The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all you could need to rustle up a good meal, and the dining area next door benefits from a large dining table and additional fridge/freezer. A door from the kitchen leads into the spacious utility room, and another door leads onto the low maintenance and sunny rear courtyard garden.
