Very comfortable stay in luxury town house, great location!

Fantastic location, a short walk to all of the famous city landmarks. The property has been recently refurbished, and continues to be maintained to a very high standard. Spotlessly clean throughout. Would certainly recommend!

Well presented comfortable house in excellent location

A very well presented property in a brilliant location for exploring Bath. Only a few minutes walk to both the Royal Crescent and Bath centre. 200 yards from a superb fish restaurant. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfy. Plenty of bathrooms. Good facilities.

The underfloor heating system was a little complicated to manage anything other than a boost, if needed. The property managers say they are going to provide more instructions. It’s a great property to use as a base for exploring, not for a big group to spend lots of time socialising in as the main rooms are more limited in size.

Customer service was top notch. Quick response time. House was beautiful and comfortable. Excellent location. Carpark was close and easy to get to.

It can be a little noisy at night with windows open. But once the noise dies down I slept really well.

Thouroughly enjoyable stay at a beautifully presented house with friends and family.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable property and situated within 10 minutes walk of City Centre. Great coffee machine and good supply coffee pods.

A frying pan or two short in the kitchen. Very hot on the top floor, opening the window could be loud due to the main road outside.

there is a damp patch on the bedroom ceiling in one of the second floor bedrooms. Looks like there has been a leak from the bathroom upstairs? otherwise superb.

Very good

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Within reach of town and attractions. Parking less than 2 minutes away although expensive.

Very detailed instructions but struggled with heating and speakers. Burglar alarm went off 3 times but sorted quickly by the owner. Stay was expensive but accommodated the whole family. House rules were a little over the top

Superb

Loved the layout of the house, comfy beds and great showers. Location was perfect - easy walking distance to the Christmas markets but quiet as out if town. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch

Nothing really - to make it a full 10, it would have been great to have enough supplies to make a hot drink for each of us when we arrived - fresh milk and biscuits would have been lovely. But that is me being picky - it's a lovely house that we thoroughly enjoyed. Warm and cosy, even in sub zero temperatures

Great location to City Centre very clean and warm property.

Great location to the city centre. Lots of space in the property.

There was only enough lounge seating for 5 people in the main sitting room area although the apartment sleeps 8. Two of the four bedrooms were very noisy. The TV was basic, you could get iplayer but not ITV live which stopped us from watching England play in the World Cup.

great location, fab decor and very modern, layout great with comfy beds and good quality bedding, facilities great except for only 3 cups between 8.

lounge not really big enough for the 8 it sleeps, only 3 cups between 8 people, looked clean but actually could do with a really good hoover as floors in kitchen/lounge and hall way not clean. could of done with instruction/guest book for heating system

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend the accommodation!

Location could not have been better, a ten minute walk into town to all main attractions. Parking area and supermarket within 5 minute walk of house.

It would have been nice to have the patio cleaned up as it looked neglected and could be a lovely little area to enjoy if it was clean, tidy, cleared of weeds etc.

Clean, airy, modern and convenient location

House is clean, modern, airy, and finished to a very high standard. Only a short walk into the city. Close to a large Sainsbury's which is very convenient.

The lock on the front door is cumbersome, requiring locking behind you when leaving or coming back in. Provision of sundries such as loo roll, coffee pods, tea bags a little low (especially if you're part of a large group). Very minor issues though, it's a great place to stay.
