I love the Tru but its not safe anymore. there are a ton of homeless camped out all around the hotel. Definitely dont leave valuables in your car if you stay here. great service, breakfast, location though.

This was a last minute stay, and for the price I paid with some Key Rewards it was fine. If I had paid full price I would have been a tad disappointed. The hotel room was clean and the bed comfortable, but it felt pretty basic. This was my first time at a Tru by Hilton property and it didn’t feel anything like a Hilton. I think millennials may like the social aspect of the downstairs gathering area (billiards table) but after a long somewhat stressful day, we didn’t feel like socializing. The location is great as it is easy to walk to restaurants and a morning coffee shop. The included breakfast was good and the staff really nice. I was not at all a fan of the soap/shampoo/lotion dispensers as they are awkward to use. Also for older folks with less hand strength they would be hard to use. Our shower soap dispenser was almost out. It should have been left at least half full. I don’t know that I’d stay at another Tru property.

It’s the hotel version of Poochy from the Simpsons. It’s decorated very obviously to appeal to younger people, but the rooms have vinyl floors that carry noise and aren’t very clean.

Our room was very dirty. Under the beds were disgusting and the room had a sign saying use under the beds for additional storage, no way! We pushed the bed to the side a little and there were nail clippings, flossers, dust, and other small debris. Looks like junk was continuously swept under the bed for months. There were hairs in the shower. The night stand was sticky. There were some stains on the sheets and towels. Also, the room was much smaller than anticipated. The first room photos are actually accessible rooms so the space looks wider. Our room was a pretty tight squeeze between the front and beds. The best parts of the stay were the games in the lobby, friendly staff, and the pancake machine. I would not stay at this property again and am thinking I'll be avoiding Tru properties moving forward.

This was my third stay at this tru. I always enjoy the stay. The beds are reasonably comfy, they are welcoming of my pup, there are several breweries/restaurants nearby, it always feels clean, and they have a water bottle fill station. Oh yeah, and the people are always friendly!

This has been one of our favorite road trip stops - traveling with kids and our dog. The hotel is really cute, bright, open with lots of tables/games and hang out space in the lobby area. The room was small, but very clean and looked brand new - simple, but with lots of places for luggage. We also loved the wood floors. The breakfast in the morning was so much better than the usual free breakfasts! Our kids loved the pancake machine, cereal, yogurt and more, and my husband and I enjoyed the egg-white omelets. omelets(souffle?) The best part, though, was the staff. The gentleman that checked us in, the staff member that texted to make sure our room was to our liking, and the lady that checked us out were all cheerful, friendly and extremely helpful. They all went out of their way to make us feel special! Thank you!

I booked this hotel last minute on a road trip because we really needed a shower and some sleep. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel design is so cute! It's not just cute but it's functional and has everything you need for a stay, including water filming stations and a nice gym. The room itself was very clean and functional as well. I forgot slippers and this was the first time I felt ok walking around a hotel without them because it was spotless. I loved the products in the shower too! Overall a great and comfortable stay. I'll look for them in every city I visit now.

The room was very clean. Overall I was very disappointed at the amenities VS the cost of the Hotel. I have stayed in other Hotels with a pool, hot tub, and restaurant for a lot less expensive of a price and they were just as clean.
