Located close to town center.
We needed to keep the blinds closed for privacy, which created a cave like atmosphere. For whatever reason individuals walking by this property continuously tried to look inside. We didn’t like the repeated attempts by the local homeless to solicit “dollars” from us. We didn’t like the disgruntled upstairs permanent resident accusing us of making too much noise. When in fact we were sleeping at the time they contacted the property owner and complained. This is not a property to rent for a quiet weekend in Jacksonville. It is not a cottage, but a converted commercial space.

Well finished inside. Had ice in the freezer! Came in to settle late and tired, so did not see wifi info, called the number I was given and got an immediate response!
Place was clean.
Location! On a busy street, trucks going by at 5 am, blinds did not offer enough privacy, heard upstairs person walking around and heard waterpipes everytime the upstairs toilet was flushed. Bed was not particularly comfortable. Would be helpful to leave guests ear plugs and cover windows better. Though decorated to theme, place seemed dark at night with blinds closed.
Coffee that was left for guest use expired in 2022!

The location is fantastic.
it wasn’t very clean. lots of dust, the tv screen was smeared with dirt, ants on the floor.

Close proximity to the Britt venue, decorated beautifully, quiet area, except the homeless walking by . When I was calling for information, I rec'd a return call quickly... very nice gal ...........
I wish there was more emails from the company (although it changed ownership after the reservation was made) confirming info...

Very cute little studio condo, very close to Jacksonville downtown. Walking distance to the Britt, walking trails and Ray's Market. (grocery)
We would DEFINTELY stay again.
Nice little kitchen that is reasonably stocked with the basic dishes and kitchenware. you can actually cook a meal, with a microwave, a small refrigerator, a large toaster oven and a ceramic portable cook top (2 burner!)
Large flat-screen TV which we could actually "cast to" with IPAD!!!
Adequate comfy bed, *** (see changes I would make.)
Easy secure locking front door with a security code so you do not need a key.
Parking in an assigned guest lot behind building.
washer and dryer.
Cute "themed" decor.(our studio had an African safari theme.)
Nice shower (good water pressure and well adequate hot water) in the bathroom with built in shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser, good sized towels (and several sets of towels if you are staying for awhile!), bathroom vanity with drawers for storing your toiletries.
counter-top height stools for dining.
We loved everything!!!! But tiny improvements might include the following: add a hook to the bathroom door for hanging jammies, add a little table/chairs outside, and add a few serving bowls.
Seemed to be a bit of foot traffic and skateboarders, disconcerting at first, but you get used to it.
Add a pillow top mattress cover.
Bed sheets seemed a bit scatchy, perhaps change to higher thread count sheets or microfiber?
Add a small side table or coffee table at the loveseat for holding beverages.

The property was clean and well stocked. The decor was simple but classy.
it would have been nice to have a few “dog towels “ to wipe wet paws. it was raining during our stay and we had to use paper towels to wipe the pups feet before coming into the apartment. there also was no inside mat for us to wipe our feet. I felt bad coming in dripping wet and having to stand on the nice wood floors while taking off wet clothing and wiping dog paws.
