Everything good,
House is clean,
Good spot for some one like fishing.

The wood floor is not level throughout the house. There is only 4 bedrooms (1 on second floor, 2 on first floor, 1 on lower floor). They’re not supposed advertised as 5 bedrooms. The game room is very tiny. Community pool is not included with the rental, have to pay $10 a person to get it. There are cockroaches everywhere. The hosting company is very bad. They’re not responsive and not knowledgeable about the property. They left the keys for boat ram and fishing peer inside the house but never send us instructions about it. Vrbo messaging app is horrible, it doesn’t automatically refresh when communicating with the host. Will never rent this place again because the owner doesn’t keep the property in good conditions for vacation rentals.

This was a great place for a family reunion. The manager was very responsive and the place was so fun!

Great location for the family and young kids.

Only thing that we did not expect was a house being framed up and getting woken up by mail guns and compressors but everything inside was excellent

Everyone had an amazing time! There was plenty of room and beautiful views! The house and decor was lovely! We barbecued and sat by the bar. This was just a vibe. The beach was right outside the neighborhood, it was great!

Stayed with my family for my mom’s 60th birthday. The property had plenty to do and plenty of space. We did have a small issue with WiFi and with spotty service due to the location it made it hard for me to communicate with the property managers to get a quick resolution. They were extremely responsive though and I believe it would’ve been fixed much sooner if cell service was better in the area. We also loved the view and would definitely stay here again!

Just getting back from our vacation. The house was beautiful but we just wished the WiFi would’ve worked and there was extra bedding for people . The location is kinda far from downtown area but it was nice been away from the noise . Trying to figure out the air conditioning for each room was kind hard at first and the downstairs room smells like a older basement. They should leave dehumidifier on 24/7 . Over all we loved the space and the outside in the back too . To chill and just enjoy the night . There’s a lots of beds too

My family had a fantastic time at this beautiful house! The house met all of our needs from location on the bay, a large game room with pool table and arcade, comfortable beds and and amazing hosts. The home was clean and stylish, it felt like home away from home!

The house is spacious and my family of 12 had a great time. The house however is a little dated and it rained a lot while we were there and we did have to report major leaks on all 3 floors. The maintenance was sent promptly and we left before knowing if the repairs were done. The leaks explain some of the damage to the unleveled floors. On a positive note, the location of the house was great. We were able to do some fishing off the canal. The house was equipped with plenty of kitchen necessities, towels and toiletries. The downstairs has obvious moisture issues and the beds were not the most comfortable. The 3 master bedrooms had the best beds. Although we had a great time I don’t think we will rent again.

First time in Galveston and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The home was amazing and the located close to the beach and many great restaurants and attractions. The kids loved the game room and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very good communication with the property manager and we would definitely stay here again.

The worst rental we ever been to . Will never book on this site again. Feel like a rip off and got scam by house owner. We were expecting a full 6 bed rooms house because we paid for it 4 times more for other house on the sme neigborhood for 2 nights stay. When we get to the house. House only have 3 bed room. And bunk bed in the hall way. Downstair is a converted garage into bedroom wihtout AC. And it is 110 degree outside. We ending up going to hotel. I contact owner ans dispute but they refuse to discuss about the misleading description

We arrived, and just like promised keys were where they said they would be. Everything we needed was available. Definitely recommend to anyone. Looking to host a big group. Plenty of beds. Very quiet cul-de-sac. Everything you could need in the neighborhood.

Fun place to stay w/a big group.. a few things were missing in kitchen & cold dwn stairs in game room. We had a great time anyway!!

This house was freezing and is not suitable for winter stays. The bedrooms were not useable and the downstairs “bedroom” is a concession stand that has been poorly renovated. The power went out due to weather, which made a bad situation even worse. Our group of over 20 people had to move to a hotel. We have not received a requested refund.

Great property. Great location. Excellent home. We were a total of 23 men getting together from our church to go deep sea fishing. This home did not disappoint. It was so spacious I only saw some of our group a few times and didn’t see them again until the next day. Very nice we would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion - Sea Isle
Nice canal house that sleeps approx. 25. Three private bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms and one single twin room. Super clean with 3 wooden decks and large concrete patio. Nice bulkhead and wooden pier/dock for fishing. Close to the small marina and restaurant/bar. Was a nice spot for our family reunion.

Beautiful property/ on oasis
The house was exactly what we were looking for. Big enough for everyone to hangout. The game room was a huge hit! The kids stayed there the whole time. Downside- the floors were filthy when we got there and no broom was to be found. It needed a broom and mop, not to be vacuumed like apparently it was.

Awesome Experience
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had so much to offer. The beds were comfortable, the space was inviting, and the kitchen was spacious enough for everyone to help prepare our meals. We look forward to coming back!

Loved Sea Isle, Will Stay Elsewhere Next Time
Sea Isle is a hidden gem full of nice people and beautiful scenery. The marina, bar and restaurant are fantastic. That said, we did not have a good overall experience. The 3rd floor bath leaked all the way down the inside walls, causing a musty smell throughout the ground floor. Pool/pier/boat ramp keys weren't available until our 4th day - they were shared among other properties. Reported both items to host and received apologies for their multiple delayed responses. Cul-de-sac had lots of transient fishermen parked throughout the day. Second floor bunk beds are in open area shared with bathroom entrance. For the price we will look elsewhere for our family's next visit.

Impressive
This house had everything needed for a wonderful getaway……. TVs in every room, beds galore, game room, dock, etc.
Loved our time here (wished it was longer than 2 nights)
Note: Stairs leading to massive beautiful master on top floor are a bit small

Thanksgiving stay
This was a gorgeous home that we really enjoyed. Any issues or requests we had were addressed right away. The only thing I wish I realized before had was that you have to go through the bunk room to get to the other bedrooms.. Also whoever is in the bunk room on the ground floor can hear every footstep of the people upstairs. Our family still really loved and enjoyed it.

Clean with plenty of space
Must try for yourself! A few previous reviews almost led me not book this property. I must say that EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL, WE HAD A GREAT TIME. Family of 14 adults, 7 children, plenty of space for gathering and privacy. Property was mostly just like the listed description! Super Clean, for my germaphobe standards
Beach access literally, 3 minutes away. We enjoyed the marina bar/grill across from the house. Weather was a perfect gift from God!!!! 😍
Drive to the Seawall activities, 20 minutes
