We enjoyed our stay. Very well stocked with all the extras.

The house had everything we needed and wanted like a full kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. This house even has a full refrigerator, washer/dryer and dishwasher too on top of being in a very private area of a cute, small town. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect for our weekend visit to Clemson! The house was perfect, well decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed! Thank you!

We were looking for a place to stay while looking at property and visiting colleges. This house was more than we expected and felt very private. It is just a couple minutes drive from Clemson, yet you feel away from it all. The house is furnished well and with thought. There were even snacks and drinks awaiting us. You are right off the small downtown square, where you can find a couple restaurants, coffee, ice cream shop, etc. There are trains nearby, but they were not bothersome, at all. In fact, they were enjoyable to us, as we grew up near them. We will return for next house-hunting trip!

Lovely home, stocked with all the necessities and a very short walk to an awesome coffee bar.

Just as pictured on listing. Well kept, well appointed house. Nicely decorated. Surrounding area is a bit industrial. Very close to downtown Central and very convenient to Clemson. King bed is very firm memory foam. Train is close by but didn’t really bother us. Water pressure in bathroom sink and shower could be better. Overall a very pleasant place to stay!

We loved the house and the location in relation to everything in town. Very well kept property.

A very peaceful place to be but still close to the action. Owners have done a really nice job refurbishing an older home to make it a perfect fit for most travelers. “Centrallly located to enjoy the best the Upstate has to offer. I even enjoyed the train saying “hello” as it went by. I highly recommend this location.

Has everything that is promised in a great location. Took my son in law and grandson to meet with my Clemson student son to take in spring game. We were treated to 3 whitetail deer feeding outside this morning

Such a wonderful property and very close to Clemson University!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was nicely decorated, clean and with a great stocked kitchen. It’s conveniently located close to the center of town and close to Clemson. The one comments I’ll make is that the cottage is located close to train tracks which can be hard if you are a very light sleeper.

This home is SO charming. We opened the door and just said, “WOW!”
Location is great if you are visiting Clemson. Everything was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. A real winner!
