This property was absolutely perfect for our adventure elopement home base. My now husband and I hiked in to the mission mountains for our our wedding but stayed here for during the weekend. Liz was incredibly helpful with all of the planning and very communicative leading up to and throughout our stay. This property was so peaceful and scenic and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Highly recommend and would love to come back for anniversaries!

The view is beyond expectations with horses to greet you during the day! The decor is something out of a magazine and made the Montana cabin find just perfect. Liz was always responsive to a text or email and my family and I really enjoyed stopping here on our way from the Tetons to glacier. We had wanted to reserve it last year and our plans fell thru and I’m glad we were able to stay this year. It was nice to have a speedy washer and dryer and we enjoyed the tv nightly watching a movie together on Netflix. All the kitchen supplies needed were abundant and the vibe was everything we wished for.

The house is clean and well decorated. Host was quick to respond and friendly. The yard is mostly fenced in and there are beautiful pastures on the rest of the large property.

Almost all was wonderful but issues were keeping the heat regulated and the water pressure was very low. We turned on the space and wall heaters to warm the place up when we got there. However, there was no kindling or firestarter for the wood stove and the damper didn't seem to work so wood burned hot and quickly. The water pressure was VERY low and taking a shower was a challenge.

Beautiful location
The property had not been cleaned between guests. Suspicious when we arrived, but confirmed with note from housekeeper that she didn't get to clean. The bedding had not been changed. Too few clean towels. Note said we would not be charged.
Amenities list hot tub. There wasn't a hot tub.
Amenities list fireplace, There was a woodstove without directions, without kindling and three pieces of wood.
I believe we should get more than the cleaning fee returned. The hot tub was an important amenity for a multiple day hiking trip.

This charming log cabin was a beautiful spot to get some rest and relaxation in. We were pleasantly surprised with all the yard games available to enjoy including two adorable mules our kids loved to pet and treat an apple or two. The cabin had all the kitchen necessities, likely one of the best stocked I’ve seen in rentals and all the things we would need to make our stay perfect! Loved our quiet stay in this little gem!

We were in Montana for a wedding at nearby Oro Ranch. Our VRBO was right down the road, very comfortable, beautifully furnished and the view from the rocking chair porch of the snow capped mountains was to die for.

This is a very cozy and rustic looking cabin with lots of space to move around in the master upstairs and a wonderful woodburning stove in the living room. The kitchen was very conducive to cooking meals in if that’s what you’re looking for. The downstairs bedroom is a little small for two people but other than that the sleeping arrangements were just fine for four adults.

Great remote getaway
We really loved our stay. It’s just as described and in a great location if you’re looking for a little isolation with a beautiful backdrop. Liz had great communication and the Wi-Fi was strong as promised. If you have Verizon, expect zero service but my husband has AT&T and he did. The fenced-in yard is 90% fenced in - there’s a section in the back that opens to the rest of the yard. This still worked for us because our dog doesn’t wander too much, but if yours does be prepared.

Quiet and Comfortable
Great place to get away and relax in the dead of winter. As someone who owns a lodging establishment I understand the work that goes into a place like this and appreciate the effort of the owners.

Beautiful setting
This was a very cozy cabin in Montana. The location was beautiful for a Thanksgiving setting. The cabin is older but very clean and rustic. Our only complaint is the kitchen is very minimally stocked and Thanksgiving dinner was very hard to pull off as many basic things were missing. We got creative and made it work so all worked by the end of the day. We also could not find access to the outdoor bedroom that we had hoped to use so we got creative there too. We would definitely rent again though!
