Clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient setting near quiet neighborhood for walking and biking. Close to restaurants (both local and chain) and shopping. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher. K-Cup maker/small coffee bar. Also drip coffee maker and French Press (ground coffee provided). King bedroom and Queen bedroom with desk. Fun Game Room with foosball, air hockey, cornhole, board games and free snacks! 2 adult and 2 children's bicycles for guest use, private garage.

Close to attractions: 8 minutes from B&O Bike Trail, 10 minutes from Kingwood Center Gardens, 12 minutes from Snow Trails Skiing, 15 minutes from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, 16 minutes from the Ohio State Reformatory, 18 minutes from Malabar Farm State Park, 27 minutes from Mohican State Park, close to Gorman Nature Center, and about an hour from Amish Country.

This little gem was perfect for our family trip. We attended the AMA Vintage Motorcycle Event and had everything we could need for our stay. We arrived to find fresh cookies on the counter and the kids loved the game room. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend this guest home.

Don and Joyce were such wonderful hosts! This house was perfect for my daughter and I to rest and relax while she participated in the Youth Trapshooting National Championships. The attention to detail and superior cleanliness made this one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is labeled. Everything you need is in the house to include some delicious treats. Thank you for a great week and wonderful home!

Our stay at Wayside was better than expected. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. It was very much appreciated that there is no TV. It gave us a chance to "unplug" from everything. There are so many activities in every corner of the house. We'll definitely be coming back next year. - Michelle F.

Very clean, very nice property close to Mid-Ohio. Though we didn't use them, there was a game room, games, grill and bikes, all of which appeared to be new. There were snacks set out and plenty of everything you need while you're there. The only thing missing was a TV, which I hadn't even noticed, but a friend did. Great place!

Property description was spot on. More amenities than the other Short-term rental properties we have stayed at. Nothing was left out. Owners very pleasant and very communicative. It snowed one night and our driveway was clear before we even awoke. Would definitely stay there again. Family funeral visit.

My hubby and I were coming in town to visit family and we were so pleasantly surprised when entering the home. It was extremely clean and so comfortable! The owners have thought of EVERYTHING and had many extras that added to the comfort of our stay! The location was perfect - easy access to Mansfield and Bellville- we will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Wayside. Everything you need was at your fingertips. For us the location was perfect for visiting family. The personal touches were amazing, extra snacks, decorated for autumn. Wonderful. We will be hopefully be visiting again in the future. Also loved The Pumpkin Seed market right behind! :-)

This property is even nicer than the pictures! It is extremely clean and charmingly decorated. The beds are very comfortable. And the neighborhood is a great place to walk. I would give this property and the owners six stars if possible!

Hosts were friendly and respectful. House was perfectly described and very cozy. Yea there was no tv but I was ok with that because we got to sit and enjoy each other’s company versus being stuck in technology. We ate dinner as a family and played card games. The house was only 15 minutes from the event we were attending and 2 minutes from the grocery store for the last minute groceries we forgot. I will return next year and recommend this place to everyone. Thank you again for gracious hospitality.

House was super clean. There were snacks and drinks for when we first arrived. The house was clean and ready. Even though there was no TV there was plenty of entrainment. We would highly recommend this location and I look forward to returning.

We came for a family reunion in Bellville and my parents live in Mansfield. It was the perfect spot between both locations. The decor of the home was beautiful and relaxing and such a quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and had easy access to nearby restaurants, grocery store, etc. The game room is top notch and provided a nice space to stretch out.

Terrific place to stay. Immaculately clean, comfortable, and homey. Very convenient to Mid Ohio Raceway, and plenty of nearby restaurants and a Kroger. If you have a family, there are plenty of board games, an air hockey table, and even cornhole in the basement game area. The owner even put out some delicious muffins and fruit for us to enjoy during our stay. Nice touch. Would recommend and stay here again.

Rental was exactly as described with added bonuses! Check-in and check-out was super easy. Everything was clean and there were delicious bonus snacks scattered throughout the house! Plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, etc. Loved our stay here. Would stay again.

This place is amazing, its in a great safe and convenient location. The house was immaculate and clean, very well thought out amenities. Bedrooms were great with firm comfortable beds. Living room area was like being at your home. Fully stocked kitchen all you need to buy is groceries. Nice game room downstairs. Great price and better than any hotel stay in the area.

I will admit-had I noticed before booking that there was no TV and internet, we probably wouldn't have stayed here-and that would have been a huge mistake! I realized this as I was checking for the address before we left our house, and that led to everybody unpacking the electronics they had planned to bring, and lots of grumbling. But as soon as we stepped into the house, no one cared about that anymore. This is hands-down the cleanest, coziest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The kids (and parents!) LOVED the game room in the basement, and the location to many area attractions cannot be beaten. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
