My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. While construction out front marred the view a bit (no issue with noise while there), it was delightful to sit on the porch and look out at the water each morning and evening. The proximity to the Pike Place market was great. We had dinner around the market one night and the other two nights we bought fresh fish and cooked in the condo. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans and equipment so we were able to make delicious meals. Having the space to spread out as a family (2 teens) was great too. Would definitely recommend the condo!

Great ocean view and the balcony is a nice place to sit and enjoy the view.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning with coffee. It was perfect to get to Pikeâs Place and all attractions Seattle has to offer. We enjoyed the coffee and appreciated the cream in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Wonderful place and location.

This was the perfect location for our family trip to Seattle with a fantastic view from the living room, kitchen, dining room and outdoor patio. It was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities you would expect in a home. It was great to have the washer and dryer to extend the life of our clothes throughout our trip. Communication with the host was easy and timely. We had a fantastic time and will surely be back again.

This VRBO unit is clean, the beds and bedding are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and it is well located close to many attractions. The owner is extremely communicative.
But none of that matters as much as THAT VIEW! The photos don't do it justice - I don't think they can. We had perfect weather and spent every evening on the deck watching the sun set over the mountains, shining on the water. It was spellbinding.
My adult daughter and I had a wonderful few days - visiting Pike Place Market daily (a quick walk/elevator ride), seeing the Chihuly Museum & Gardens (ah.maz.ing.), seeing a Kraken game, Bainbridge Island, Discovery Park, Capital Hill, and the Seattle Art Museum. Many of them were walking distance. Oh, and we ate SO MUCH seafood. There are an endless number of fabulous restaurants for every taste within walking distance. (Almost always uphill - haha!)
As much as I enjoyed the other neighborhoods, I don't think I'd ever return and stay anywhere else. Waking up to and going to sleep to the spectacular view of the snow capped mountains was just too amazing to ever pass up.

Perfectly located, very quiet despite being near all the fun activities. Check in and check out was easy. Great communication with the property managers. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We came for a long weekend and we were so happy we stayed here. It is a short walk to Pikes Market, Seattle Aquarium, Ferris Wheel, and the Seattle Art Museum. Across the street was Pier 62 which had activities to do including soccer, connect 4, and bag toss and my children had a ton of fun there. There is construction right in front of the building but it did not hinder anything we did and it was never loud. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back.

As beautiful as the posted pictures. The BEST view with incredible sunsets. Easy walk to Pike's market and along the waterfront. Super comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice starter supplies (coffee, cream, sugar, chocolates, dish soap, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, etc). Parking included. We took a ferry to Bainbridge Island and sailed the sound one afternoon. We explored Pike's market both early as merchants were arriving and setting up and later for dinner. Easy uber or drive to Capitol Hill, Lake Union and other neighborhoods. Be aware they sometimes stop traffic on Alaskan Way just north of the condo for cruise bus loading and unloading. We would love to return.

Fabulous location with easy walk to restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. Great set up in the condo with full kitchen and amazing view.
It was exactly what we were looking for!

The luxury apartment had a very well equipped kitchen with very new pots & pans. Lounge seating was excellent. We enjoyed watching all the shipping activity through the floor to ceiling windows of the apartment. The small balcony was appreciated for photographs. Alaskan Way outside the apartment is still under construction & will be for some time. We had some difficulty parking in the THREE MINUTE drop off parking outside in Alaskan Way- Do Not Park signs every where & check in took us 15 minutes. The two garage spaces were excellent. There are many rules and regulations in this apartment & complex but can be easily followed and they do keep everyone safe, as there is a homeless situation in Seattle.

We were a little nervous about finding a place in Seattle since we had never stayed there before. We were absolutely blown away by this amazing home! The cleanliness, the security, the accommodations for a family, the location to everything we wanted to see, the communication of the property manager and then the VIEW...nothing beats the view! If we ever visit Seattle again, we will not stay anywhere but here.

Our family of four stayed for 4 nights in the apartment. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The view was fantastic. We loved sitting in the living room in the evening watching the sun going down. I took my early morning cofffee on the balcony which I really liked. The beds were very comfortable and although directly at the waterfront where many people were strolling and a street right in front of us it was perfectly silent during our nights. The apartment is only a few steps from everything you want to go as a tourist. And with steps I mean you could walk everywhere you wanted to go to. Washer and dryer is there which saved us as our luggage was lost for the first two nights. The communication with the property manager Nina was easy and she got back to us immediately the two times we had questions. What we also appreciated were the upfront information on how to enter the property and park the car and the booklet with everything you need to know about the apartment and places to go.
We will certainly come back the next time we are in Seattle.

This apartment is accurately represented online, clean, comfortable, bright, well-appointed and in a perfect location. Construction was taking place in front of the building during our stay which was unfortunate, but did not compromise our views or ease of access too much.

