Cute, dog-friendly, had everything we needed. Julia is wonderful. Minutes from the fairgrounds where we were participating in a 3 day dog competition.

Fully equipped house with a very pleasant big backyard, in a peaceful, semi-rural area. I especially appreciated being so near Monument Road, and the little shopping mall with Safeway, gas, and other services.
Julie is a very kind, gracious and accommodating host. I'm so glad I got to meet her and stay with her!

Had such a great time. Property manager was not only two houses away from us but extremely responsive if we needed anything. The house was amazing, great yard with an awesome tree swing and relaxing enough we just wanted to permanently stay. Will definitely stay there again

The host acted nice to our faces, but lives next door without much to do and wanders around the property from morning to night and has cameras on each side pointed directly on you and your area in the backyard. The host tried to tell us she needed to have a little construction project going on during our stay... we told her no we would of booked els where if we new she wanted to do construction while we were there!... The home was not cleaned up to standard. There was a layer of sand underneith the cheap rug in the living room that i needed to sweep and vac myself before letting my 2 year old on the floor. Spider webs and tons of dust underneith all of the not easy to clean places like under the tables, counters and beds. We paid for 1500 dollars in damage coverage, but after we checked out i revieced a payment request for "damage to my property". I asked what for and got no response. Also was wondering why the host didnt go through the insurance that I already paid for?! Didnt explain what was damaged... im guessing its broken leg on the chair that was already broken when we got there!... the fenced in yard was nice for our dog and kids but i would choose another VRBO or well accommodated hotel for our stay next time because i really do not like the fact that the owner requested payment for damage that wasnt even caused by us and didnt respond when i asked her what the issue was.

Overall it worked well. Cute yard. Love that it is fenced, my dog loves to run and play. The most items I've ever seen for use in a kitchen in a rental. Wonderful. It was good.

Such a cute little house. The kids and dog loved the backyard and tree swing. Our host was very responsive and available for questions. We had plenty of space for a family of five.
The only feedback I would offer is treat for spiders if possible. Its that time of year and we found several little guests hanging out with us.

Cozy house, great host!

Convenient for accessing National Monument and Lunch Loop Trails. Also 5-10 minutes to downtown GJ. Less convenient if you want to visit the Palisade wineries.
The house was adequate for me as a solo traveler. There was another room with bunk beds so could work for bigger groups. Plenty of room in the kitchen area with a smaller living room if you want to watch TV or hang out.
Host (Julie) lives two houses down so that was convenient for checking in/out and if anything came up during the stay.
Neighborhood cats and chickens running around the yard and parking area.
My overall stay here was good.

Great location, near downtown, your hiking trails, golf courses, Colorado national Monument. There’s a great brewery just down the street that’s walkable.

We came to Grand Junction for a three day agility trial with our dog. It was so wonderful to be in a house with a kitchen, and an enclosed backyard for the dog. Beds were comfortable, lots of nice touches, and a pretty garden. Julie was very responsive to any questions we had. Very highly recommended!

This property has a great little yard fenced in and a doggie door for pup, Quaint little place, it worked great for our needs. Had everything we needed there.

Great property for the price. Host communication was great and we loved all the flowers around the house. There is definitely more room than what the pictures indicate. The backyard firepit was great, and we used the back porch for larger gatherings with the entire family. Our dog enjoyed the yard and chasing the neighbor's chickens and cats. Unfortunately the neighbors chickens pecked away at some of the ripe tomatoes in the garden while we were there :-(.

This house was everything we needed to stay in when visiting GJ for a wedding. Beautiful backyard for enjoying my morning coffee and close enough to food and groceries. We would stay here again for sure.

We were in town to visit family and needed a place to stay that would take dogs. This little gem was perfect as it had a nice fenced yard for the dogs to run around. It is also close to the river trails to take them on walks. Even in 100 degree heat, the building was cool and inviting. The beds were comfy and we all slept well and the location is pretty close to everything you’d want to be near while in GJ. This was a great place at a great price and Julie was a wonderful hostess; definitely not to be overlooked when visiting the Grand Valley.

Comfortable little house
Great bed , linens, and well appointed kitchen. Small yard with a gas fireplace. No TV service that would stay connected. My husband was in hospital and I paid for a week ahead asking for some flexibility- but when they moved him 4 hrs away after 4 days, she would not refund anything. He is dying so I was looking for some help- sad that people do not care and help others anymore. I barely used the house and left it perfectly clean. The area looks shabby but it was actually fine once you got inside.

Perfect location, price
We rented this property last minute and it worked out great. The house itself is small and quirky but fit what we needed. The Kitchen is well supplied with 3 different types of coffee machines and has a nice range. The master bed was comfy and the 2nd bedroom had 3 twins in it. The back yard and fire pit were perfect for us. It has a gas grill too that we did not use. The location is just off the road from downtown to Monument National Park so that was very convenient. The house is in an alley and there are no views but the views are a quick drive away. The owner lives close and is very responsive. It is not the Ritz but the pluses above overcome any minuses.

We loved our stay!
Everything about our stay was great! We loved the location, it was quiet and secluded but still minutes away from downtown, grocery stores, hiking and biking trails. The house itself was nice and cozy and stayed cool on hot summer days. The beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the backyard and grilled out a few times. Julia was a great host. We’d definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.
