House was lovely and owner was very easy to communicate with. Excellent location, clean, and roomy. We had a great time!

Beautiful house, impeccably clean and in a great location. Host was very pleasant and responsive.Certainly exceeded everyone's expectations! Beach parking passes made easy access to the ocean, many restaurants/shops nearby and our large family enjoyed nights in the screened in porch. Highly recommend!

This was our first time renting a beach house. The host was welcoming and generous. When we first got to the house, it was very clean. The views and balconies were astounding, as well as the back porch. Every appliance worked well. Overall, we have no complaints! I would definitely recommend this property to someone interested in renting a beach house.

Loved our week in Rehoboth. Beautiful, spacious, well socked and nicely decorated property. Owner was VERY responsive to any question or issue we had, generally responding within minutes. One block off Rehoboth Ave where most of the restaurants/shopping/etc is. Although a 15 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, we didn’t mind. We generally drove (and parked for free with parking passes) to a far less crowded beach away from the masses that congregate at the downtown beaches. Wonderful week, quiet neighborhood, with great walking access to downtown Rehoboth.

We had a great stay at this house. It’s got a very comfortable living space - the main floor is actually bigger than what the pictures online show - and an awesome screened in porch. The bedrooms are all a good size and very comfortable. Amenities were great, the house has all the necessary cooking supplies and extra beach chairs etc. We loved the location - not right on the beach but in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend this place!

We very much enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. It was very clean and Amy was incredibly responsive. Each bedroom had its own nicely updated bath and beds were very comfortable. The owner was very generous in providing certain household items (ie, dishwashing detergent, beach chairs, soaps, etc) and had a very thoughtful gift for us when we arrived which included a bottle of champagne.

Delightful to find a home as advertised. Very comfortable and we enjoyed the location to concerts and restaurants.
Items for consideration: Front door curtain, 1st floor Bath blind, Full length mirror, and BR Closet availability. Change door knob/lock powder room. It provided for funtimes using the key. LOL Check batteries, remote for family room needed AAAs, purchased and solved problem. Would definitely rent again 2024. Great time!!!

The home was perfectly appointed and well stocked with everything you could need or want for a relaxing vacation away. Private, convenient, quiet and lovely…there really are not enough words to describe this beautiful home. Thank you Amy for a memorable and extraordinary vacation home…we will be back!!

This lovely home was exactly as described. The location was extremely convenient to the commercial area while at the same time being located on a quiet residential street.
The entire process through VRBO was flawless. Beyond that, we appreciated the timely communications from the hosts. They made us feel very welcome to what felt like a true home rather than a rental. All rooms were large and very comfortable for our extended family.
We plan to return and highly recommend this home to others looking for a great experience in Rehoboth Beach.

This house is clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It is a little farther from the beach than i imagined, but the house was also cleaner and more comfortable then I anticipated. Very high ceilings which made the space feel huge, and a gem of a back porch. Furniture is very comfortable. Also, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. You wont regret renting this property. We will be back again for sure!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Amy’s house! It was very clean and big and even nicer than the photos. Communication and instructions were great and very clear. Perfectly located for kids to walk to the park/playground and several coffee shops and restaurants. From the parking passes to the strollers, Amy had us covered. Excellent host, would definitely stay again!

This house was very clean, spacious, well-equipped and had a lovely outdoor area in the back (screen porch plus deck with dining table). Although it was close to Rehoboth Avenue, it was quiet and serene in the back. We used the parking passes to drive to Deauville beach every day, which was easy and convenient. Finally, the owner was very responsive and helpful in terms of check-in and check-out times. Definitely looking to book again for next year!

This property was one of our favorites so far! The home is stocked with a lot of the nuisance items you have to purchase for a short stay; garbage bags, dishwasher pods, shampoos, etc. Lots of herbs and spices that saved some stress of what to pack for potential meals while we were there. The owner is accommodating and responsive to messages on the few occasions that we did need to touch base. The home is lovely and every room is spacious. It's very much in walking distance to the main drag of shopping and restaurants. The quieter beach area of Deauville is the way to go and the provided parking passes meant that parking was free and much easier than the beach on the boardwalk. I would highly recommend this property and area!!

Amy has a wonderful home which is perfect for a family. It is only a 15 minute walk to the beach and equally close if not closer to many great restaurants. We had a couple minor issues but nothing to knock the house/owner about. Checkout process a bit more onerous than other vacation rentals.
Would recommend!

