We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It is in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood within a short, easy drive of downtown Rehoboth. The area is great for walking dogs, and the house has a fenced-in yard as an added bonus. The house itself is clean and well laid-out, and looks to have been recently renovated. The kitchen is well-lit and well-stocked.
There are several pleasant spots to hang out within the house, including an enclosed porch and an outdoor deck. The heat and a/c worked well, and we found the beds to be comfortable. The house included a thoughtful selection of board games, and there was plenty of room to spread out a board game or a jigsaw puzzle.

Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Fenced yard for kids and dogs. Spacious well-equipped kitchen. This is our 2nd time in this house.

We loved this house! The kitchen was large and the large island was a great gathering spot. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the beds were all really comfy. Having two living rooms and the basement for the kids to hang was a bonus. The walk to the beach was not bad and coming home at night over the turtle bridge was neat.

This was a wonderful Property
House was in great condition with plenty of space for families to spread out. The kitchen/living area was newly renovated and a perfect gathering area. The location is also great, especially for those with families - close to two playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, and Turtle Bridge, and a pleasant walk to the beach. The other highlights are the front screened-in porch and outdoor shower!

Grandchild asks everyday to go back to the beach house!
House was nice, but nor ready when we arrived at 4:15. Refrigerator a little dirty on the inside, bathrooms could have been cleaner. Several light bulbs were out in the ceiling recessed lighting. Overall, very nice house in a good location.

Perfect house in quiet neighborhood
Our extended family had a great week on School Lane. Our grandchild asks everyday to go back to the beach house. The playgrounds in the area, along with the turtles and ducks and places for her to ride were just perfect. The adults enjoyed all the `toys` located there. It really was perfect.

Very nice house in a good location
Property was as described. Enough room for us to spread out. Well equipped. Street is very quiet. It was nice to have use of bikes in the shed. No locks on bathroom doors which was odd but it was just family so we made it work. Great for families.

Highly recommend!
The house was exactly as described. Great fit for a large family. The check in package and directions were great. Perfect location to the boardwalk, beach, and state park. House had everything we needed were there including a BBQ, bicycles, parking passes/driveway. Beautiful house and yard. Highly recommend the house and host. Thank you

Renovated and had plenty of space for our family
This was a wonderful property--four bed rooms, nice kitchen, living and dining areas. Good porch and fire pit for smores. Great proximity to beach, two playgrounds, and turtle bridge.

Well equipped. Street is very quiet.
We had an excellent week in Rehoboth and this property is very comfortable. The inside is renovated and had plenty of space for our family, including a finished basement. The development is quiet and walks to the bridge were enjoyable. Playing pickleball and sitting by the firepit at night were added bonuses at this property. Only downside, and not that big of a deal, is this property is not very close to the beach if that is what you are looking for. Although it is advertised that it is a short 10-minute walk it is not. We found ourselves driving our cars from this location most of the time. Not a big deal but worth noting for those who wish to stay at the property expecting to walk to the beach with your gear. The only other recommendation is for the owners to clean up the backyard/landscaping of weeds, etc. For little cost this would make a big difference since the inside of the home is very nice/clean but the backyard needs a little TLC. Overall, awesome week in Rehoboth and this property is great for larger families, clean and the neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. Thanks again!

Plenty of space for families
We very much enjoyed our week at 510 School Lane. Although the neighborhood was not our first choice, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and cozy the location was. We rode bikes everywhere anyway and with the turtle bridge, getting to the beach and Rehoboth Ave was not a problem. The house was very comfortable (particularly the two king beds) and the kitchen well planned and easy to have several people working in. We appreciated the cookware and large table which sat 12 fairly comfortably. One small issue was the air flow in the basement. The beds were comfy but the ventilation wasn’t great and the room did get stuffy. A fan would help, particularly when we didn’t need the AC on a few of the cooler nights. . The outdoor shower was a plus and we spent a lot of time on the back deck as the owners had kindly sprayed for mosquitoes before our stay! Highly recommend!
