S’il n’y a plus de place ailleurs, alors c’est un endroit ou passer une nuit.

Manque de maintenance: toit qui coule dans la piscine; entretien extérieur pauvre (saleté devant les portes); pas d’ascenseur. Nous sommes arrivés au milieu de l’après-midi, l’hôtel était littéralement vide et on nous a donné une chambre au 3e étage (pas d’ascenseur) le plus loin possible de la réception, la dernière chambre au bout du corridor! Le loquet de sécurité sur la porte était arraché. Le petit déjeuner famélique.

Okay but hot tub broken :(

The location was good and we were surprised to find out there was a continental breakfast as that wasn’t listed on their website.

We booked this specific hotel for their hot tub option. We were quite excited to use the hot tub, however, when we arrived it was in disrepair. Upon check out we brought up this issue and asked if it would be possible to have a discount as the hotel did not meet our expectations. The receptionist stated that “maybe (she) could get the manager to call us”. We left our phone number, however, there has been no phone call. Quite a disappointment to the start of our family vacation!

Room clean but rundown, bathroom definitely needs work. Bed firm for us and pillows useless.

Exceptional

I will definitely coming back. Though there's no elevators, have to make sure to get room on ground floors only. Also able to bring my trike inside really made the difference.

The bed was good. Room tacky and worn.

We rented there because of the pool. The pool was empty as was the hot tub. This was not made clear to us. Also, the small patio was not accessible to guests as far as we could tell.

Noise transmission from other rooms and the hall was noticeable. A listing of TV stations available would be preferable to search by push button.

Breakfast was ok!

Roof leaked,only 1 ice machine at the opposite end of the facility and it didn’t work! Pool was closed for? Our stay was at best adequate!

room was dirty. stayed three nights and asked for a room cleaning Friday morning - bathroom cleaned, new towels, change sheets on one bed. that wasn’t done. faucets in the bathroom were polished.

Thanks to wonderful staff that helped make the stay a pleasure

Staff went out of their way to accommodate a perfect stay for self and 2 grandchildren. Breakfast is convenient and offers a reasonable variety. Waffle maker was a big hit with children. Salt water pool is always worth choosing this location. Komodo’s to Quality Inn

Have always preferred 1st floor room. Ideal for stepping out with a pet or for a smoke. 1st floor currently under renovation. Hoping at next year’s stay that this facility will be restored to former glory. Appears like it is on its way there

Very pleasant.

I liked the room. It was clean and comfortable. My daughter liked the pool although the shower wasn’t working. We were disappointed that the dining room was closed. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. The staff were pleasant.

Not very clean, fitness center was a joke, and the pool and hot tub felt a little on display and definitely needed upgrades. The shower didn't even work. My toilet seat was broken. For the price, you definitely need to step it up.

Overall was very good for the money/ got. A special at $110 plus tax

The location was good/ the breakfast was good and the lady in cafeteria very friendly and made me a waufel/ good coffee to!

Booking.com staff were excellent to deal with. Pricing was excellent. But the property could not find our changed booking and told booking.com we did not show when we were there.