My close friends and family members just concluded a most memorable 4 day weekend at 98 Sussex and can’t wait to return. The house is beautiful and spacious and easily accommodated the ten of us. For privacy and convenience, each of the four bedrooms has lots of space with high ceilings, plentiful closets and a lovely private bathroom.
What makes this house so special is that the common space is also beautifully appointed, with plentiful room to lounge, dine, pre-game and celebrate. All of the accessories including kitchen essentials, the barbecue grill, washer/dryer, beach chairs and towels, toiletries and even extra on street parking passes are all provided. We also spent many hours enjoying the outdoor patio fully screened to protect us from any mosquitoes.
Finally, while the house is on a lovely tree shaded side street, it is a very short two minute walk to the main street in town, Rehoboth Avenue. Kudos to Amy and the kind folks that take care of this gem of a vacation home.

A little far to walk to beach with gear. Excellent accommodations. North side beach had parking with permit and was not crowded. Easy access to bike trail and restaurants and shops.

Beautifully maintained, spacious, and well-appointed, the Pines was ideal for our family. From the parking out front to the screened in porch in the back, there are so many things here that make it an easy and pleasurable stay. Even with children (infant and 4-year old) things were spacious and quiet - each room feels insulated from the rest. Lots to love here.

A pleasant experience in a charming family beach town near the metro Washington DC area (~2.5 hours from BWI). And the weather couldn't have been more accommodating over the Labor Day weekend! The host was most responsive to a few requests. We will definitely arrange a future stay at this property.

We had an absolutely incredible experience renting this home. The home itself is very spacious and impeccably decorated with thoughtful amenities. We loved hanging out in the kitchen and in the screened in porch. Our friends loved drinking coffee every morning on the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Amy was excellent to work with - sent a helpful welcome letter with clear instructions, and communication during check in / check out was great. I was so sad to leave this beautiful home & I hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Amy!!

Originally from the area my family was back to celebrate our fathers life and needed a rallying spot, 98 Sussex was perfect. The pictures don’t do the home justice, it feels and looks like a lovely beach home not a rental. Nine people stayed in the home and we hosted meals for up to 17 with absolutely no problem. The great room is spacious with plenty of seating and opens to a screened in porch off the back of the house that is fabulous. It is an easy and fun walk to the boardwalk and beach and a slightly longer walk to Deauvulle beach which is our favorite. We had such a good time everyone wants to do a repeat at this terrific house again next summer.

We had a fun family time! We brought travel mattresses for our kids and they fit in the king room and the one with two queens. Generous size rooms, loved having a bathroom connected to each. Having the parking passes was so helpful as we had to park one car on the street. Quiet street, great soundproofing for main road! We all commented on how quiet the house was along with the street out front. Looooooved the screened porch as I am a mosquito magnet. Only drawback is the linens/blankets/towels, I don’t mind laundry to do but it was just much more to pack. We wish we had more time at the house! We will be booking a friend trip in the future, we want to show this house off to other families.

This is a beautiful property with great access to the beach. It is spacious, even for a large family. We enjoyed entertaining on the back patio and spent evening time on the screened lanai. The property is very well stocked including kitchen/dining supplies, beach chairs and beach toys and family games. We definitely reccommend this property.

Well-stocked and -cared for home …plenty of space and places to enjoy - whether gathering with friends and family or escaping for some quiet/working from “home” time. A bathroom in every bedroom affords convenience and privacy - and allows everyone to quickly transition from the beach (daytime activities) to an evening stroll to the restaurants and shops along Rehoboth Ave.

Great place for a family vacation
If you are looking for a place where multiple couples could stay and be a short walk from the beach, this is it. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and tv, which is really nice. There is plenty of space for everyone to be together but also other areas for smaller groups to be. The screened in porch was a favorite spot for us!
The house is located very close to the Grove Park which had a great playground and Farmers Market on Tuesdays. Plus it was nice being a short walk from Royal Farms, Rise Up Cafe, and The Egg restaurant. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk but they do offer parking passes if you want to park closer.
My family and I loved staying here and will keep this in mind for future trips!

Fantastic Stay
My family and I had a fantastic stay at the Pines recently. The pictures don't do this house justice - it's bigger than it looks with spacious bedrooms, it's well appointed and perfect for large groups. My family especially loved the covered back porch and we hung out there every day.
Everything was well thought out from the check in process to the parking passes and even the trash services to make our stay easier. As the host, Amy was amazing and quick to respond. Little touches the thank you card and welcome gift were above and beyond. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend Amy and her house to any family looking for a nice vacation at Rehoboth!

Off-Season Stay
Recently stayed in this property during the off season for my birthday with several of my good friends. The house was amazing, and so was the host. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space and do their own thing. The fireplace came in clutch with the colder nights and the screened in outdoor space was perfect in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee and read the paper. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again.

This was the perfect house for a family get together. Lots of room for when we all wanted to be together or when we need our space. The owner could not have been easier to deal with or more attentive to our needs. The house is really well equipped with everything you could need. And the location is close enough to walk to the beach or to all the shops and restaurants.
