Alles top in Ordnung.

War alles gut und zufriedenstellend. Jederzeit wieder gerne. Die Kommunikation war gut und die Organisation zügig und unkompliziert.

Ich persönlich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch mal ein zweites Mal buchen.

Der allgemeine Zustand des Zimmers und die Inneneinrichtung war in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Auch der Hygienezustand war in keinem Verhältnis (Katastrophe). Des Weiteren funktionierte die Heizung nicht, es wurde zwar eine Elektroheizung gestellt, aber bei der hatte ich Sicherheitsbedenken. Es wurde zwar ein zweites Zimmer gestellt, auch dieses Zimmer war mit Ach und Krach erträglich.

Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Keine Heizung(Winterzeit). Küche ist nicht mal mit Besteck ausgestattet!

Für den Preis gibt es eine Empfehlung.

Für den Preis gibt es nichts zu meckern. Beim Checkout kam man mir entgegen, sodass ich eine halbe Stunde später auschecken konnte.

Aus irgendeinem Grund habe ich im obersten Stock das WLAN nicht gefunden. Das war mir aber auch nicht so wichtig.

Budget hotel, you get what you paid for

A budget hotel, and you get what you paid for. It's situated in nice building (from the outside), but is spartanly bare and falling apart on the inside. Some people might find it a bit spooky looking. But on the other hand it's cheap for a private room with bathroom. Don't come here expecting anything more than that. Nonetheless, it's quiet and I slept well. And there was a ventilator to keep me cool.

It would be nice to fix some small things, like the bracket to hang up the shower so you don't have to hold it all the time.

It was a disaster night😡

I didn’t sleep all night from noisy many squeak doors are too noisy and all night neighbours doors are opening and closing with that crazy sounds from 20:00 PM to 03:00 AM and nobody in the reception to discuss with !! How come they know such doors needs to fix and never do it? I need my money back immediately, because of my appointment at 7:30 AM i left the room and didn’t see any person in the reception i put the key in Keys Box hanged at wall, the reception worker told me to do that if i leave early in the morning. Please i need my money back. I couldn’t get my sleep time and paid to have a quiet night to sleep nothing else.. Best regards Kamal Hussein

Cold shower, dirty place full of construction workers who apparently stay there long term. Beds are only single and not comfortable. I would never stay there again and heavily do not recommend this place.

cockroaches walking around

We were unable to stay in the room as there were many cockroaches walking around. I believe this is a serious issue, and I don't think this hotel should be on the Booking.com platform. Despite the price being affordable, it wasn't that cheap at €60, I don't think this is reasonable. I had not seen any complaints about having cockroaches in the room and bathroom. I hope Booking.com takes some action.

The hotel is not finished, is under construction. There was nobody at the reception, it was a mess... I suggest you to exclude this hotel from booking.com until the hotel is finished and operative.
