El apartamento muy bien ubicado a 20' a pie del Duomo y cerca de muy lindos restaurantes bares y cafés . Muy limpio y amplio. El anfitrión excelente nos permitió quedarnos 2 horas más.

El sofacama no es tan cómodo .

Locatie van het appartement en het gebouw/appartement zelf waren geweldig. Het gebouw straalt elegantie en Italiaanse kwaliteit uit. Verder ligt het in een geweldige wijk, Brera. In deze wijk is het heel gezellig om te eten en te borrelen. Dit is mijn 3e komst naar Milaan, maar Brera is denk ik een van de leukste wijken om te verblijven. Verder was het appartement zelf zeer mooi ingericht. Heel modern, prachtig gerenoveerd, alles was super schoon en stijlvol. In het appartement was alles aanwezig wat je nodig had. Een hele pak nespresso koffie , alle keuken benodigdheden, shampoo / bodylotion in badkamer en zelfs wasmiddel voor de wasmachine. Het was de eerste keer dat echt alles aanwezig was wat we nodig hadden in een appartement en alles in hotel chique kwaliteit.

Beautiful centrally located apartment

You cannot bit this location! In the middle of Brera with many cafes, shops and restaurants around the corner. It feels very local though lively with wonderful wibes. The apartment is super quiet in a beautiful old building. The bed is very comfortable and everything was super clean. There is also a parking and an underground near by.

I would add a picture or two on the walls, but it is really minor.

Very nice place, well managed, great location

Location is great. Walking distance from the city heart, castle and parks. Nice restaurants around. Well managed property, all clear instructions on check-in/check-out, responsive host, all the facilities you need.

AC's are a bit weak for such property, but it is way better than nothing

Extremely clean and very nice location.

The place is very clean. Comfortable and has big bed. We are family of 5, 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 small kid. The bed in the bedroom is big enough to share with my daughter. My 2 teens shared the sofa bed. The location is also very nice. Many good restaurants, coffee shops with delicious pastries around the area. Safe walking distance to Milan Cathedral, Galleria and shopping places. We really enjoyed this place!

fantastic, quaint and well appointed flat. alberto was communicative and responsive.

location was exceptional. few minutes walk to brera restaurant and bar district, a few minutes more to la scala and duomo.

there was some construction outside the window for ongoing contruction. but not really a bother as we were out during the day.

Nice apartment in central location

very central location, apartment is nice and clean with basic amenities. The host was accommodating and gave clear instructions regarding access to apartment as well as house rules. He responded quickly to messages and gave good suggestions (example: restaurants in the area).

lovely place close to heart of Milano

location very close to the centre and two metro stations, caffès and grocery shop round the corner. apartment is well equipped with very comfortable bed

unfortunately windows were covered by scaffolding, you need to wrestle with wooden doors to get to the inner courtyard

Renovated apartment in good location

Renovated apartment in good location, nice neighborhood, clean, orderly, comfortable.

Windows had to stay open or closed due to works being undertaken on facade half way through our stay. That was unfortunate. Common area in the building was a bit oldie and tired. The shower’s drain was not working very well, leaving you with an inch of water inside the shower.

The BEST holiday apartment I’ve ever stayed in.

Alberto’s apartment is exactly as the photos describe and EVEN MORE! His apartment is very convenient to walk everywhere for sightseeing (as well as convenient for public transport) and just a couple of minutes walk away for shopping, groceries and places to eat/drink. It is in a very safe neighbourhood and it is extremely peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was super clean, beautifully decorated, very spacious and had all the amenities I needed and more! Check-in and check-out was extremely easy and Alberto took the time to show me around the apartment and explain everything. Communication with Alberto was excellent and he’s always at hand to answer any questions or solve any problems that you may have (in my case, he was very kind to meet me at the metro station to show me how to get to the apartment as well as came over immediately when I had a problem with the fuse box). Alberto was very thoughtful in welcoming me with a large bottle of water in the fridge as well as plenty of Nespresso capsules/tea. The combination of a beautiful apartment, perfect location and an exceptional host will assure you that your stay in Milan is wonderful and memorable. I highly recommend Alberto’s apartment and would definitely stay here again when I return to Milan.
