Welcome to Owl Meadows 24, an AvantStay home!
This upgraded three-bedroom Owl Meadows condo has a prime location near the ski slopes and the town of Telluride. With great attention to detail and warm, inviting living spaces, this home is a great place to call home while visiting Telluride.
Guests enter this home on the ground level of the Owl Meadows complex, which is located on Telluride's west end. The first floor of the home has a small 8'x7' one-car private covered garage with interior access. The bunk room with a captain's bunk, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination and vanity. The open stairway leads to the upper floors where you will find the primary guest bedrooms,, and common areas.
The second floor has two bedrooms; the master suite and a second master. The second master has a king bed, flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The master suite has a comfortable king bed, flatscreen TV, small ensuite balcony and a luxurious bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and a step-in steam shower with a glass enclosure.
The third floor is a beautiful open space. Upon walking up the stairs, guests are greeted by a dining space, which has seating for six with additional seating for two guests at the breakfast bar. Adjacent is large newly-remodeled kitchen with a breakfast bar, gas-burning range and all of the appliances needed to cook any meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining space, which has seating for six with additional seating for two guests at the breakfast bar.
The living room is the heart of this home! Guests are invited to relax in the comfortable plush sofa while enjoying the views of the San Sophia range from the northerly-facing windows. A gas-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV and balcony make this space even more inviting. There is also a powder room on this level for convenience.
The Owl Meadows complex is located on Telluride's west end and is within walking distance of Lift #7, the grocery store and everything else that the town of Telluride offers. Free wifi, Roku and one covered parking spot is included with this home.

I was born in Telluride in the early 80s but it’s been decades since I’ve stayed a night in town. I took my family for a short vacation and absolutely loved the home we chose. Showing the family around the mountain and town was an incredible experience, and coming back each night to a true home made it that much better. We had such a great time we plan to make it a yearly trip! Thank you!

24 Owl Meadow proved to be the perfect getaway nest for my adult family members- ages 38 to 76. The premises were sparkly clean and fresh and comfortable. Its location was perfect. A quality grocery store was only blocks away. Lifts at the ski resort were a short walk away and had ski tickets, and equipment sales and rentals available right there. We had great dining experiences in both the town and mountain village. We would choose 24 Owl Meadow again if we find ourselves returning to Telluride.

I’ve been coming out west to ski for twenty years and this was the best ski condo I’ve ever stayed in. It had everything, the kitchen was amazing, washer & dryer, everyone had their own bathroom, Very clean, absolutely LOVED this place!

The location of this condo was excellent: you can walk to Lift 7 and walk back once done skiing. (Be sure to use Telluride Trail to get down as it is a blue run.) Being able to walk to and from town for dinner or shopping was a great bonus; did it every night after skiing. The condo itself is large, yet had some issues upon arriving, it was almost impossible to get the code/door to work. Then the master bedroom did. not have a sheet on it!!!!! Just a cover sheet. Very bad! Especially during COVID!!! The closets were SO jammed full of pillows and blankets that we could not hang our clothes in the closet! That was true for both bedrooms on the middle floor. Then, there was the issue with very limited cooking utensils! Not well stocked at all! Disappointing to not be able to easily cook meals. Then there was the issue of broken things. That master bedroom door shades were funky at best. The moon shone directly in and woke us up. The other shade opens by drooping/puddling onto the floor. The towel bar couldn’t hold one towel without falling down. And, the parking. Well, that’s a whole
other story. I’d say this unit is way overpriced for what it is. I have stayed at many, many places through VRBO! This one missed the mark for us!

Second time staying here. Perfect ski house. Lots of room upstairs and very light with the high ceilings and windows. Downstairs, there is plenty of room to store all the ski gear out of the way. The attached garage is a big plus. Both bedrooms on the middle floor are very comfortable and quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic visit!
Large, very comfortable condominium with all the amenities. Proximity to both the lifts and Clark's market meant i never had to use my car. Also, the private garage and large entry area on the first floor gave me plenty of space to store all my gear and wet ski clothes and boots. I would definitely stay here again.

great place and location, good trip
Wonderful property, great furnishings, good rooms. A great place to see Telluride from. It's maybe a hundred feet from a grocery story, a few hundred from the bus stop. The bedrooms and showers were wonderful, huge closets, good storage, great living space. Even the garage seemed reasonable (although we didn't try to park a suburban or anything).
We did have a few minor hiccups between arrival, the dishwasher, and the top floor temp. There are thermostats that make it seem like maybe there's AC but there isn't (which is fine - we happened to be there one of like 2-3 weeks a year it might be helpful) - so just be sure to get one of the fans blowing the cold night air through if you go in August, and shut some shades during the day.
If I were to have a minor nitpick or two - the upstairs TV sure was confusing with 5 remotes (and I work in IT where I'm used to complicated tech), also we had a few dishwasher concerns - but the company came over to check it and suggested liquid soap instead of the pods. But you don't come to Telluride to care about dishes and TV! Come on!

Very nice and spacious town home in a great location
Just steps away from the bike path and grocery store. A short walk into town and concert venue. We had plenty of space for our group of friends. The garage was convenient since we unpacked in the rain.
