Cosy country cottage

Great break away with our little dog, lovely quiet spot and beautiful area.

Loved the location, Exford is a small village with lovely shops, tearoom and hotel. The cottage had a small enclosed garden was ideal for our little terrier. The bedroom was lovely, comfy bed with enclosed dressing area. The shower was hot. Lounge area comfortable. The kitchen was great, we cooked breakfast and ate out each evening at some good pubs within a few miles and also walkable to Exford. We enjoyed Dunster, Minehead, Porlock, Porlock Hill & Tar Steps. Fantastic area and would highly recommend.

We have a lovely stay at monks Cleeve, tessa was very welcoming.

Very lovely, well equipped little bungalow. Loved the little enclosed garden it was perfect for my two dogs. Also good location for dog walks and only five minute walk down to the village.

Very enjoyable, nice friendly host, amazing walks.

Location great for long walks & easy to get to village for supplies & local pubs.

Maybe a little more consideration from users, parking out side bedroom window.

Exceptional

It was very comfortable and homely. It was booked for my sister and her friend her last little holiday as she is terminally ill. The setting and the sky at night was wonderful.

The worst thing was having to leave. It was so safe and cosy.

Really nice house.

The bungalow was on the outskirts of a village, about a 5 minute walk. It was a nice distance to go for a walk with a local shop for any last minute purchases but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

The windows were right next to a road, traffic was loud when passing but there were only a few vehicles per day.
