The condo was was on the ground floor. You could walk out of your lanai to overlook the private beach and Lake Erie. The sunsets are beautiful and the sky's are so clear you could see the stars. We enjoyed eating our breakfasts at the condo which had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The condo was confrontable and very spacious.

The pictures of the condo and the lake view really do not do them justice. It was amazing being able to step right out from the condo and see the amazing sunset views over Lake Erie. The condo was super clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Excellent food is just a short drive away, which we would highly recommend the Rennick Meat Market in nearby Ashtabula if you want one of the best steaks you will ever eat. The stay here truly managed to help make our milestone of out 20th anniversary truly special.

Everything was excellent except that shower in master always ended up with water too hot. Tried doing what the paper said but did not work. Also a box of tissues would have been nice. Other than that I would recommend.

Loved everything about the stay. Very nice and relaxing. The only issues you have are getting phone service.

Very clean and nice with a beautiful view! The only downside was the listing advertised a hot tub but there wasn't one. The property manager did try to make it right, and adjusted the listing promptly for future guests.

The condo was amazing and it was perfect for our 2 night stay and the view of Lake Erie was fantastic!

Our stay was great and I would like to say thanks to the property manager. It is very apparent from the overall property that management does care about customers and their needs.
Thanks,

The condo was exactly how it was described. It is on the ground floor so you have a wonderful view of the lake. We were impressed with the furniture/the view/and the whole building. Everyone we talked to was extremely friendly and helpful.
The bedrooms are extremely comfortable (note for others there are no windows in the bedrooms which is great for sleeping - and we loved it - but if someone doesn't like to sleep in total darkness they can keep the hall light on).
The seating in the mainroom was also wonderful as there were three adults and plenty of room for us to spreadout while reading/watching TV.

The location was perfect. Right on the lake with a lovely beach. The weather was a bit disappointing but the sunset on Saturday more than made up for it. I am trying to decide the timing of my next stay. I am thinking it would be spectacular in the winter.

This was a clean, comfortable unit. Beds and showers were great. We loved our view!
We were here when it was cold for a competiton at Spire and enjoyed our stay. This is a lake town. I wish we'd visited in the summer. Most things, including restaurants ,were closed while we were there. We made it work by picking up some groceries a few towns over at Walmart, no problem. Just mentioning so other travellers are aware if they they visit in the off season. :-)
Lots of cool covered bridges and wineries to explore in our down time.
Thanks!

The condo offered great views of the lake. Even though the weather was in the low 30s it didn’t stop us from walking through the patio doors to walk to the beach and take breathtaking photos of the sunset. The large, heated pool also helped stave off the cold and the electric fireplace added the cozy feel. Great location as it’s a short drive from multiple vineries and restaurants, including delish bar food right across the street. :)

The place was very clean. You go out to the balcony and theres the beach beautiful. But theres was one thing the shower with jets didnt work but my husband fixed it. Then the next day was going to take a bath in the jet bathtub but it didnt work it was a holiday weekend and a stormy cold weekend so maintenance person was gone. But it was mine and my husbands 23rd year anniversary and it was still amazing i would definitely go back and stay for sure. The manager was very nice and polite and even kept in touch with me when we was trying to get there in the middle of the storm she was amazing.

We came into town to see our son swim at Spire Institute which is conveniently close by. I was thankful to find such a nice place with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. It was big, clean, and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the electric fireplace too! I was happy to have the kitchen as there are not many healthy choices of restaurants nearby and we stayed 4 nights. I also enjoyed access to a treadmill and pool since the weather was freezing and snowy. We would definitely come back here. Debbie the manager was lovely and responsive.

We were just here to get away and relax. Nice choice.

My friend and I stayed in November for a weekend away and it was a terrific property. Very clean and nice amenities. The best part is they coordinated having a ride get us to various wineries to ensure our safety for a reasonable price. It was amazing and I know we will come back to this property in the future.

This unit was nicely equipped with everything we needed plus a second bedroom we didn’t need. It would work nicely for two couples wishing to visit the local wineries together. We enjoyed the view and it was very cozy even during the cold and snowy weather. Great location with a lovely view of the lake! It was a short drive to restaurants in Geneva or Ashtabula and all the nearby wineries and distilleries.

It was wonderful! All of the amenities were top notch. We had no problems at all. As we were checking out, we were fortunate enough to meet our host, Debbie. She was very nice, and helpful. We're looking forward to spending our holiday's there for years to come.
Thanks for sharing!!!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Everything that you would need besides you and your clothes was there. It was very nice with being able to be right on the ground level especially since I need a walker to get around. The size of the condo was perfect and the 2 bedrooms were nice size. We definitely be back again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Lake. It was a blustery weekend, the waves were high and we loved it! The sunsets over the lake were something. The unit is spacious, clean and well equipped. Staying in Geneva-on-the-Lake in October means there weren't a lot of the usual summer shops open but found more than enough to do. Also took a trip to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame which was well worth doing.

We loved the lower level as far as being close to the pool, the lake and not having to go up and down the elevator all the time. The sidewalk outside stayed wet and a bit slippery. The pool could have been warmer.

I loved the proximity to the private beach and the porch for the condo overlooking it. Perfect place for morning coffee and reflection. This was our first time to Geneva on the Lake and we will return. The availability of a driver for a winery tour was also very convenient and appreciated.
