When booking the cottage I knew that it was outfitted in a rustic way. My partner enjoyed the many trinkets that adorned the walls and shelves, especially when it came to figuring out some of the scientific instruments. There are no empty dressers for storing clothing. The cleanliness of the refrigerator was exceptional! All the linens were clean, as well. Cleanliness of the dishes was hit or miss. The cleanliness of the shower wasn’t great; I typically clean this area before we leave, but there was buildup under the shower mat that couldn’t have belonged to us. The outside grounds of the cottage have overgrowth. Cottages on either side do not exhibit this overgrowth. After commutation with the host I was told that the grounds were kept by an HOA, but like I said, this property was less taken care of than others. Being right on the beach has its draw; be aware of what that actually means, especially being on the bay side (endless amounts of seaweed that don’t lead to an open beach at all, like some of the pictures would make you believe). Michelle was wonderful to work with. Sea Pearch is AWESOME!!! You can watch the sunrise from bed and 5 step to the beach. You can hear the waves crashing all night. It is truly a beautiful cottage. It was just big enough for my husband and myself. We had everything we needed during our stay. The cottage was clean and a short to drive to pick up dinner and watch the sunset on the beach. We will DEFINITELY rent again. Highly recommend if you want to be on the beach.

Wow! Where to start...you can't beat the location. We wanted a quiet get away without a long travel for restaurants, shopping, etc. This cottage fit that bill perfectly! We could have walked if we had really wanted (about 3 miles into Provincetown), but we used various modes of transportation that were easy/inexpensive - bike, shuttle, Uber, even pedicab! For the most part we spent our time on the private beach and didn't feel the need to venture out besides that. The beach was well equipped with a table and chairs on the deck, adirondack chairs, and then folding beach chairs. The cottages are close to its neighbors but all were friendly and offered us some great recommendations and conversation. Now onto the cottage itself! The cottage is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is well equipped, homey, with a comfortable bed and couch. We didn't get around to taking advantage of them, but there are a lot of games and even a telescope for your use. We had a couple of items we reached out to the Owner about and they were very responsive and helpful! My only recommendation would be to bring beach towels as only shower towels are provided.

The cottage was absolutely perfect! It was clean, quaint and had every thing you could need or want. The community is full of welcoming people. We had breakfast lunch and dinner on the beach. Can’t wait to go back! I almost want to leave an awful review so the dates all stay available haha but I can’t because the owners are wonderful and the cottage is perfect!

The location is great, right on the water & close to everything fun we enjoy at the Cape. The cottage has potential. The trinkets, tchotchkes, and doodads took up a lot of space and it felt overwhelming. The grotesque partially intact mammalian skull seemed out of place. Also, the horseshoe crab carcass on the front deck was probably left over from the previous guest. The shower is in dire need of an update. The corner seams were held together with tape. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The windows overlooking the bay view had not been cleaned. Having seen adjacent units & how well they were maintained and updated we would explore those options for future visits.

It was in a Great location. Felt like a little window unit would have really helped with the temperature of the cottage in the late afternoon. Easy access to Provincetown and Great restaurants! Paul & Michele are Great hosts, ALWAYS answered me immediately! Have to say it was pretty perfect!

This was our first trip to the Cape and we loved the views and location. Easy checkin and checkout process. Enjoyed the outdoor areas, walking on the beach and talking with the neighbors. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. We were not inside much at all but the bed could use some attention—it is very unlevel. Had everything we needed for our stay and we sure hated to leave! Perfect vacation!

This was our fourth time staying at Sea Perch and we've already booked our stay for next year. The new owners were great. Very responsive and the cottage was cleaner than previous years. Having linens provided was a very nice addition. The cottage is in great condition, but the shower pan looked like it could be replaced. We love eating dinner on the back porch watching the beautiful sunset over the bay. The beach is perfect for walking and we always find lots of sea glass - our favorite souvenir from our vacation. Our other favorite thing about the cottage is listening to the waves from bed. The location is perfect. It's a short drive to Provincetown, Truro Vineyard and the national sea shore beaches. Every year our stay is the perfect Cape vacation and we can't wait to return to make more memories.

