אכזבה!!! עדיף היה להישאר בבית

לא באמת הייתה ארוחת בוקר ולכן עזבנו יום לפני המתוכנן

אין צוות 24/7, המקום שומם, אין ארוחת בוקר. לא היינו חוזרים לשם

Bad

Extremely rude staff, this hotel has no customer service experience what’s so ever. Entrance is blocked by a barrier to entry, must call and wait 10-15min to enter led by security.

The pro and the con

The quietness even though the hotel was full , the furniture and the placards on the wall , right near Max stock and other stores. The synagogue, and above all the meat restaurant with it's great chef.

The breakfast was atrocious,never ever go to a breakfast like this one's. better buy a sandwich with a coffee at bashar than have a tasteless old salade and omelette at Luciana or uri

The room and bathroom were very nice and comfortable

The breakfast was not why we expected. We thought it would be a buffet like most hotels. The food was good though

It was very nice, comfortable, spacious. Shower was great powerful. My daughters loved it.

The bar on the door was broken as well as the keycard for the door. Had to use a regular key to lock the room. No big deal. The refrigerator was very tiny. No mini bar. The bed was a bit soft for my taste. The lights were confusing.

My stay in Maale Adumim

Excellent stay. Was surprised to find a place like this in Israel. The room, the furniture, the staf and the breakfast were amazing. Very recommended!

Nice place to stay but you may get awakened early in the morning.

The Hotel is VERY nice and clean. Staff was friendly and clean. Rooms had a clean boutique look to them. Bathroom was quite sizable. Location was right in mall. Parking was free and easy. Definitely a feel of value for price. Breakfast was small but sufficient and tasty (and the staff was friendly and helpful). And definitely - check out the food court in the mall. It is really something special.

We were woken up at 6:15 by construction that went on for an hour or so (ahem... aren't there laws against this??) TV was difficult to figure out, especially if you wished to use it for the Smart TV apps.

Very helpful front desk. Hotel decorated in accordance to the latest design trends. Good wifi connection and convenient parking in the garage free of charge.
