The house was perfect for our needs. Offered plenty of things to make our stay enjoyable like fresh towels, great shower pressure, Keurig to make our tea. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain properly and the neighbors hosted a loud party while we were there. Overall it’s a cute house at a great price but neighborhood was a bit concerning.

The house was very clean and comfortable- our host communicated regularly and easily. Would stay there again.

We loved the location. Park circle was so fun, we ate at Lola's. The food was great. The house was super cute and nice inside. It was clean and not cluttered (so appreciate that). The drive way was large enough for the boat. We were minutes from the WO Thomas marina( it was a great boat launch). We stopped at Marvins Seafood one day and it was incredible ( fun /good crab cakes and fryed shrimp). Thanks so much. We may have to do this again. Seeing Charleston and Shems creek by water is that best way to see Charleston!

We enjoyed our stay at Madrona's guest house. It was really affordable for a comfortable space. We took full advantage of the amenities like the washer/dryer and beach towels. We were a short drive from the Charleston attractions we wanted to visit. The place was clean and Rosi was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Rosi’s property was lovely inside and had anything and everything you could need. The outside could use a little attention, but it being springtime we are sure that will happen. Our only issue, and we know it is no fault of the owner, was the neighbors’ barking dogs which woke us up each night we were there. Other than that, our stay was perfect and Charleston is beautiful!

This spacious well maintained home was very accommodating with two nice size bedrooms , a full size kitchen/dinning area (had all the amenities that you would need and very organized). Good high end appliances plus washer and dryer is handy. Very clean bathroom with plenty towels and accessories. The living room was very comfortable with reclining couches and 55” TV with loaded streaming channels. Strong Wifi signal was nice. Fenced in yard for our dogs with patio and outdoor table/seating. Having a private driveway to park our vehicle and not search for a space was a great. Easy access to interstates which made traveling to downtown Charleston and other tourist locations super convenient. Staying in N. Charleston is just enough outside the downtown areas that provided the privacy and quiet evenings we were looking for.

Furry loved ones appreciated the backyard so much! The property was perfect for our needs.

We really enjoyed our quick trip to Charleston. Knowing full well we'd be a short drive from Downtown was what we had planned, and it was just as listed - clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood, though not controlled by the host, obviously, was pretty noisy. Airplanes, trains, and lots of barking dogs and motorcycles up and down the street. Just a note for families traveling with little ones.

Everything about this property was excellent for us and our 2 dogs except the neighborhood. The interior was clean and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities we needed. The property manager was fantastic and desired to make sure our stay was 5 star. The proximity to the attractions in Charleston was perfect. The only issue is the appearance of the neighborhood and the noise level. The area is a bit run down and there are lots of barking dogs and traffic noise at night. Overall our stay was enjoyable and affordable.

Lovely large unit! Appliances appear to be quite new. Well stocked kitchen. 2 couches are old in the livingroom, but comfortable. The drive into the area appears to be rather industrial, but the house is in a quiet neighborhood.
Easy access to get into Charleston. There's a great Deli and Lions grocery just 1/2 a mile away! The Freehouse brewery is very close, pet friendly and great beers!
I'd come to this house again if I'm in the area.

House was clean but had a musty odor upon entering. Opening windows helped a bit but it was present every time we entered property. Back deck needs to be pressure washed. Hot water was a problem. You couldn’t take a shower with washer or dishwasher running. Greatest thing was Marvin’s Seafood, 5 minutes from house.

Nice, yet simple home. We had our 2 small dogs with us, so having the fenced in yard was certainly convenient and a big selling point. I also loved that she offered a Pack-n-play, which we took her up on for our 13 month old. Thank you for your hospitality.

Why not have a TV and chair in both bedrooms? Everything was fine, we were gone all day.

This was the 2nd of 4 stops on our Fall Break. The house was super clean and it was such a nice touch to have a bottle of water next to the beds. Staying here felt like coming into your own home - maybe it was because of having blankets to curl up on the couch. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from this location. Check-in was super easy. We would highly recommend.

Had a very nice stay; house has everything I needed, beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Had a couple initial hiccups upon check in but Rosi was super quick about addressing them. If I needed to be in that area again I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Rosie was an outstanding host. The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. I have a large dog and was nice to be able to bring with no questions asked. The neighbor is transitional as stated in the description but I had no problems. I enjoyed walks out with my dog.
Rosie was very accommodating. She allowed me to arrive on the day I booked and was able to extend my stay. This was a very quickly planned trip with my husband being admitted to MUSC and my living out of town. Very convenient to downtown.

Cute home close to just about everything in Charleston/My. Pleasant. We were there for a show at the Performing Arts center in N. Charleston which is only a few minutes away. The house is in a quiet part of the neighborhood. Homeowner is very responsive and the place is well supplied and clean. She even provided an air mattress for us with extra sheets and linens as our kids are getting to that age they need their own space. Overall it was a great place at a reasonable price and when we get back to Charleston we will definitely consider staying here again.

We needed a pet friendly home for a quick trip through town. The house was very clean and well equipped. The fenced yard was great for our dogs.

House was very clean. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do in Charleston and surrounding areas without having to pay the high prices if you were to stay downtown. Neighborhood does not look the greatest, but it was quiet and we did not have any issues.

We had some plumbing issues and Rosi was on top of it right away and it was fixed as quickly as it could be. She compensated us for the inconvenience. The house was very clean and everything was new. It was nice having fenced in back yard for our dog. It was close to all the main tourist sites. We would stay there again.

This comfy cozy house has been recently renovated on the inside, and it is all brand new. Everything you need is here! The convenience of staying here and attending functions at the coliseum is unbeatable! The owner responds very quickly if you should need anything, which we did not, and we will look to stay here first the next time we are coming to stay on this side of town!

Nice, clean home in a transitional neighborhood. Large backyard.

We decided last minute to change our reservation by one day and thankfully Rosi was very quick to respond and able to change our dates.
The house was very clean and newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and we slept wonderful. The only negative I would say is the location of the property to the airport and the train tracks. I would only caution to those who are light sleepers that this may be a problem. For us, we all slept wonderfully!
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There was even a water dish for our pooch. Also, for our pooch was the fully fenced back yard. It was so nice to be able to let the dog out in the back yard and know that he wouldn't be able to go anywhere,
Lastly, the house was well stocked with lots of games, and a smart TV where we were able to log into our own streaming accounts.
All in all the house was equipped with all the promised amenities and included a few little extras as well! Thank you Rosi for a wonderful stay.

The house was good, clean and had nice updates and amenities. Easy access to downtown Charleston and surrounding area. The only downside is the neighborhood is noisy at night with barking dogs, loud stereos and motorcycles.
