Showed up to the townhouse, Monday after the 5/16 storm took out our power, thankful to have a place to stay with power to no longer have to stay at others houses. Townhouse at front of the little neighborhood has weeds growing over the garage door, clearly unoccupied which is off putting. Open the garage, see a bug bomb fogger in the middle of it. Open the house, each and every room has a fogger going off in it. Call the manager, it's some florida number that of course doesn't pick up. In the end, they did refund our stay and said they had a miscommunication with their pest control service. Having a little experience in clean-up, nowadays those foggers are used to cover up smokers more than actually rid a property of bugs, beware of these guys.

Our second stay in the Museum House. Hans was great as before! Lots of interesting art work. Close to museums, zoo, park, medical center, and Rice University.

This property manager provided an incorrect front door code in the check in instructions. It took them 90 minutes to respond to two separate failed check in attempts. Even vrbo customer service said they were "unresponsive". At 900pm with 4 tired kids including a baby, we had to go get a hotel. We finally got in the next day with their analog lockbox and discovered their digital door lock was just not working (dead batteries?). The frustrating part about all of this is that the property manager was not willing to give us a refund for the one night we couldn't stay there. I tried to work this out with the property directly multiple times but they were either unresponsive or said “that’s fine” to leaving a bad review. This property manager needs to understand how to make things right due to their own mistakes (wrong codes and equipment failures). We have family nearby in Rice Village so we go there a lot, but we will never stay here again!

Stayed here with my family with small kids to see Houston's museums. The home is exactly as advertised, or nicer! Plenty of space for our group of 6; we could have comfortably housed a larger group there. Great location - we walked to the museums, which was great when parking there was tight. The house was fully stocked with kitchen things, plenty of sheets, towels, blankets, hair dryer, and even had shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. My kids enjoyed the toys, boardgames, crayons and activity books that were there (and they told me the bunk beds were their favorite part of the trip). I would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

This property provided the perfect place to rest while my husband had surgery. We were less than 10 minutes away from Methodist Hospital. Aside from the perfect location, it is clean, comfortable and provides everything you would need. The perfect home away from home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at townhouse in the Houston museum district.
The location was fantastic - situated right in the heart of the museum district, I was within walking distance to some of the city's most renowned cultural institutions, including the Museum of Fine Arts and the Houston Zoo. Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, providing a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of downtown Houston.
The townhouse itself was equally impressive. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it provided all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing me to prepare meals at my leisure, while the living room provided a cozy space for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring the city.
The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting, with plush bedding and ample closet space, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. I particularly appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary toiletries and fresh linens, which added to the overall sense of luxury and comfort.
Finally, I must mention the excellent service provided by the property manager. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and responsive to any requests or questions I had, ensuring that my stay was as pleasant and hassle-free as possible.
All in all, I would highly recommend staying in this townhouse to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We only stayed 2 nights at this beautiful property to attend the rodeo, but it would definitely be comfortable for longer visits. The kitchen is high end and had the necessary appliances. The linens and beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of closet space--loved the master closet!
The townhome is in a gated complex and has garage parking available so everything is safe and secure. The area has so much to offer with museums, parks, and restaurants, would love to return!

The house is upscale and beautiful with an abundance of amenities. The location is close to Hermann park and all the best museums in Houston. You can also walk to many local restaurants (e.g., Turkey Leg Hut), which is very convenient. The host is super responsive and accomodating. We had a great trip and we would stay in the house again next time we visit Houston.

This is a large house in a great location near all of the museums. The owner was very easy to work with.

The property is well maintained and well equipped. Wifi worked well. The property manager was very responsive. Initially, the lock didn't work, but he replaced the battery and all was well. The pedestrian gate did not lock. Hopefully that will be addressed. Otherwise I felt safe.

Great location, super clean and well furnished. Was great for our family while my wife was getting treatment. We walked to the natural history museum and the kids museum was even closer

Quick Houston visit
Nice place in Museum District area. Walking distance to Museums and the light rail. Supplied well with everything we needed. Carpets getting a little worn and have stains but not a big deal. Fire alarm went off due to the battery being and had to remove. If not for that we would have been great!

Thanksgiving
The property was in a good location close to Rice University, spacious with nice decor, comfortable beds, and a lot of amenities. While the management company was responsive at first, there were various issues that came up during our stay which were mishandled including a gas leak which I was led to believe was fixed, but had not actually been handled by the gas company. I tried to clear up the issue post-stay, but they have refused to respond or acknowledge my query. Very disappointing!

Great Stay!
Our stay was great here. The house was stocked with many amenities and everything worked well. It looks exactly like the pictures! We had a little difficulty with check in, but it was quickly fixed as Maria was very responsive and easy to reach. The location was close to Midtown and accessible to different areas. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this place.
