Camera bellissime in pietra leccese, nuove è molto ampia.
Succhi imbevibili.
Spiaggia:

The size of the room
Was like being on a building site as they have major construction work going on.
Rooms are nice but not sound proof at all, we asked to be moved as soon as we got there as kids next doors were banging on the walls with loud tv. The reception said they had no rooms which is fair but didn’t even apologise even though we were on our honey moon. They also didn’t tell us about a lot of details to do with the hotel ie times of breakfast, how to get to the beach, beach towels etc. we always had to go and ask. Very poor lack of communication and customer service.
The hotel train to the beach was handy but queuing for half an hour in the heat wasn’t fun to then not having a space for us on the train as they don’t have an eating arrangement so we ended up using our hire car which is only a 5 minute drive. The description makes out that it’s located right on the beach and when we finally got to the beach it was packed so we went back to the pool anyway. Would be a lot worse in August I’d imagine.

Stanza stupenda, sempre ordinata e pulita. Staff super competente!

The rooms were very nice, lots of room and clean.
Felt like I was at a holiday camp, had to pay €10 deposit for a wrist band, then I had to load money onto the band just to be able to get a drink. I Also had to pay €10 deposit for a beach towel. The check in experience wasn’t great, staff not very helpful. Hotel described as beach front. It is not, u have to drive or get on the hotel train.
Extremely loud music, no thought about the people listening, think it was what the staff wanted to hear.
The food selection was poor for breakfast, dry and hard croissants, no butter, everything in packets, not a lot of fresh food, hot food selection was cold.
Checked out a day early and so glad we did.

Frühstückspersonal bisschen schwerfällig

Rooms were really lovely and well kitted out. Good air conditioning. Nice pool area. Handy train to the beach.
No wifi in the rooms - only at the reception area.
Had to buy bracelets to top up for drinks which was annoying. Yet had to pay cash for towels €10 pp and €3 each to change them. No refund given on money remaining on the bracelet.
Food was average. Had to pre purchase a voucher to pay for the buffet - which was €40 each and not worth it! Breakfast ended at 9.30am sharp.
Pool bar wasn’t finished. Seating near the bar was all in a long line - not conducive to conversation. Often had multiple music playing competing with each other. Not enough umbrellas for the sun loungers. Couldn’t drive near reception or accommodation to drop off suitcases.
No snack menu available.

The room was very big
Everything else. This is a huge resort type of a hotel . Room was big but faces a construction zone . I just really hated this stay . First of all, there really is no arrival area. Just a small round about with no one to greet you. So you have to unload your luggage, go park a car , return and find a small reception room that’s in another part . So strange. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. And I speak Italian pretty well. But they rudely switch to a very bad Enlgish. (Why? )( actually the girl that was called to speak Enlgish to me was cordial.) but still not very welcoming. When I asked if there is a bell boy and help with luggage. They seemed very surprised !!! And called one of the entertainment staff members so help ! Okkkk….
Next - breakfast that was included. OMGGGG!!!! I have not ever been to a place on Europe with such inedible food!!! Very little choice, ends at 9! (Or 9.30) what? People are our til wee hours! And just disgusting!!!! I do not comprehend how the many Italian guests can eat this food when they have such amazing food everywhere! We didn’t go second day.
Next / beach. So I booked this resort very much last minute and there weren’t many choices. Not knowing, I assumed they were close to the beach so there would be beach chairs. Oh no!!! Not only they weren’t by the beach (not their fault) , they do provide a little cute train. But the beach chairs aren’t free and neither are the towels!!!!! There is some Wierd deposit system . Also there is one for the bar. We didn’t bother and did our own thing.
Check out wasn’t any easier. No help with luggage or good attitude.
The whole thing just felt like a very outdated , very bad type of all inclusive stay.
We did not use the pools or stayed for the entertainment. Just had a very bad vibe

Beautiful hotel and area, big clean rooms, the hotel is placed 800m from one of the best beaches in Puglia - Spiagga delle due sorelle - with free transportation to the beach from the hotel. A big and beautiful pool area which was clean, with restrooms nearby and a little bar to order coffee or snacks. Kids loved to play in the pool. Staff was helpful, available and service minded. Breakfast was very tasty with lot of options.
The restaurant during the dinner was too crowded and chaotic with people and servers running around your table and when you went up to have som more food (it was a buffet). So the dinner pulled down the overall experience a bit and we think that the dinner concept doesn't match the overall standard and service of the hotel, so there is some room for improvement regarding the dinner concept. The payment system in the bar in the pool area with an electronic bracelet was very strange to us and didn't provide any value to us as guests. We would have prefered to be able to just pay with our credit card.

The rooms are very nice spacious and modern.
The hotel is not flexible and helpful with things like checkout. Checkout is 10 am and if you ask for a later checkout anytime after
10 am they charge 25 euros, which is ridiculous. Also there are no restaurant open on this huge resort between 2 and 6…. And no breakfast after 9 am…. Very inconvenient.

Close to the beach
Staff were uncooperative, hotel was too large therefore staff could not cope with information
Showers had no hot water
Both safes not working and telephones were not working therefore we could not contact reception.
Food was not up to standard

The room was big.
This is for sure not a 4 star hotel. My stay here wasn’t bad, but I did expect a lot more.
The staff really didn’t speak any English. And there was about 10 times more staff than customers which made me feel like I was being watched the whole time, especially when I wanted to enjoy some pool time.
There is breakfast sure… but awful and only til 9:00.
The room is very spacious and clean.
It did look a bit like the place was going broke, so much was old and broken.
No this was not the resort stay I had hoped for.