Love the Sea Perch! Have been with my husband in the past. Never disappoints! This year, I invited my niece for a graduation getaway gift. Sharing the magic of the Cape with someone that has never been is always a reminder why I love coming back since I was a teenager. The Cape touches you. It never leaves you. Staying at the Sea Perch encompasses all of the things I love and now others that have shared the experience are in love. The calm. The loud crashing waves. The energy of the sea. The friendliness of everyone you meet. The peace. The magic. The cottage provides a cozy hug the moment you walk in. Well appointed and clean! Paul and Michele stay in touch and ensure everything is in place. Thank you so much! ps: the sunsets of course are by far the most stunning however, don’t forget the sunrise. My niece opened my eyes (literally!) to this gem. You can see it right outside the door while enjoying your morning cup of coffee or tea. Just look across the street a little to the right where there is an opening. What a way to start the day before taking a morning walk along the beach.

Amazing location, view and all the things you need as far as essentials for the kitchen, beach, etc. It is a rustic theme, with many interesting artifacts. It's a very functional space and perfect for a single or couple. The sky lights in the roof made waking up so nice to stare up into the sky. Bathroom is generously sized. Outside areas for sitting are very nice and comfortable and there's sand under your toes in 5 steps:) and the beach is quiet and chill. The communication with the owners was absolutely top notch. They do not miss a beat. The response time and attention was beyond remarkable. They went above and beyond and couldn't be more pleasant. My favorite place on the Cape so far! My girlfriend and I spent the week here and it was a dream. This is the cutest little beach cottage! Close to town, has the essential supplies, and the new owners were really nice when I freaked out about the change in management just 10 days before my trip to Cape. A few less knick knacks could be helpful for clumsier guests :) we loved sitting on the beach, and even on rainy days - and there were a few - just sitting inside with the blinds open and watching the ocean is divine if you’re from the Midwest like me. We loved having an extra set of binoculars! The neighbors and their pups are absolutely wonderful, and I loved the space. Thank you for a lovely trip!

This was our second stay in this magical cottage. What a wonderful week! The cottage is so charming and cozy and the location right on the beach is simply amazing. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and having a glass of wine while sitting beachfront on the deck are our idea of heaven. So relaxing! A wonderful, quaint, and eclectic cottage right on the beach. A beautiful setting for our 25th Anniversary getaway. So peaceful! You can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the same property. This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Something new I can add to my last review is that this place is sturdy! We showed up during a tropical storm and had no concerns about the structure or the windows. The only thing that rattled in the wind was the valve on the exhaust fan for the bathroom (I had plans to tape it down if the wind had not let up before bed but the storm ended and the rattling stopped). This place is close enough to Ptown to enjoy all the excitement but far enough away to have a home base that is quiet and relaxing. Its right on the shuttle route so you save money on parking and the shuttle is easy to figure out. The place is a little rustic and quirky but so are we so it works for us. Also... its to be expected. You are literally on the beach! Would totally stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Not exaggerating when I say everything. 5 days/4 nights of peace and tranquility combined with ocean waves, a smooth walking beach and the most perfect sunset on our 3rd night. The cottage was comfortable, sound and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed, and we adopted it as our own while we were there. We especially enjoyed looking at the collectibles inside. The binoculars were a bonus to watch the boats and the seals. One of our favorite spots to be was outside on the outdoor seating looking out at the ocean. It is so close! Is there a better way to have your first cup of coffee? I think not. The sound of the waves crashing and drowning out any thoughts are better than any therapy. Falling asleep at night to the rhythmic sound of the waves along the shore was soothing to the soul. There was a steady breeze ALWAYS. The first night or two a bit strong but we did not care. We were there!! Note: turn off your phones and other distractions. Well worth it! Aside from laying on the beach, walking the beach or looking at the ocean, we went to the Truro Vineyard on Sunday afternoon. It is just down the road. Highly recommend going! Laura was always responsive, and we felt taken care of on our Cape Getaway. We look forward to going again next year. Thank you!
