About this house rental
Hidden Oak Oasis is a lakefront home, renovated in 2020, located on Keuka Lake's highly desirable East Bluff Drive, about six miles from Penn Yan. Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms make this a comfortable vacation home for families and friends to gather.
Guests can enter the house from the front door or the ramp on the side of the house for those who need a more accessible entrance. The main floor has an open floor plan. There is a large covered deck off of the dining room that looks out over the lake. There you will find a natural gas grill with two tables and chairs.
The kitchen has new appliances including a wine fridge. There are cooking utensils, pots and pans and service for 12. The dining room has a custom made banquet eating area with a view of the lake. In the living room you will find comfortable seating with a large flat screen t.v. with cable and a gas fireplace to keep you cozy in the winter months.
Off of the living room is the first floor suite which has a king bed and t.v. The attached bathroom is handicapped accessible with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms which each have a queen bed. There is a second floor bathroom with a shower/tub.
On the lower level there is a bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. From the lower level you have access to the lake and a comfortable patio with a hot tub that accommodates 6 adults.
From the patio there is a yard with well maintained gardens leading to stairs to the lake.
Midway down the stairs is a balcony that has a small table with seating for two. This is a great place to enjoy the activity on the lake or a quiet moment in the evening.
Continue down the stairs and you will arrive at the beach. Here you will find a dock, a shed with life jackets and some beach toys. There are two kayaks on a rack to use for a quiet paddle down the lake. There is a fire pit and some Adirondack chairs to enjoy a cozy fire.
Parking for the house is next to the main entrance and allows for four cars.
With wifi accessibility, central air, and a whole house generator, this house will keep you comfortable in all four seasons as you are enjoying all that Keuka Lake and the surrounding area has to offer!
** Renters must be at least 30 years of age. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is at least 30 years old.
***Absolutely NO Pets or Animals allowed at any time. Anyone found to be in violation will be asked to leave immediately.

** Parking allows for 4 vehicles.
This property has a seasonal dock which is not available from October to Mid-May. Guests assume liability for the use of the dock and assume responsibility for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guests themselves.

The property was simply amazing! There's no other words to describe the cleanliness and how well put together the entire house was! The kitchen and bathroom and bedrooms had all the essentials and more. We absolutely loved the double porches! We will be returning to this home next year!

The house was beautiful and clean, the property manager was friendly and prompt when replying. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly as well! I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend this spot to friends/family!

This place was beautiful, right on the lake and had a great view from the living room, kitchen table, and multiple outdoor patios. The living spaces were spacious and worked well for our group. It was also in an easy location to get to Penn Yan, wineries, and hiking trails all around the Finger Lakes. The owners were also very friendly and provided all the info needed to enjoy our stay.

This newly remodeled lake-front, lake-access home was the perfect gathering place for a 5 day retreat for 7 friends who traveled thousands of miles for a perfect Autumn reunion on Keuka Lake.
The state-of-the-art kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all of our meals which we ate on the large deck overlooking the lake and fall foliage.
The three bathrooms (one on each level) were also modern and convenient.
We also loved the lower patio with the well-maintained large jacuzzi. We watched sunrises across the lake from the jacuzzi and relaxed in it before bed.
Our wheelchair-bound friend and his wife found the the house to be fully and easily accessible, … from the entrance ramp, to the upper deck, and to the entire first floor, including first floor bedroom with King bed and adjoining roll-in bathroom/shower.
The warm, sunny Fall weather was perfect for enjoying the house and surrounding communities. Grocery shopping was great in Penn Yan both at supermarkets and unique country markets.
The owner/hosts were very accommodating with questions we had and greeted us on our arrival.
We definitely hope to rent again!

We loved this property. Lakefront views, comfortable furniture indoor and out, amazing hot tub, well stocked, comfortable beds- we loved everything about it. The house is beautiful! Lisa and Brian were great to ensure my 2 year granddaughter was safe on the decks and with the stairs -- the decks have gates, and they set up a gate for the inside stairs. They also provided a pack n play.
During the past 10+ years, we rented many homes; but for one reason or another, we did not return to the homes when we returned for a Keuka Lake vacation. Hidden Oak Oasis is the only home we will rent again ... everything was perfect!

This house is perfect for two families! The amenities were very thoughtful and in great condition. Owners were helpful and kind to deal with. Such a great place in an awesome location. Pictures do not do the house justice - it is even better than advertised.

Our family has been going to Keuka Lake for many years. We have stayed in a different houses every time because we can never find the perfect one. This house has fit the bill and then some!!! Great location, beautiful done, many essentials provided for you so you don’t have to pack your house! And the host are most gracious and kind, very nice people. Love, love, love this place

Our family of 6 adults and a toddler had a wonderful 3 day stay at this beautiful home. The lady cation was perfectly situated on the Bluff, close to Penn Yan and 30min to Hammondsport. Wineries, breweries kept us entertained, as well as a place to dock a boat. Every amenity was provided that you needed and the house is impeccably clean. We would love to stay here again; but next time it’ll be for a longer stay! Thank you, Lisa and Brian for being such gracious hosts.

Our group stayed here for a trip and this property is beautiful and the owners are very attentive. Yes they have rules but the with a house like this I would too. The house is clean and comes with a lot of stuff you need to stay there. The view of the lake is awesome and very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back to this property.

This home is absolutely stunning and topped our expectations! The owners keep it spotless and have so many great things to enjoy right on the lake. My friends and I loved being able to walk down to the lake and kayak. The view from the hot tub is amazing and we did not want to leave. And yes some reviews talk about the rules but once you see how beautiful this property is, it makes sense. Thank you for making our stay everything we wanted! Will definitely come back.

Our group stayed for the weekend and were extremely happy with the property. As someone else stated, the pictures do not do this home justice. The rooms were comfortable, the home very clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A group of friends ranging from late 30's to late 60's stayed at this property for 4 nights. It was much nicer than the pictures showed. It was the perfect size and layout for our group. The updates are spectacular and the amenities couldn't be better. We took advantage of the firepit, hot tub and kayaks. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals at the house. Lisa and Brian are impeccable hosts. We would definitely book again if our travels bring us back to the Finger Lakes.

This home was a fantastic getaway for our small group. It's beautiful, and clean (save all the ladybugs in the basement bedroom given the springtime season) and was well organized for sleeping arrangements. There were A LOT of property rules that detracted from our experience a bit, it was tough to relax feeling like you were doing something wrong. All in all, the location and views are well worth a visit to this home, but reconsider if you have a rowdy or messy group.

House is gorgeous-spotless, completely renovated and feels brand new. Right on the lake- beautiful views. Drove to town and to a few wineries and hiked to a waterfall- all close by. Wonderful trip!

It was unfortunately very overboard when it comes to rules & specific way the owners want things kept & left. Cleaning fee was very high for the expectation. Other than that, would recommend.

This house was perfect for our couples wine weekend. We were a group of 10 (5 couples) and we booked this house because there was a room for each couple with a king or queen bed. The house was spotless upon check in. The property was beautiful and the view was stunning. We cooked the first night and the kitchen had everything you would need. Lisa really thought of everything and we would book again.

Great location! Recently remodeled top to bottom with quality furnishings, hot tub and appliances. Impeccable fit & finish. Great climate control. Easy communication with owners. Basic marina very close if needed. We don’t expect to find many like this!
