommend this rental!
