Great location. Friendly staff. Room extremely small for the price.

Amazing hotel and breakfast

A beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, friendly, helpful and attentive staff.

Great place to stay. Location is fantastic. Room is very good, comfortable and silent. Breakfasts was quite disappointing

Had a very nice 2 night stay at Phoenix Copenhagen. The service was great, location was very close to the city center/restaurants/shops as well as two metro stations. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was that there was a lot of noise at night from the street outside since our windows faced a street filled with bars and restaurants. But besides that, I would highly recommend the place!

Great location close to nice restaurants and shops, friendly staff and nice interior. Breakfast disappointing.

The room was advertised as a double for two adults, but it fell short of expectations—a claustrophobic space with a child’s bed, separated to fit two adults. I immediately went to reception to request a different room and was charged an additional 200 DKK for an upgrade. There were no basic toiletries like bath foam or hygiene products, and the outdated hair dryer barely worked. I also had to request an iron separately. Overall, I’d rate the experience a 3/5—not a place I’d choose to stay again.

Fabulous hotel, and conveniently located to explore Copenhagen. Will stay again if I’m there!

Stayed here for a city break of two nights. Really liked the hotel. The location is excellent. The room we had was a little tight but was in excellent condition. Staff were friendly. Checking in and out was easy.
I would recommend this hotel.

First - let's just say Copenhagen is a great place to spend 5 days. Clean, beautiful, lots to do, great food.
We really lucked out finding the Phoenix. Very nice, stately, very comfortable rooms, beautiful lobby. Beautiful bathrooms The staff was very helpful. The location could not be better - near a lot, but not a touristy area. Some very nice restaurants nearby, and great bars. The hotel also offered very nice bikes - which really came in handy.

The stay was very nice! Soft and comfortable bed and windows that open for fresh air! The staff was very friendly and prompt. The executive lounge was well worth the upgrade. Nice quiet room to relax and have drinks and snacks. Only a 5 minute walk to Nyhavn and metro train. Great location! Bar and restaurant in lower level.

The staff was not friendly. There were bellhops that never greeted us or offered to help with our luggage. In fact the lobby personnel did not even look at us. The

Wonderful staff, unbeatable location and very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again on another visit to Copenhagen

Wonderful experience in a beautiful hotel. The room was small, but light, clean and outstandingly decorated. Minus for no vegan options at breakfast.

All was in within walkable distance, the staff was very friendly and was super clean

We enjoyed the new Executive Lounge

Everything is excellent except room is very small. I guess the size is normal for hotels in the area. All tourist spots are walkable and metro station is about 5-7 mins walk. Nyhavn is 5 mins walk and Stroget is 7mins walk. And 2 mins walk to Netto grocery strore. The hotel is clean and classy. The staff are nice. Overall experience is excellent

Great area and the hotel looks great at first glance (lobby is beautiful), but charging more than € 400 for a room with a 2m2 bathroom in this condition is not okay. Worst of all, the bathroom IS the shower. So while there is a sink and a toilet, once you shower (with a curtain) the floor is wet and you can’t use the bathroom anymore without getting wet feet/socks. Note: the drain is below the sink so it is intended this way. Absolutely insane. Perhaps I was unlucky with this room, but then they shouldn’t sell it at €411 for the night.

My usual hotel in Copenhagen was booked out so I ended up here. It was a very nice surprise! Not the fanciest hotel but quiet, clean and extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommended and I will stay again!

It’s very centric. Great price. Pillows could be better but I think it’s a danish thing.

I traveled solo. The place was very nice and in a quiet area. One block away from the Amalienborg palace and the Marble church and metro. Three blocks from Nyhavn popular area. I’m 60 and it was perfect. If you are young and want to be in crowded bar scene area maybe look for somewhere else. This was very nice and quiet with great service. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is 12 minutes walk from Rosenborg Palace.
I got the single twin size bed room. The room was perfect for one person European size. In America we are used to much larger rooms. There was place to hang cloths but no closets or drawers. It has a mini fridge and safe.

Very central, nice room, comfortable bed and convenient to all places.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see in Copenhagen.

Wasn’t easy getting to our room with baggage (up and down some stairs required)
5.0
Only downside about this place is that they refused to give me a proper cup or mug to make a cup of tea in the room. They would only give me a small paper cup. You can also only have one tiny milk pod per person per day and one dreadful perfumes teabag. if your toilet roll runs out you have to buy your own after that. Otherwise everything was really wonderful.

Absolutely spectacular, we loved everything about it
