This property was perfect for what we needed! We have a family of 6 and the bedrooms were perfect for what we needed for the kids. The back yard was nice and private we played outside with the kids. The location is not far from alot and it was easy to navigate. We will definitely return to tbis property on our next family trip!

Granddaughters graduation and family from out of town were all able to comfortably stay together at a reasonable price. Centrally located to downtown and the biker riders in the family enjoyed tooling down to riverside park and playground.

This is the first VRBO we used through a property management company. We came for a 3 week stay. We have previously rented VRBOs directly with individual owners. The checkin was a pain, but worked out. They were supposed to send us a link to an app that controlled the door but did not get it until sitting in driveway. I called who I thought was the owner but she was apparently just an employee. She told me she was not in office and for me to call the office. The office sent a link with no instructions about how it worked. Took a few minutes to download then figure out how it worked Once sorted it worked great. I texted the office with a few specific questions like “Where are the towels.” Did not receive any response. The VRBO listing clearly listed a dishwasher but there was none. The tv looked like it streamed and the screen showed channels but when we tried to open any they showed about 5 minutes of program, then exited to a-screen telling us to log in with our account. Luckily we brought our own Roku stick. Plugged in and used our accounts without having to leave any sign in info behind.
The kitchen was very well found: dishware, utensils, pots and pans and such. Dining area and bedrooms were nice for a temporary rental. The washer and dryer were a highlite - they appeared brand new and worked very well.
The bathroom was ridiculously small. Had to go in, then turn around to close the door. The toilet is jammed between the door and the sink base.

Pulling up to the house it gave a cozy homie feel. It was easy to find and enter the home with updated key access. When entering the home it gave a beach side feel which was wonderful!! Everything was nice clean and neat with close access to the pier. My family and I took the opportunity to walk and enjoy the water. I would recommend this stay to family and friends with and without children.

The house is adorable and in an amazing location. It was a short drive to FL and a 4 minute drive to historic St. Mary’s GA. Great place to stay if you are planning on visiting Cumberland Island. We would definitely book this property again. We had 3 adults, 2 teens and 3 toddlers in our group. We had plenty of room and the yard entertained the teens and toddlers for a good bit.

We came into town because we used to live in Yulee and wanted to visit with our friends, this was the perfect fit. My daughter was able to have some sleepovers while we were in town and it wasn't too far from I95. The house was very clean and it was so nice to be able to have room to spread out.
