This was a cute Santa Monica bungalow that was perfect for a girls weekend. Four adults stayed comfortably at the property and it was centrally located to get to Santa Monica and Venice. The property was clean and the host responsive.

Great location, wonderful kitchen and family room. Host was very attentive, quick to respond. We were visiting friends and family in Santa Monica and Pasadena. Wonderful Whole Foods and coffee within walking distance. We can’t wait to come back!

Place was exactly as described. Appartement was clean and very well situated. Facing a park with kids and families playing soccer and enjoying themselves. Overall great experience. Yvonne was very easy to work with and quick in responding emails.

Lovely home, clean and as described and in photos. Bedrooms are small, no dressers, one stand for hanging clothes. Ok since our stay was short. Living area and kitchen are large, comfortable with lots of natural light. Great location. would stay here again. Beds were really comfortable.

My family (2 adult children and their parents) booked this property while visiting a family friend in LA. It was a perfect location for us, but also was close to parks, coffee shops, a grocery store, and only 10 minutes from the beach. The communal space in the house was very welcoming and the appliances in the kitchen were new and very convenient. We could have used some more storage/space to house suitcases as the place advertises for 4 and some of the lighting seemed on the fritz, but nothing that dampened our amazing vacation at all. Would recommend and would definitely rebook if we head out west again soon!

My husband and I stayed at this cute, contemporary/remodeled home to visit our son. We loved it; the beautiful kitchen, family room with a fireplace, sweet front porch, large bathroom. We were able to walk for miles... to the ocean, nearby shopping/restaurants. The park across the street was family friendly, lots of kids playing. My only suggestion would be to add another rack to hang clothes (I like to hang most of mine). Hopefully we'll be back!

Wonderful house on a great neighborhood. Really enjoyed staying here, great layout and loved the has fireplace. Easy walk to the beach to watch some fun volleyball. Had a really great time here and would stay again

My husband and I stayed at Yvonne's beautiful 2br apartment in Santa Monica for over a week and we couldn't have been happier! It was just as nice or even nicer than the photos! It has a beautiful open and spacious layout, a huge bathroom w/double sinks and an amazing shower (plus another half bath!) as well as a huge kitchen that made it so easy to cook our meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable (and we are both very picky about beds!) and the location could not have been better. It was a pleasure dealing with Yvonne, she always responded quickly and was very accomodating when we needed to change our arrival date. All in all I would rate our experience a 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Santa Monica area!

This is a very comfortable place to stay that lived up to its reviews and photos. The hosts were super responsive and the house had everything we needed. I wish we could’ve done more cooking because the kitchen is very nicely updated and exceptionally well equipped. But, we did use the fireplace (as our visit was January and the morning temps were a bit chilly) and it gave it an at-home feel! Also, with the crazy parking in LA, it was nice to have our own driveway. We would most definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect property for my six day stay. Ideally located to the west side and Beverly Hills where most of my appointments were located. I wish there had been more places to store my belongings, but other than that, all went well.

This September was the second time my wife and I and, briefly, our son, stayed and our experience was a reminder of why we came back--and intend to revisit in future trips to Santa Monica. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable, with two king beds and a very modern bath between them. Living area is spacious and comfortable while the kitchen is ideal for cooking and entertaining. Accommodations were spotless and the home is across from a family friendly park and within minutes from shopping. Yvonne, the host, was easily within reach. All in all it remains one of our favorite places to stay and, by our measure, among our best VRBO experiences!

We were in Santa Monica visiting family and enjoying the area. This location was perfect! We had easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It’s right across the street from a park where they have a great farmers market on Sunday mornings. It was walking distance to Whole Foods and a great coffee shop. The home was beautiful and clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Yvonne and Sara have created a beautiful home. They have thought of every possible need, so we were very comfortable. Sara is also a good communicator which we appreciated. I must say that we were stunned by the final cost, given all of the extra charges. We were okay with Yvonne and Sara’s nightly charge, but when all of the extra fees were added in, it seemed a bit steep, especially for the neighborhood. Still, it is a lovely home and a good location for our immediate needs.

Upon arrival there were a bevy of workmen and noise 10 feet from our back door every day from 8 am to 6 pm. In addition these workmen used our driveway. One day I had to leave the unit as the fumes from tar being poured were unbearable. Three weeks into our stay I emailed owner and complained about this onsite work. They apologized for inconvenience and credited us $1200 and said it would stop. IT DID NOT Construction violating Vrbo rules continued every day including weekends and holidays. I decided to document with photos. The apologies were worthless and the refund equivalent to $13.60/day was not commensurate with the circumstances. It was now obvious that they were building a fourth unit making the potential of having up to 10 guests at any 1 time on a very small lot. I would not recommend this property not based on the physical attributes of the home but rather for the lack of disclosure from the onset of booking and for the inability to make equitable amends for owner’s wrongdoing. When we booked, due to the construction, it would have been good business to be given the option to rent at a further discount or choose another home. This ordeal transcends bad business and shows lack of respect. At the end of our stay we once again reached out to host for one month’s refund as compensation. We were denied and told there was a stain on couch and chip on counter. We have rented many properties home and abroad and we are reviewed as tenants who take immaculate care of home.

This place is a gem in Santa Monica! Very clean, modern, everything was new and operational inside! The place is only a few miles from Santa Monica Pier and close to Pacific Palisades and Malubu, where you can find plenty of good restaurants and enjoy beautiful views! We truly enjoyed our stay, the property manager was prompt communicating with us and we definitely recommend!

Spotless, newly renovated with high quality appliances, lots of natural light. Comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms. Gas fireplace lovely for warming the living area on cool mornings, but absence of a glass insert makes it unsuitable for toddlers/small children . Across the street from a pleasant park with playground equipment, basketball, tennis courts , etc. and close to grocery stores, coffee shops and freeway access. Ideal for short stays .

We had a great stay! The house is very well located near restaurants, shopping, coffee shops , park across the street (with a great farmer’s market) but is still on a quiet side street. It’s very comfortable with high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms and comfortable beds and sectional couch. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We even extended our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We cannot say enough good things about this property and the hosts. The bungalow has been recently renovated with impeccable style and attention to detail. The incredibly large kitchen and open living area are the perfect place to relax and cook a meal. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding and towels are deluxe. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. They have thought of everything you might need and yet the space feels light and uncluttered. The only disappointment for us is that we had to leave!! We will definitely be back as it already felt like home!!

The home is brand new and in fabulous shape. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to I10 for easy access to all parts of LA. The home is bright and well appointed. Would highly recommend!

Our visit was lovely and we appreciated the amenities provided. We Uber'd everywhere -- and none cost more than $20. There are no closets and there is a step down into the residence that should be better marked. Also -- could have used tissues and more washcloths. Heads up for light sleepers -- there is a park across the street and car traffic throughout the evening hours. I would definitely opt to stay here again.
