About this house rental

Fall in love with this cozy vacation home! Just minutes walk from Florida's only warm mineral springs! This freshly renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ,2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room. The pool is heated and enclosed in the lanai so you don't have to worry about any bugs. There are numerous beaches within 15- 30 minutes drive. There multiple golf courses located in and around North Port. Beach towels, chairs, mat pulling cart, coolers and sand toys are all provided for use. There are many stores, restaurants and shopping centers just minutes away. Snook haven of a must see offering great food, music, craft bear, boat tours, kayak, canoe and paddle boat rentals! The outside of the property is monitored by 2 security cameras. One at the garage facing the driveway and entry way and 2nd on the right side of house facing the park for safety and security reasons.

Such a cute little house, the pool was great our 6 year old loved it! Unfortunately it rained quite a bit of the time we stayed, but he got to use it a couple of times. Thanks again!

This house was great. It was clean and the house is well stocked. The owners are awesome, kind, friendly and they answer all questions properly. Everyone loved the pool. It is close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again when in the area. 😁

We went down to Florida to visit family who live near by. The home is clean, comfortable, close to stores and well stocked. The host responds quickly with any questions you may have. The house was a perfect fit for our needs. The beautiful pool was an added bonus too.

This was a great location for us, everything was close by. Beaches only about 20-30 minutes away. Pool was enjoyed by all. Quiet neighborhood. Local places to go, Abbies Donuts and Scoops Ice cream is a must. Ewelina was great to work with, thanks for a wonderful trip.

The home was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Well stocked! The beds were even comfortable! Would highly recommend this home! The owner was super helpful with quick responses to all of our questions.

Overall, very nice property and stay. Parking is limited, two or maybe three cars at the most. Home was very clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was great and the host was quick to reply to the batteries going dead on the door lock. I would recommend this property to those looking for a stay in the area.

We loved staying here it was very clean and lots of things to use for the pool or if you are going to the beach everything is with in a very short distance from the house. The pool was amazing and so clean and warm. We are already trying to plan our next trip.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was set up just as if you were at home. The back yard is ok but could you a little landscaping to clean it up. Not that it was a mess, but with some additional landscaping it would help the appearance. The owner did a really good job of thinking of everything that you might need for your stay and even some things that I had not thought that they would supply.

We enjoyed 3 weeks staying at this very nice house. It was immaculately clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. We loved having the pool for afternoon swims. Communication with Ewelina was awesome, she really wants everything to be perfect for your stay. I would 100% stay here again

We enjoyed 6 weeks of wonderful warm sunny Florida weather during our stay. The heated, well maintained pool was definitely the focus of most of our afternoons. The house was clean, up to date and well equipped . The few questions or requests we had were promptly answered by owners. House is near Highway 41 and several local bike trails. Beaches are about 30 minutes drive.

Comfortable home for our family of 7 ! Pool was clean , house was very clean , host was very responsive ! Small playground was a few steps away and connected to the backyard by a gate ! Perfect for the kids ! Quiet neighborhood and street ! Thank you for sharing your home !

Excellent property for families! The house was updated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The bunk beds were ideal for the kids and there was plenty of room for playing Inside and out. The pool area was spacious and well stocked with toys and the backyard connected to a park with a great playground! 10/10 would stay again!

The house was newly remodeled and the pool was a nice size for our family. There is a BBQ which we also used. The kitchen has a nice supply of dishes and pots and pans.

Gracious host! Easy entry. The property was beautiful. It was cleaner than a hotel room, no clutter, and neat little design features, and accessories. Washer and dryer were awesome. This place offered a great family experience for our party of 8. The pool area was beautiful and screened. No mosquitoes. Great location a minute or two from the main road that offers anything you may need, food, shopping, entertainment, oh my! Take your family there, and you will surely enjoy your stay, and make memories. We hope to go back with more time to spare at the house. Absolutely a gem!

The owner was very responsive and caring! She welcomed us before checking in and made herself available if needed. After we checked out, she messeged me to make sure everything was good. The house had everything we needed! The location was very convenient, close to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The pool was great too! We would gladly go back! Thanks!

We came down to North Port for my cousins wedding & aunts birthday party. This house was clean and had everything we needed to cook a quick breakfast before heading out. Our boys loved taking a dip in the pool between family gatherings. We will definitely be staying here again. The only suggestion we had was to add couple more mirrors in the bedrooms. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This property was absolutely beautiful and centrally located to beach hop up and down the gulf coast. The property owner was very responsive and helpful with regard to the property and even gave recommendations on places to go. Every little detail was thought of in this home by the property owner which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this home and can't wait to come back and visit.

Booked on a whim for a family of 4, for spring break. This house was everything we could have wanted, and then some! House was excellent. Very clean, with excellent quality amenities (kitchen utensils, appliances, bedding, toys, everything a family could want in a house, was high quality and available). Pool was great as well. Great location to see a variety of things on the southwest coast. Within 2 hours of Busch Gardens to the north to Naples zoo in the south. Everything in between as well. Make sure you go searching for shark teeth fossils.
