We had an incredibly relaxing stay, just minutes from downtown Lincoln. Our chocolate lab loved the fenced in back yard.

Overall, the accommodations were great, the beds were comfortable, and we'd definitely stay here again. This was a great place for our family of four and our pets. Capital View Place was our basecamp for a long weekend of shopping and entertainment. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs. There are plenty of trails and sidewalks for walking around the Capital Beach neighborhood, and it's only a short drive to downtown Lincoln. It's not the easiest place to give friends directions too. Using a mapping app is almost a must, if you're not familiar with the neighborhood. But this is definitely not a showstopper since almost everybody has a smartphone with mapping capabilities these days.

It was perfect! We were in town from Texas for the UNL football Spring Game. Beds were very comfortable- and close to the stadium. Loved that we could bring our pup. Beautiful and clean home.

Very clean, nicely decorated little house west of the Haymarket. Great location - you probably wouldn’t want to walk to campus or the Haymarket from here, but it’s a quick, easy drive. I would definitely recommend recommend!

Excellent property. Great house with lots of room for everyone including our pet. Would have been nice if there had been an option for local television instead of just the pay apps on the TVs. Because it was difficult to watch the Cornhusker game on tv as well as local news. But we made it work.

We came to Lincoln to celebrate my in laws 50th wedding anniversary. After the anniversary party, people were invited to their house for another get together, but the " younger" family members decided to get together at our VRBO. The garage is a great place for people to hang out and just catch up as most of the cousins hadn't seen each other in a while. The fenced backyard is fantastic especially if you have dogs and our dogs absolutely loved going out there. It was like they were still at home. Would definitely recommend.

Here for show, great proximity to airport. Everything was as it looks in pics with exception of back yard. Grass was cut in the front, but not in the back for probably several weeks. So was uncomfortable to play games and for our smaller pups to navigate although fencing was fine. We used the front for games and hope we didn't disturb neighbors. House is very clean and nice bedding and towels. I am short and could have used a stool to get in the bed in the master, however, the mattresses are very comfortable. Everyone remarked on that. Garage has a great area for partying and with large TV. Unfortunely for us the area was not airconditioned and we were having a unusual bout of heat to 100's so didn't really use much. I had messaged the owner on VRBO app couple days prior regarding possible early check in, but never received a reply so we made do. Overall would recommend.

We had a great stay in this cozy home. The beds were comfy and the hot water abundant. Our kids enjoyed the space in the garage and the fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Our daughter was thrilled with the packets to flavor water as well as the hot chocolate pods. The home is close to downtown and the University campus.

It was very nice. Love being able to take our dog's. Loved the fenced yard. Great area to walk with the dog's. The only down side to the walks is we have found 5 tics so far on one of our dog's, but that's the chances you take anywhere. Just double check animal's. Will probly rent again in the fall to go see our daughter and son-in-law again. Very quiet area.

Really nice house for a short stay to get a break on a long drive cross country. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was great! Only complaint was previous guests didn't pick up after their dogs and we found 4 or 5 "suprises" in the back yard!

My family and my two golden retrievers stayed here over Thanksgiving 2022. I loved walking the trails by the house with the "girls" while the men watched Thanksgiving football! Everything in the house was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family. The remodeling was excellent. It almost felt like a 5 star hotel, especially with the plush towels. The kitchen was very well stocked. I hope to stay here again on future visits to Lincoln.

We booked this trip as a midway point to meet my elderly parents from Iowa. The layout and location were awesome! The fenced backyard was great for our dogs and we took a lot of walks around the wetlands and the lake. Haymarket district is very close and the Speed Museum, that is less then a mile away, was an added bonus! We will definitely book this house again.

The host went beyond what we were hoping. He took care of our needs right away. We visited Husker Memorial Stadium, Speedway Museum, Fun Valley and Pre Historic mini golf. We also walked the nature trail behind the house. Everything is close to this location. Can't go wrong with this VRBO!

Nice house in an AWESOME location

This home was very clean and exactly what we expected. Everyone was a huge fan of sitting in the backyard and watching the wildlife. We saw deer, raccoons, cats, foxes, and many bird species. The deer were especially abundant and used to hanging out near people. The garage was really awesome. It seems to be insulated well and was very comfortable even during the heat wave that was going on when we were there. The kitchen was very nice and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and everyone slept well. We would stay again and recommend this home to animal lovers and families.
