Bad

The owners were terribly rude cursing at us via cameras and were drunk. The place is filthy and the beds are hard as a rock and broke. You don't get reacement towels or sheets either. Our door handle fell off and they wouldn't come fix it.

5 STARS !!!!

What is not to like about Upham Beach Inn! Absolutely the best property I have stayed at in St Pete Beach and I am a frequent visitor, live in FL. This will be my families go to from here forward! Though it is not directly on the beach it is literally 1 block.... no worries they provide each room with a large beach wagon to carry your things to and from. This property truly thought of everything! A beautiful, immaculate, very comfortable property from start to finish ..kudos to the owners!

Our unit was great. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Very clean. The pool area is fantastic.

The icemaker was broken during our stay, so we had to keep going out to buy ice. And the walls were very thin. We could hear everything in the room next door.

Good location but the place is due for an overhaul.

The only good things about the place were location (very close to the beach, 20 minute drive to downtown St. Pete) and the pool (the kids loved it).

The place was very dirty. Empty plastic bottles under the beds from previous guests. The bathroom was leaking and the kitchen was barely equipped (dusty broken glasses in the back, etc.). For this price we expected much better but there was not much choice left (we went during Easter week) as we booked late as we needed to find an alternative after our initial rental home on Sanibel Island was blown away during last year's hurricane.

It was a wonderful weekend at a wonderful place

At first I was a little nervous about the remote connection with the staff. However all my questions were responded too. Also a cousin wanted to stop by and see us. The manager said sure, park in the office parking space. Very gracious of them and accommodating. She said if she and her bf decide to stay out by the beach she would definitely come there.

Had a great time. Location was great with so much within walking distance. Enjoyed the pool .

Ate at Ricks and the beach hut. Convenient and reasonably priced.

Our shower didn’t drain initially but was working after one phone call. Laundry room was out of order throughout our stay.

Over all we all enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Pool, grill, beach equipment, umbrella for the tables, cabana could have used a couple more chairs. Number 6 was spacious enough. TV’s and air conditioners worked.

washer and dryer wasn’t working when we needed it. Shower drain was plugged up, no table and chairs to play cards in 6. Could have used a few more things in the kitchens.

Exceptional

The location was great. The beach was a block away, there were tons of restaurants, bars and ice cream shops within walking distance. I loved that they provided two beach towels and a locker with beach supplies.

Overall, very nice place to stay. Private and convenient. Close to everything you need or want.

Short walk to beach-quiet amenities with a nice pool.

Sand in the bed-not from us since we had not met been to the beach..

I liked the space and how close it was to the beach and everything was in walking distance!

I like that this was a full apartment and it was just one floor without stairs.

Superb

Location was stellar, the apartment was perfect for what we needed. We watched TV, we went to the beach, we had everything we needed at our disposal.

Only thing I didnt like was the bathroom wasnt as clean as I wouldve liked. I suggest fabric curtain liners, so they can be washed after every guest. Everything else was clean as a whistle!

The beach was right down the street, a couple of blocks.

Breakfast was not available, however Rick's Reef right next door had a great breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants. The swimming pool was right outside from our room. Our beds were comfortable.

Overall it was good for our last minute weekend getaway

great location - 5 minute walk to the beach. Various restaurants and bars all around. Loved having assigned parking.

Shower clogged quickly after turning on- we were only there for one night so we didn’t complain. Bed was pretty creaky.
