Boat house. No smoking. Please note: There are steep, uneven steps in the garden. No children under the age of 12 years. . A feature of the Dartmouth waterfront, this property, previously the coastguard’s boathouse, has been totally renovated and now offers spacious, comfortable accommodation with Wi-Fi available. With stunning views up and down the river and across to Kingswear, the wonderful glazed Sitting Room gives the illusion of being ’out on the water’. The property has been furnished in a minimalist, nautical style, in keeping with the historic origins of the building. It has a pretty lawned and paved garden. There are 50 steps to the property that are very steep.

Due to the architectural design of the property there are low walls within the grounds of the property, therefore children must be supervised at all times.
LINEN AND TOWELS: Linen and towels will not be provided for any ‘extra’ beds ie z beds, sofa beds, stora beds unless otherwise requested 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please do contact for any further linen or towel requirements.
