This condo was perfect for two, the amenities were as listed, and we were impressed by the smart TVs. It was a very comfortable setup and the building was very secure.

We spent five days in northern Washington and spent a couple days in Seattle at the tail end of the trip. Was a good location to visit Pikes market, the sculpture park and lots of dining options.

Belltown is in the heart of downtown and close to the Market, shops and dining. The private courtyard and secured building was was helpful to make us feel a little safer downtown. The pool area is great! We felt as if the property itself could have used a little more attention. There were no amenities such as the dishwasher and laundry detergents. Linens and paper products very limited. We had a free onsite parking garage which was great. Loved being able to walk to everything!

We walked to the space needle, EMP and science center the first day and to pikes place and waterfront the next. We also walked to and from an event at Lumen field. Then back to our own comfy safe space to relax. Would definitely recommend.

My friend and I stayed here for a week and we loved the place! Clean and comfortable and in walking distance from Pike Place Market and multiple other attractions. We especially loved the terrace space.

Perfect location. Would recommend sticking with wine glasses and Keurig pods. Confusing regarding background check requirement. Poor customer service ahead of time trying to figure that out.

It was a nice apartment at a great location. The apartment was clean. The beds (even the sofa bed) were very comfortable.
Before my trip I tried to contact the helpdesk because it seemend like I needed to sign some paperwork that I couldn't find in the portal. I also had questions about the greeter (the email I had to contact didn't work) It took the helpdesk employee an hour on the phone to look into it. Very stressful way to start your vacation.

Walking distance to most attractions, food choices right downstairs. Great roof top views, laundry in room was convenient. The pool was nice but super loud (sauna also). Check in was annoying as we had a group with 4 rooms and we needed to wait outside and then get shown to each of the rooms, you needed a key for the elevator which made it hard to go to pool/patio/other families rooms when we weren’t all together. View from room overlooks pretty 3rd level courtyard. Clean but aging, the railing on porch (no furniture out there) was a little more wiggly than we felt comfortable with and we had issues with getting the TV to work. Had all the dishes we needed to have cereal and milk, was nice having laundry pods and dish soap there. Would definitely stay there again.

This rental was in the prime location for downtown Seattle. But we were disappointed at the cleanliness (or lack of) in our rooms when we arrived. Apart from that, the main fridge and dryer were not working, and they had a technician come in the morning, interrupting our paid time in the unit. This would have been fine if we had requested a technician to fix the dryer- but we were fine without it and were disappointed to have him in the unit working while we were paying to have that vacation time. The check in and check out processes were confusing and not well communicated, leaving us trapped in the parking garage while trying to leave. Would not recommend if you are looking for a smooth and clean stay.

We liked the unit very much and everything was as described. The communication with Vacasa was very bad. Never received the key box code and despite several emails and calls to their call centre we never heard from them. We managed to get access to the unit 3 hours after the provided check in time. We again tried to reach out to Vacasa before check out to find out how to deliver the keys but still wihout response.
Looking forward to seeing if this feedback will be addressed.

First off, the location and the apartment, itself, are great. Clean, spacious, quiet, and very accommodating for a traveling family. If there was any attention to the needs of the tenants, I would give this a 4 or 5 star rating. That said, when we booked, we do so assuming we would have access to underground parking and the ability to use all the features in the apartment. Upon arriving at check in, we were met by a greeter that gave us the keys and walked us through a tour. So far, all good. Luckily, he had us test the fob for the parking garage and it did not work. He called it in and said someone would be in touch. No one ever called us back.
This area of Seattle is very busy at night (bars, clubs, many homeless and mentally disturbed) and we had concerns asking our young kids to walk from an off site parking garage at night. The best overnight parking in a covered, secure space ended up being 10 blocks away (which we also paid out of pocket).
To compound the lack of service, the refrigerator was cranked to its highest level but did not work. It was running, but the main area was room temp. This is a basic feature that we planned on using, but could not. Once again, I reached out and was told someone would be in touch. They never contacted us.
Most of this happened on the weekend, so I understand with staffing issues that weekend maintenance might not be available. But we checked out on Tuesday - not once on Monday did anyone reach out to try and help us. When we asked about rebooking, the properties sent to us were so far outside of Seattle that it made zero sense for us to move.

Cute place in great location. Vacasa says 24hr customer service but that doesn’t mean they can do anything about the issue. Says sleeps 4 but had towels for 2 and when we went to make up sofa bed only had one pillow case not 2. We did finally find more towels & a pillow case in the dryer but they were still damp. The refrigerator was not working and they had brought in a small dorm fridge. Said air conditioning when I booked. I looked back when we got there and the listing was updated -a/c was crossed out and partial air was listed. All we had was 2 box fans. The apartment heated up quickly with 4 showers (bathroom fan did not work) and making breakfast. Had to keep windows open at night to cool off unit, so you hear city sirens all night. Customer service answered my call promptly and said they would deliver more linens ‘first thing in the morning’. Actually it was afternoon and we had already left for the day’s activities. We were told we would be compensated for the problems we experienced, but it has been 11days since check out and we haven’t seen that either.

An oasis in the city, there is a nice little courtyard area right in the middle of the 2 condo buildings. Enjoyed some Belltown restaurants/bars, walked to waterfront and Seattle Center/Space Needle. Greeter was friendly and informative.

Because the refrigerator doesn’t work. Turned the controls to maximum cooling and over three days it never chilled. I guess the management thought that since they’d stuck a minifrig in the living area that all should be good.
Fix the refrigerator!

It was located so you can practically walk to all the tourist spots - within .3 to 1.5 miles.
The top floor is looking into the courtyard rather than the ocean side - something to consider. It is an older building (70's or 80's??) renovated but decent and modern.
The previous review hated the smell of refrigerator, but I think it is because the refrigerator is not getting cold at all. We used the small on in the livingroom. It should be fixed before next guests. Overall decent experience at the place!

Apartment not clean, curtains all half torn down, fridge smelled and doesn’t work, sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable and I’ll igniting sheets provided for it. Hand over for keys was done in a sketchy back alley very unsafe! Should be done at lobby door!
Apartment is very close to everything and Seattle is beautiful but to pay this amount of money for a tiny place with sub par upkeep is underwhelming. Will never stay again. Management tried to reach out but honestly if apartment isn’t clean on arrival and I e already cleaned it myself what can they do? Get a better cleaning company and change check in process would be my suggestion.

Great location, safe secure building, easy walk to many restaurants and attractions. Amazing bakery next door doesn’t hurt either!

Super cute, clean, beautifully decorated condo with awesome views and everything you need for your stay in the city. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast just steps away from the building. This is the perfect location to experience Seattle!!

The apartment was a perfect location to talk to MANY of Seattles sightseeing locations. The bed and sofa bed were really comfortable. They only reason I gave it a 4 star was because it was advertised as partial AC but there was not a unit. They brought us an extra fan which was very helpful.

The place is great, quite, secure, comfortable. The staff was very attentive and nice. Bryan the person who give us the key even offer to pick as up at the train station. I forget to retune my parking pass and they made everything very simple to returned it.
