The views from this condo are the best in town! Adjacent to Telluride's Town Park and the beaver pond, this two-bedroom condo looks out at Ajax Peak and the iconic box canyon backdrop from a private deck.

This lovely home is a two-bedroom/two-bathroom condominium located on the parking lot level of the B building in the Riverside complex.
Upon entering this home, guests go down a short hallway and are welcomed into a spacious Southwest style living area. There is a large sectional sofa with a pullout queen sleeper, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and stunning views from the sweeping glass doors facing Ajax Peak. The private covered deck overlooks the Beaver Pond with amazing reflection views - making it a great spot for a cup of coffee or glass of wine after exploring Telluride. Be sure to check out the alpenglow!
The dining room is adjacent to the living room and has seating for six as well as three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a toaster, blender, microwave and coffeemaker.
The master bedroom is at the end of the short hall and has a king bed, flatscreen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame Ajax Peak. The ensuite bathroom has granite countertops and a shower/tub combination.
The second bedroom is at the opposite side of the hall and has a captain's bunk (twin over a queen) and a flatscreen TV. A hallway bathroom has a step-in shower and a single vanity with a granite countertop.
Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located right outside of this home.
The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views.
Downtown Telluride, the gondola and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot.

This was our first time in Telluride and this property was perfect for exploring the area. Easy walking access to the heart of the town and the gondola for Mountain Village. The views from the property were incredible and it made for a great family getaway.

Condo was exactly as described, very clean and well appointed. The views from porch could not be beat! 5-10 min walk to lift/gondola was no big deal, you could ski part of the way if you wanted. Great access to walk downtown for food and fun. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The view off the porch is just breathtaking. It was the perfect amount of space for us and our two kids without feeling cramped. Clean and just fabulous. Would recommend to anyone!

Great view, Comfortable for two people. Would be tight with 4 adults. Nicely furnished. Lots of kitchen stuff. Darker than advertised. Hot tub not very clean. Porch had been lacquered and porch furniture on bottom level with sticky porch and lacquer smell upon arrival. Next day had to fight hard to get back furniture with property manager. There were fans we ran to help dry the porch.

What a great spot to launch a mountain adventure! Head out for skiing with the gondola only a couple of blocks away, or ease into the historic "old west" downtown for great places to eat, drink, and shop. It was just right for our family of 4.

The view of the mountain in the online photos is exactly what you see from the balcony. An added bonus was watching hockey on the frozen lake.

We rented this property for 3 nights with some friends who were in town from NC, as well as our 4 and 2 yo. We've been several times, and know the area well, so we knew the location where we wanted to stay. This condo is in an excellent spot! Close to the gondola, restaurants, main st. Bear Creek Trail is right behind the complex. There is a small lake and the river to walk around and my kids loved seeing the beavers and ducks in the morning. The condo itself had some minor issues. The sliding door to the deck was a little off, but it had plenty of charm and was a non issue overall. There were games. There were very few, if any, breakable items in easy reach, the furniture was sturdy, and those are important things we consider with our young kids. The last night of our stay, the hot water heater broke. The property management company was very responsive and sent someone immediately. It couldn't be fixed, so they offered to move us to another condo right away. With it being our last night, and having 2 young kids, we didn't want to pack up, move, unpack, and then pack up again the following day, so they gave us a partial refund for the last night, which we felt was quite acceptable. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Only disappointment was the master bed mattress is worn out and lumpy with large slumping area in middle. We went there to Rest and Relax, we did not get good rest. I recommend a new mattress. With the easy availability of mattresses from companies that ship to your door, it is an easy fix.

Practical and well-located to slopes and town
The condo was very usable and in an ideal location--just steps from downtown Telluride and a 4 minute walk from the gondola. Check-in and out were very easy. The condo was clean but definitely showed its age, the master shower floor was stained, the master bedroom sheets only covered half the bed, and the blankets and pillows were very old. Not enough hot water for 5 people to shower. The hot tub was hot and clean, and the views from the deck were lovely! The games were a welcome added touch and the kitchen was well-appointed.

Perfect location
This unit is in a perfect location: in town but it feels like it is out of town..quiet with easy access to trails, gondola, and the park. The view would be perfect if the tree in the back were trimmed. And the cupboards were so full of dishes and pots and pans there was no room to put away groceries.
