Welcome to Oceanfront Dream at Folly Beach, SC. This is a renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bath luxury condo. This executive unit is located on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building. Two master suites with oceanfront views and balcony access, one queen bedroom, and one twin bedroom with 2 beds. Four full baths, including one rain shower in largest master suite.

Shiplap throughout main living area. Black granite kitchen counter tops, rugs on tile floor in bedrooms and living room, Italian marble dining table, large flat screen TV and cream leather furniture in living rom. TVs in all bedrooms and a 35 foot oceanfront balcony.

This vacation home, Oceanfront Dream, is ready for gatherings of friends and families. It is designed and furnished for guests who expect "a bit more" from a vacation villa- a classy, elegant, and comfortable environment.

Our experience from the time of booking until checkout was perfect! Sarah, the owner, is attentive and responsive. All my inquiries were answered within minutes. The Condo is phenomenal…newly renovated, spacious, large balcony with an amazing ocean-view from three rooms of the condo, and convenient location (walking distance to all the restaurants & shops). Loved the decor and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Condo is also stocked with extras- board games, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. The owner also responded very quickly to all requests. Will definitely plan to return to Oceanfront Dream!

This condo is a great location right on Folly Beach. We didn't need a car to get to restaurants/bars, etc. We had 6 adults and the 4 bedrooms & baths worked perfectly for our group. Sarah was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Amazing views of the ocean. Master shower bathroom fixtures desperately need to be replaced. Kitchen drawers were a wreck. Basic knife set was absent. But we were there for the ocean :)

Our family prefers to go to the beach where there aren’t massive crowds. Folly Beach is the perfect mix of just enough commercialization that there are a few good restaurants/shops within walking distance, but not falling into “tourist trap” status. This keeps the crowds at a comfortable level. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is our favorite place to stay. This is the third time we’ve stayed in the Villas, but the first time in this particular condo. This condo was beautifully furnished, well decorated, in the perfect location, and CLEAN! The beds were comfortable, the balcony had a perfect view, and the kitchen had everything we needed to do breakfast and lunch in the condo. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for our family to enjoy. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again!

7 nights with 2 kids, 2 kids in laws a 5 yo and a 3 yo. Unit view, 4 Br and 4 Baths worked out great. Complex was conveniently located near pier, shopping and restaurants. Furnishings and maintenance was adequate, but we left owner a list of several items that needed attention.

This was our 2nd stay in this unit. As soon as we got home last year, everyone said to go ahead and book for this year. As we were leaving this year, they said the same thing! Our family consists of a few 60+, a couple of 30 somethings and 2 children (6 & 9). The floor plan with a bathroom for each bedroom is perfect.

We just returned from a six night stay in Folly Beach. The condo is in a great location, right on the beach and a short walk to town, with easy parking on site. The view was amazing and we had more than enough space for our family of four. Sarah was great with answering my questions ahead of time and check-in process was simple. Plus the bottle of wine was a nice touch to welcome us upon arrival. Thank you!

Sarah is a wonderful host! She was always prompt with communication and she takes excellent care of her beautiful condo! This was our first time visiting Folly Beach and it’s seriously the cutest little beach town! Everything is in walking distance! Highly recommend The Lost Dog Cafe for breakfast/Brunch and you need a latte and blueberry muffin from there- It’s a must! Charleston is super close and we spent the majority of our time there exploring and taking all the tours! Definitely will be coming back to Sarah’s condo when we make it back to South Carolina. 🙂

We have stayed in this complex 3 times in the past and this unit is by far the nicest. The photos really don’t do it justice! We stayed over Christmas and we were very happy to see a beautifully decorated tree in the dining area. There were burst water pipes on Christmas morning in the parking area. I notified Sarah and repair people were on the way immediately. She is a very responsive host. We would definitely choose Oceanfront Dream again!

My husband and I have rented beach condos in The USA, the Caribbean, Mexico, Portugal among others. Most were fine but did not always live up to the on line photos or the description. This one was everything the pictures showed it to be and more. Many of these vacations were family trips as was this one and everyone agreed that this one topped the list. The condo is spacious and the deck and view are amazing. There were six adults. We had plenty of room and never felt cramped. It was two blocks from the town so no need for a car except to get groceries. It’s right on the beach so easy access. We definitely would rent again! We loved every minute of our stay! The owner is also very quick to answer any questions or provide information.

Beautiful Condo - will rent again!

We have been staying at Folly in various places for over 15 years. We love the Ocean Front Villas because they are so close to Center St and have the ocean front pools to provide relief from the sand and surf when needed. But this was our first time in this property and we will rent again. We had mainly been renting through a large property mgt company and the last few times through them have been terrible property (dirty) and/or terrible customer service (this year they cancelled our reservation after 2 months b/c the owner wanted it for the summer. yes I realize that is in the contract, but was a headache to find something different and the 2nd time this has happened to us! The first time many years ago they offered us a better deal for the inconvenience, but this time they only offered other properties that didn't fit our needs as they were smaller. Luckily they gave us a full refund.) So we decided to go through VRBO and are super happy to be away from that other rental agency! This spot has been remodeled and is much nicer than the 4 BR/4Ba's on the other side of the building (which we've stayed in 3 of at different times). The step in shower was so great for my elderly mother, and the decor was very tasteful but still beachy. We love the fact there are 2 ocean front "masters" so my mom gets her own oceanfront BR, and and my husband and I do too. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities, pots, pans, etc. There were a few things that needed minor maintenance, like a broken handle on a sliding door, but nothing that took away from safety or charm. Would recommend highly to other vacationers!

The villa was beautifully decorated, kitchen more than adequately stocked, the beds perfectly firm and the view spectacular! Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Our group of 7 ranged in age from 5 to 67. Everyone had a fantastic week and wanted to stay another week. The utility closet was a great addition with extra towels, beach toy and chairs. We also enjoyed the book collection and cabinet of games.
