Exceptional

Very clean modern hotel, everything worked, staff from security guard onwards, were very friendly , smiling, The amenities were first class, room had no window but in this area didn't miss much, a very short walk to sm,and just a little bit further to Robinson galleria, 70 p taxi to pier 1, location perfect for us, priced similar to a lot of run down hotels in cebu, so great value for money, bathroom was very modern and well built and large,

No room service.. Not accommodating for families with babies.. And the wifi is not working well..

That the facilities were okay and usable.

The shower is dodgy. It was hard to switch to shower mode. No phone in the room although we were told in advance.

Very good

The room is quite bigger than other hotel with the same price range. The staffs are accomodating. I booked this hotel since im going to take an exam which is in same building.

There is some smell coming from the comfort room especially if you dont use it like if you are out for the whole and you come back in your room, i think it came from the drainage. Also I hope they offer variety of breakfast food.

I made a mistake because I am looking for a hotel close to the beach and not in an industrial area.

Industrial area, it was far from restaurants, the coffee machine was broken and I left after 2 days and paid for 4 days. I had friends and I wanted to exchange these two nights for one night so that my friends would sleep in this hotel instead, but the manager did not agree.

Good basic accommodation for a short stay

It's well located to the mall and bus station and port, not too far from mactan and the airport. It's a basic hotel but it serves It's purpose as a stop over accommodation. Water and aircon all worked (many places I've been recently haven't even had this). Rooms were clean and a good size, with complimentary bottled water.

There's no water bottle refilling station, and no store directly near to the location as it is a more industrial area, so still a 15 minute walk to get anything if you need it.

Adjacent to industrial businesses with lots of dogs around.