Exceeded our very high expectations! The view and location canât be beat. The condo itself is so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Property mgr provided detailed info before trip and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful trip! We hope to stay again next year

We absolutely loved this property and the owner was on top of things. She kept in contact the entire time and we felt really well taken care of. The property is gorgeous and very well located right by the waterfront. The only issue (and it canât be helped and will resolve itself soon so I wouldnât let this deter you) is that there is construction going on in the road front of the property so it can be a little confusing at first to check in. They do give you excellent directions for how to do it but there wasnât anywhere close to park to make it happen so if you are mobility challenged this may be an issue. If you are not then just park down the road and walk to the concierge area. Itâs worth the small inconvenience for how amazing this property is but wanted to make sure people with limited mobility are aware that this is a challenge for the property with the current road construction. We will definitely be staying here again. Itâs quiet (even with the construction) and so well appointed. It had everything we needed and the beds were ridiculously comfortable! The drapes actually are practically blackout (this can be an issue in some places) so we got the best sleep there that we have ever had in a rental. It was wonderful!

Amazing experience! The property was stunning. The location was perfect. Enjoyed waking up and ending our days with the beautiful views of Elliotts Bay. The accommodations were top notch. The host and property owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with! Overall wonderful experience. Truly made our trip to Seattle one of the best! Thanks for everything!

We had a great time at this condo. Nina, the property manager, was amazing, and the communication was great. The condo is so comfortable and clean. The location to everything for tourists was perfect. I would stay here again for sure.

Property was great! Right on the water, very spacious, squeaky clean. Parking garage was a huge bonus. Close to everything. Only negative is construction everywhere and jackhammers started at 7 am.

We went for a 40th birthday/girls trip and the condo was perfect! We spent our days sight seeing but spent every morning and every evening just sitting in the living room watching the boats and ferries go by. I honestly do not think there is better location in Seattle to stay. The views made that much easier to relax and not forget where we were. So happy we found this listing!
Very close walking distance to Pikeâs Place, Aquarium, boat cruises, tons of restaurants and we even walked from the condo to the space needle⌠it wasnât bad at all.

Beautiful and convenient location for a fun thanksgiving week! Kitchen fully equipped for family cooking when we wanted too. Loved all of it !!

Everything about this property is ideal. Walls of windows overlooking the Sound along with its open floor plan lives more like a home than a condo. Canât beat the location with its ease in walking to all the sites and especially a quick elevator ride up to Pike Place Market. Itâs one of the nicest all around properties weâve stayed at and most definitely will book again.

A beautiful residence a short walk from the ferry terminal. Well appointed and decorated, location is prime, and will be even better once the Waterfront Construction is completed (2025?). This construction does not impact the property, and access to Pike Place Market is well marked during construction. We did have an issue with dishwasher not draining, and lack of tea towels and dish clothes for the well appointed kitchen seemed like a minor oversight. A very nice walkable location right on water with views galore.

This is a lovely property close to many attractions. You wonât be sorry if you stay here.

This place is absolutely wonderful! It is a large, spacious condo, and the photos are VERY true to what you actually get.. There is a TON of natural light, through all the windows, and the views of the waterfront are fantastic.
The condo is very well appointed with a full, and well equipped kitchen, big comfortable beds, and is SUPER clean. Lots of attention was paid to the little details, like having Laundry supplies to do laundry with (and it was a VERY nice washer/dryer).
Based on the location, you might not really need a car, but, if you do, having access to not one, but two parking spots was great...
Next time I'm in Seattle, I'll definitely check to see if this place is free first, as it is absolutely wonderful!

Although a short 3 night stay, we had a great time at this clean and spacious waterfront property. We enjoyed the kitchen on the first night as we cooked Taylorâs famous clams and ate oysters and clams on the balcony overlooking the water. It was the perfect Seattle getaway.

Owner very easy and prompt replies. Unit was spacious and well equipped and quiet.

Beautiful, very clean condo right across from the pier. Great location for Pikes Market, island ferries, and sitting on the deck with a great view. Would stay here again!

this was a beautiful and spacious condo. Lots of windows to view the waterfront and watch to ferries, boats, and cruise ships go in and out. We loved this well stocked, classy and very nicely decorated and clean condo. Very large common area and dining table was great. We really enjoyed this condo - the best one of our two week vacation. The master has a bath tub and a shower.
It is a very safe place with good security. Being on the 2nd floor provides easy in and out.
The parking spot in this busy downtown is very helpful. Would definitely recommend this unit

The location is the reason we chose the property, it is an easy walk to pikeâs place and aquarium area. There are also parking spots in the garage available with the unit if needed. The apartment is very nice and modern. The complex felt very safe and secure with gated entry, and help desk. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook meals and entertain our family of 5. Great stay!

We loved our stay at Waterfront Landing. According to the host we were the first post-Covid guests. There were a few hiccups that the host quickly resolved. The condo is in a touristy area but is surprisingly quiet. We had great views of Elliot Bay and were only blocks away from Pike Place Market. We were also able to walk to a Mariners game. The parking spot and washer/dryer are big pluses. Inside the condo, the furniture is nice; the host has good taste. It looks like the pictures. The beds were also comfortable. The host has thought of everything! There was a welcome gift, cooking essentials and coffee for the Keurig and the drip. The bathrooms had good water pressure, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and other amenities. It was like staying at your generous friendâs house. We would stay here again without hesitation.