Our breakfast by the swimming pool. They really do their best to satisfy all your requests.
Nothing

The room was far superior the photography suggests.. we actually had a small apartment which had a separate living room and huge bedroom, with a double bathroom. The finish was all in local sandstone and the lighting was glamorous and elegant. We also had a balcony which was a welcome addition.
The front of house staff and cleaning team were very warm and friendly. When I needed to take a call the lovely lady at the reception let me use their staff room.
The location is pretty good with a shuttle (actually a kid's train) dropping guests off at a location near to Torre Dell'Orso. The pool is enormous and ha see plenty of sun loungers available.
The breakfast was our main issue with our stay- it was not great, the hot food section was inedible - congealed scrambled eggs, bacon saltier than the Dead Sea and no refrigeration for even dairy items.
Pool towels require a €10 deposit which is fine- but the fact that they want it in cash is not very practical. Around the pool music is blaring which is quite unwanted on a chilled afternoon. There was some complex system to buy drinks at the pool with an electronic wristband which they also needed a deposit for- as a result they lost out on drinks sales as it was too much of a fuss.
The rooms don't have WiFi and when I had to take a zoom call I had to use the staff room off the reception which wasn't ideal. We also had to wear a wristband to access the hotel which was quite inconvenient and not something I wanted to wear or sleep in. No coffee machine or kettle in the room.

Staff was very friendly (especially the guy, welcoming cars at the entrance :), room size, hotel facilities, baby room
Breakfast is very poor, lack of choice. The staff mostly does not speak English, but they try to communicate with a help of google translate, which is nice ;)

Double shower.
Cappuccino self service machines.

No Wi-Fi in the rooms.
The B&B option didn’t give us access to most things
2.5 / 5.0
The rooms are big comfortable and clean, the pool is very good. Beach was close and it was easy to go by shuttle.
No internet anywhere else except the hotel lobby (especially the rooms).
We paid 125euro for 2 adults and 1 child for dinner, it was tasteless, there was no variety of products. You can find Italian food for half of this price in any restaurant outside. It was a big disappointment..
3.0 / 5.0
Rooms were fantastic, pool area was amazing with cafeteria at reasonable prices.
The resort is in the middle of nowhere, so either you need to take your car or the hotel's shuttle to the beach (every half an hour). The staff is not really prepared for foreigners, they hardly speak any English. Breakfast is quite poor, missing fruits, vegetables. Though there's a nicely equipped gym, the opening hours are very limited, closed on Sundays(!). At the beach hefty prices for sunbeds

The pool is great, large, clean
You shouldn't stop breakfast at 9.30AM....when customers are on holydays, and sometimes back from discotheques...
You should make sure customers have a chair at the pool, and not let some customers keep the chairs the all day long, without using them...
You should ensure families have rooms next doors

I liked our room, it’s size and it’s location very much!!!
Some of the staff went above and beyond our expectations
while others were not as warm and welcoming…
There were specific rules and systems that were enforced on the guests.
I like to dine outside for both breakfast and dinner, however I was told
that the terrace dining was for residents or club members, not resort
guests? I felt like a second class citizen!!! You had to rent a beach towel
for the time you were there and it wasn’t in great condition!!!

The hits: our room was very nice, spacious, bathroom is beautiful, the bed comfortable. The pool area is nice but there are few umbrellas.
All in all, lots of things should be improved
The misses: wifi does not work at all, the staff is not polite and kind, they hardly speak English. There is a private beach area for the hotel, accessable by a little train, extremely crowded and you have to pay for the umbrella, the cost is depending on the row. It is ridiculous to pay extra as hotel guest and in addition is is very expensive. Breakfast choice is very poor if you do not like to eat sweet pastries, one type of cheese, twio type of hams, very simple ones, no vegetables on the buffet, we had to ask for every morning. Moreover breakfast time is until 9 which is very unconvenient during a holiday.

The location is great, the area of the hotel is beautiful, rooms very spacious and clean, the pool is fantastic!
For the hight price I would expect WiFi in rooms, kettle and some glasses to have something to drink from. But I suppose, the plastic cup was a covid measures.
Also, the staff communication level in English was very low.

Our room was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and modern. The hotel grounds were very smart and well laid out. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices.

Bathrooms.
Lack of knowledge in languages other than italian(not very touristfriendly). Alert signs or similar text based information was only in italian. The staff didn't really listen to our needs(or just didn't understand us). The breakfast was almost only sweet and if you wanted something salty it was almost only meat(as a vegetarian that's kind of bad). If you only have a b'n'b deal you have to pay extra for even the smallest (and necessairy) things like changing the towels and most of those things are not worth the price they demanded.

The campus is very good, the room was really excellent and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The locality is beautiful: beaches, Otranto, Lecce. We were there just before the season started, and we appreciated the quiet.
The hotel was very clean and the staff made us feel very welcome
The restaurant was not up to the standards of the local restaurants, but was good for a hotel.
The system by which you buy drinks at the bar was very cumbersome
Its a long drive from Bari airport, not so bad from Brindisi
