Location near beach and shopp

the manager is not professional enough Until check out free bfast not even served Air cond not cold enough 1st day checkin cannot use pool until at 5 o'clock in the afternoon becouse they just put pool medicine

I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in semiyak

The property was extremely spacious and was perfect for our group of 6. The staff at the villa were exceptional and accommodated to any needs or requests we had. The property is in a prime location to restaurants and only 10 walk to the beach.

Although the villa is tucked away from the main road the actual walk up to the villa is quite long. In saying that there is no problem if you are in a car or on a bike

Muy chulo pero caluroso

La piscina súper grande, los lavabos muy bonitos y todo muy espacioso.

Que los lavabos están abiertos y hace mucha calor y no hay aire acondicionado y el dela habitación no da el frío para todo. Todo demasiado abierto y con la calor no se puede estar agusto.

Amazing! We will definitely be reccomending this Villa to family and friends!

The Villa had a spacious entertainment area with a pool table that we used daily. The pool was huge and set to a nice temperature. The rooms had fantastic air conditioning and were very clean. The location was perfect. Nice and quiet but also walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our family stay but the location meant we needed a taxi each time to leave and return.

Each villa had its own pool.

The tiles in the entire villa were very slippy and more than one person in the group had a fall. Requires more towels or non slip mats.

Our stay here was great, it was only a short distance into the heart of Seminyak and was very relaxing.

Facilities were great and it was perfect for privacy with our own pool

Only slight negative were small gaps in the door with could let in insects if you left the light on inside at night

The kindness and helpfullness of the staff. The beautiful and quit villas with swimmingpool. Close to beach and main streets.

There was little space to sunbathe by the pool, there was 4 of us and only 1 day bed by pool that was infested by ants

Superb

Great start for our holiday. We were delighted by the spaciousness and the luxury of the villas. We booked 2 during our stay 2x2 and 3x2. Boedi our host was excellent and informed us about several places to visit. Walking distance to beach pooltable fun. Equipment kitchen a little bit down but who is hoing to cook with so many good restaurants in town?

The cleaning of the bathroom (toilets) could be better.

Superb

Pool table was great fun, bed was comfy, pool was cool and clean, good air conditioning, provided cold filtered water, polite and helpful staff, smart tv in rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, great garden and spacious area, fans in outdoor area.

Food was average, bit of a walk to villa down circle side road and no short cut, toilet plumbing connected between rooms transferred smell to both bathrooms.

Good, but not great

Location is quiet but you need transportation to get anywhere fun. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfy. Pool table was fun extra. Gym was well equipped

When people were at the desk they were quite friendly, but there were several times when there was no one available at the desk. The rooms had one shower with out hot water consistently and the other had a bathtub that sprayed the floor when the water was turned on high. The facilities weren’t in great condition but the staff was able to fix most of the issues while we were there and offered us free massages to make up for our dissatisfaction

The title is "luxury Villa" but in fact too far for this villa to call Luxury.

The staff were friendly especially the lady who serve breakfast

It was good & the staff were amazing.

The staff were lovely, very accommodating & couldn’t do enough for us.

The property is a ‘little tired’ & if you are going to call it a ‘Luxury’ Villa then you need to ensure it can live up to its name…even in Bali. Both the kitchen tap & the shower wall both had lime marks around them & there were mould marks (which come from the tropical weather in Bali) in the hand basin. The toilet seat in the second bedroom was also broken & not fixed while we were there either. I must say though in particular I found the large floor tiles around the entertainment & pool area really slippery when wet (which happens when the pool is used or it was raining) because of the light colour you can’t always see if they are wet & would definitely not recommend this property to anyone with young children. I fell 3 times, my husband and daughter each once as well. I actually fell deep in to the pool on one occasion & landed right on the edge of one of the stairs…I still have the large bruise over a week later…very very dangerous. I have suggested signage to the owners as this truely is a more serious accident waiting to happen. Not the owners fault at all & this may change as the area becomes more built up however I would not stay at Xmas/NY time again as we found it extremely difficult to get taxi’s to arrive even when ordered.
