About this house rental
You’ll be living large when you reserve Always 5 O'clock for your stay in Galveston. Always 5 O'clock is located 4 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens (so much fun!),10 minutes to Pleasure Pier and conveniently located near the Galveston-Bolivar Ferry and other attractions, it also has sleeping space for up to 20 people. What a great place to host your family reunion! Even better, up to two dogs can join you with a $100 fee per pet. Just be sure to leash your pet outdoors and pick up after it.
Always 5 O'clock is a freestanding home with a fenced yard and a large deck with table, chairs and a pergola with a ceiling fan. The yard has a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs so you can roast marshmallows and hot dogs. Below the deck is a barbecue grill and lighted party space. This is a home designed for enjoyment.
Your living room comes with a sectional couch perfectly situated for watching a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. You’ll find TVs in many locations throughout the house. Downstairs there’s a wet bar, pool table with a ping pong table top you can put over it, a karaoke machine and Bluetooth speaker.
If your group is large, you’ll probably want to pick up food at the nearby grocery store and cook in the well-equipped and handsomely appointed Always 5 O'clock kitchen. If you decide to dine out, you have a plethora of celebrated restaurants within easy reach.
Enjoy a good night’s sleep in one of the five bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom is outfitted with a plush king-size bed and flat-screen TV for late night viewing. Stocked with fluffy towels, the ensuite primary bath houses a spa-style step-in shower. You'll find a king-size bed in the second bedroom and the third bedroom features a king-size bed, the fourth bedroom is a kids’ delight that features two sets of twin-over-Queen bunks...a perfect space for a family travelling with smaller children. Traveling with teens or young adults? The downstairs fifth bedroom has two sets of full-over Queen bunks. This room is right off the entertainment room featuring a kitchenette-style wet bar, a pool table that converts into table tennis, a karaoke machine and large flat screen TV. Two more full bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day’s adventures.

Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenity, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable packages, networks, channels, cable signal quality, or internet signal quality. Cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

The home is exactly as pictured on the Vrbo site, but even more beautiful in person. My family loved the home. It was so spacious and relaxing. The kids were able to play and just enjoy themselves.
We cooked the majority of the time we were there and the kitchen was perfect. We did have to pick up a few seasonings for our taste but all and all perfect.
The house was lovely. My only negative comment will be about the bugs (roaches) that were in the lower level bathroom. So everyone basically showered upstairs after our first night there.
My family would visit this home again.

The home is a great updated house perfect for family or large group. Each room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom had any amenities you may need.

Our Easter get together was grand. This house was located close to all the activities, has a delightful balconey over a nice backyard in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for boardgames, dancing, storytelling and a beautiful kitchen for fixing meals. The teenagers enjoyed the downstairs 'dormitory' of beds with the game room next door.
Our only complaint is the number of bathrooms. We were standing in line for the showers sometimes. Otherwise, I loved this house.

Rented the house with 2 other families and had a bunch of our kids from college stay over. Party room downstairs was perfect and as an added bonus the concrete walls really kept the noise down. Only negative was the day of I got a new set of agreements that were much more restrictive than the terms set here by the management company and had to sign them or else we couldn't stay that included listing every person staying and all kinds of warnings about noise and gatherings. We had no issues but I didn't like getting that after I'd already agreed to terms, especially because we did have a number of college kids over.

We were there for a college gymnastics event. The house fit all 16 of us comfortably and we enjoyed it trememdously.

The property and location was great, spacious and lots of towels, but had some pest problems and leaky pipes. Contacted the property and they attended to it right away.

We stayed at this beautiful home the night before our cruise left. It was a lovely, spacious home with comfy beds, a large kitchen and living area and an awesome basement with more bunk beds, a game room and wet bar downstairs!!! Would definitely recommend!

House is very nice and roomy but unfortunately is infested with roaches. When we got up in the morning to use the kitchen door cabinet was broken, not all stove burners function, there were roaches in the refrigerator and countertops and keruig did not work for coffee. Also remotes missing in rooms

More than we expected!
We were extremely satisfied with this property. The pool table was a hit with everyone. The air conditioning system worked spectacularly. Not sure who the cleaning crew for this property was, but they should get a raise for their hard work.

There were blood stains on our pillow cases, there was dirty forks, and one of the dryers didn't work. For the only we spent we thought it would've been cleaner.
